I felt uncomfy I was trying to peacefully shop and they kept following me around, they clearly weren’t following the 6 feet distance rule.

Went into the Lush in the Menlo Park mall today looking for help with beard/skin care products. I was greeted by Lindsay, who walked me through every step of my purchase. I was given multiple different scents to see which one I preferred the best. Lindsay explained to me how to use the products and which ones to use first for best results. More associates in other stores should be as knowledgeable as she is. Super enjoyable shopping experience, excellent customer service. I will be shopping at the Menlo Park Lush a lot more in the near future.

Perfect service even with COVID, helped us the entire time and made sure we had the best experience possible. Zee was such a GREAT help and answered all of our questions without problem. Love this store

BEST LUSH STORE EVER !!! Let me just start by saying that I haven’t been into a Lush store since 2017 and the manager, Z (or Zee) , at this location in Menlo Park Mall has changed that for me. I was completely ignorant on all of the products (except the bath bombs) but upon walking in my boyfriend and I were mesmerized. Besides their extensive product line up all of the workers were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The manager , Zee , was practically an expert on everything. She informed and demonstrated all of the products to give us a hands on experience on all the items we showed interest in. From lip scrubs and balms , to fragrances , massage bars and shower slime. Zee passionately expressed her love and admiration for the companies use of ethical products that last long , smell amazing and leave your body feeling fresh and pampered. Her expertise and confidence in the companies products brought me back to the customer I was a couple years ago and now I have a new profound love for Lush and their brand. I didn’t intend on buying anything on my trip (I ended up doing so lol) but Zee’s natural aura and guidance has created a long list of products for both my boyfriend and I to come back and buy. Thank you for the best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time :)
