Great store - lots of things to shop for (that you wouldnt expect). Great staff. Not too crowded.

Very helpful staff. Lots of inventory but also able to order things out of stock with free delivery to your house. They have some great dirty Santa gifts st reasonable prices.The downside is the store is cramped. Music is to loud. And checkout is slow when it is busy.

They had what I was looking for. I was happy to find that every one were wearing masks in the store.

The restrooms were filthy. I should have used the bathroom at the park. It was cleaner. The store was hot. I couldn’t stay to shop. The mask was making the heat worse. The store itself was average. There was nothing spectacular about it (it wasn’t bright and clean). Although we walked around the store, not one employee we passed greeted us.

They had exactly what I was looking for and the people were so helpful.

I enjoy shopping at this location, and I also enjoy shopping at BB&B online as well. I recently purchased some Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Triple Ply Stainless Cookware online, and they have turned out to be quality products. You can have products shipped to the store as well. You can get a 20% off coupon when you sign up online!

Very helpful staff. Went beyond the call in helping to find a item. Didnt have the exact one I wanted and had it shipped to my house the next day.

Went in to look at pillows. And spent maybe 5 minutes on there checking them out. They send in someone to ask if I need help. I say no. Then immediately send someone over to act like they are working on the pillows to obviously watch me. I ignore it then some lady comes and just stares at me. Then they have people follow me through the store. I had planned to buy a full bed set. But Amazon it is. I dont even look suspicious

Went there today, I have a breathing condition and I do not wear a mask. The American of Disability Act states that they can not prevent me from coming in. We all know that wearing masks for 9 months hasnt done anything to slow down the fake dempanic. Edmond is a liberal city and I guess I should have expected the rude behavior. One lady was very nice helped us find the pans we were looking for. The women who chased me down to tell me I had to use curbside service and the cashier so very rude. Attitude like beyond compare. I am a 100% disabled vet, had my veteran hat on. Pitiful display. Maybe it was because I was a veteran. Either way. they were badly stocked, and rude.

Lots of cool stuff. Some a little pricey. Quite a few choices.

We took back some curtain rods that we bought with 20% off total purchase coupon. We needed a bigger size. They cost more than the returned items. When we checked out I asked about the 20% coupon and they applied it to our new our hase as well. The young lady at the returns counter didnt even have to get her managers approval. Apparently they empower their employees at B, B, & B!

A bit smaller than your average store. Staff is courteous and helpful. Decent selection of items but lacks the variety you normally get in a bigger store. They did not have many of the items I went there for but I was able to find a few comparable alternatives.

Bed bath and beyond has gone completely down hill and I would guess will soon be bankrupt. Selection is extremely limited and prices are high. Amazon is killing them.

This location is always kept organized, tidy and well stocked. The staff is helpful and efficient. The lines are never out of control. They will not provide you a coupon if you are hoping for one so you will need to have it with you (the typical 20-40% that goes out monthly)

Prices a bit high but they do have some nice new items for your home decorating meds. Use the coupon.

I go to see the manager (daughter)The shop is lovely and atmosphere is calming. Easy to communicate.Im not saying this cause I have a realitives working there. It is a nice place.

Always a good place to shop. They have a very interesting selection. From socks to frying pans to Bluetooth, theyve got a little of a lot. Workers are very helpful, also.

Went to for stores trying to find a butcher knife. Complete waste of time when all I had to do was walk straight into Bed Bath & Beyond and found exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes. People need to remember how many kitchen and household items and gadgets they offer at this store. Great pricing too!

Found valances I finally liked. Unfortunately, I only found for one window. I was able to order on-line to get more. Convenient to other favorite stores.

Love that their coupons they send never expire. You are also able to stack coupons if your purchase allows for it. They have great deals!

I love the store. It has so many neat and nice things for the home. But the store is very cluttered. I don’t even go in if they are busy. They did a remodel recently so I will be going back to check it out and see if they made improvements inside so it was not almost impossible to even turn down isles at times. And update my review once I see it again soon. I do hope the staff is a little nicer as well last few times the staff was was crabby and all seemed to hate their jobs.

My wife shops here quite often. I have to admit she makes some great buys.

The ladies here are very helpful and friendly. No problem with returns and they always ask if you have coupons. Very customer oriented.

Great store for house hold items and gadgets; they send 20% coupons quite often.

They honor your mail coupons sometimes even if you have an expired one. They also will let you use multiple coupons in one visit with multiple transactions usually as well! Love this store!!

They have some of the neatest, unique, useful, reasonable prices on home products. Any where from kitchen basis to top notch up to date quality kitchen name brands like Kirk coffee makers, kitchen aid mixers in wide variety of colors to select from. I absolutely love this store! My favorite section clearnce item. I got unbelievable prices on there Christmas clearnce. I promise this is a store where ever in the family can go together, and everyone will happy and impressed no matter age or sex. It should be on your list of need to check out stores!

Very crowded store/ aisles and over priced in my opinion. Been a few times. Never purchased anything here because I know where to get a better deal.

Well first... they were very rude to me and my friends for doing absolutely nothing. for a old people store they were very rude never going there again. woman yelled at us for doing nothing at all and kept bothering us.

I would not recommend working here. The environment is very negative, and after a few months I couldn’t take it anymore. The other employees are very selfish and rude besides a couple. The management does not know what successful communication is or how to use it among their employees.

I moved further south so dont come to this BB&B very often. I went to return some towels and even had my receipt and was treated like they were annoyed I was there. I went to grab a few things to purchase and went to another check out stand where two employees were talking and I had to ask them where to check out and they seemed so annoyed that I interrupted them. Ill probably stick with the BB&B in NW OKC because theyve always been welcoming.

I was looking for wire or plastic racks to but inside my pantry door to hold my spices. They did not have any but went out of their way to look on the computer for them at other stores or to even order. That is what I call service.They carry a little bit of everything for the home. Medium priced. Handicap ramp and parking.
