From the very beginning, Sam patiently answered all my questions. Liz was very responsive and courteous. All options were explained to me. The price quote was very reasonable. The door was promised to be installed in 3-4 weeks, and the installers showed up at my house exactly within this time frame, wearing masks.The installation process was very professional, they removed the old door and installed the new one within the promised time (3-4 hours). They thoroughly cleaned after themselves. The product and the result exceeded my expectations! The aesthetics are great, and the look is very sharp and clean.After all, they advised me how to reuse my existing doorbell wiring to install a doorbell camera in place of all doorbell button!I am very, very impressed and thankful to every Window and Door Outlet person who I interacted with.

Great experience from estimation to installation. They came to my house which is an hour drive from their office, listened to my requirements, measured the opening and provided variety of solutions to fit my need. No pressure sales, very competitive pricing and flexible in negotiations.They promised installation in 3 weeks after the deposit. I thought OK a custom door, hand stained with different finish inside/outside should take a couple of months. In exactly 3 weeks I get a call that they door is ready for installation. They came in the next day and did excellent job. Left the place very clean. Took all the garbage and debris from old door with them. Did not look like there was any contraction done. Excellent Quality, Cost and Turnaround time.

Had our side door replaced in late 2016 and loved it. Great job and great quality. Still looks great! It’s used as our primary entrance and we have two small kids and a dog. There are no dings, dents or scratches and it’s been tested.Just had our front door and storm door replaced along with a kitchen sliding window. I couldn’t be more happy! Bought a their top of the line front door from here. Experience was good until after it was installed. Door came slightly damaged (looked like manufacturing issue with rough edges and missing paint on the door). Emailed Randy multiple times and he was responsive while selling me the door but once the door was installed, I was completely ignored. For months I left Randy voicemails for repairing the door. He never returned the calls. When he did pick up the phone, he said the paint was ordered and was on the way and was going to have someone come by to sand and repaint. He gave me the same response for months. I finally gave up. Nice people to buy door from. If you have any issues, you will be completely ignored. I never received the paint or anyone to come here to fix the issue and Randy completely stopped calling back no matter how many voicemails I left.

Better price than other quality competitors. I purchased storm and entry provia doors and they look great. the installers were great and went above and beyond to make everything look perfect. They even made a special piece of trim to tie everything into my existing floors.

We used Window and Door Outlet to replace all the windows in our house (14 windows). Their price was competitive and the windows are good quality. The windows were installed from the outside of the house and it took them 2 days to complete the work. We got Sunrise windows and we are very happy with them so far. It was a pleasure to work with Sam. He came the first day of the installation to make sure everything was going well and he was accesible after the work was completed (we had some questions about the trim work on one of the windows). We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their windows.
