Dr. Lipp was very welcoming and friendly. He saw us right away. He was able to resolve the problem for my moms hearing by prescribing hearing aids. To our surprise he will have them within a week or two..Our mom is so excited that she will be able to hear us when were talking to her. Bob at this place is a very friendly and helpful man.I had taken my Moms hearing aid to the Beltone authorized service center in Cranford and the guy told me that it will be something like $800 to send it to Beltone and get it fixed.I then took the hearing aid to Bob. He told me a couple things about batteries, he replaced the battery, he replaced the tube, cleaned out the hearing aid.And, how much did he charge me? Nothing! I insisted I wanted to give him at least some money and he refused.I am not saying that people should go to him expecting free service.But, Bob rocks! Thanks, Bob!
