Dont go here. They dont know how to make coffee 😫. They gave us LITERAL WHITE COLORED COFFEE WITH DISGUSTING FLAVOR IT WAS ALL MILK. THERE ARE NO VEGETERIAN OPTIONS JUST DAY OLD mozeralla sticks. It took them half our to make our order because they forgot we were waiting there so we had to remind them. There was a rude girl there that touched my drink...dont go here trust me

They’re the awful ..they don’t communicate.. THE MANAGER DEYBI POSAS FIRED me due to coming in 31 minutes late to a shift I wasn’t scheduled for I had to work 10pm-6am he told me to come in from 8-4 a shift I wasn’t on the schedule for .. they are very rude .. when I asked for corporate number he threatened to call the cops on me .. this quick check is unfair & awful ..the workers are rude & heard so many stories about the overnight shift man named Marty he makes the sandwiches very sloppy.. & I was a very hard worker with an awesome resume this stores is very unprofessional & a older lady took a 17 minors bmw car to take him to the liquor to get him a bottle of alcohol.. another coworker sold a 16 year old minor backwoods CORPORATE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING

Good branch. Clean store. Well run, efficient staff. Parking is lacking a bit.

One of the women today she was heavy set and had pink hair with glasses maybe around the age 60 racially profiled me today after i have been coming in that convenience store for the last past two weeks, i never thought i would have experienced this

They closed their bathrooms. Quick chek is like a rest stop. I rely on them when Im out doing deliveries. This is the only location that Ive seen with a closed bathroom.

The food is good but the service is not.need to start telling your employees to smile when they see customers and start saying good morning when they come in the front door.This is May 24 5:50 AM in the morning I came in after my midnight job, I apologize I do not know their names but the African-American woman at the register did not have a smile or look at me while charging me for my items & older gentleman at the food area did not even bother to say good morning or even look at me when he handed my food he just walked away as if he was working as a slave. This is the only place I come to on alternate days and I spend $10-$15 here, seems worthless to come here anymore.

Friendly staff always greets me with a smile. Never had a bad experience here,my go too spot for a quick snack.

This place has always been great except for yesterday morning. There should be a way to update the Ordering Machine to let people know what products are not available before placing and paying for your order. This is a huge inconvenience, especially when time is a factor. I dont fault the employees because the ones who prepare your order do not know what you have ordered until it has been paid for, then it shows up on their screen. I just happened to order the Turkey and Avocado Sub yesterday and after I paid for it I was told that they were Out of Avocadoes. It may be simple to just make another choice of topping, but Avocadoes are not the same cost as a tomatoe or lettuce replacement. Very inconvenient.

Friendly staff,usually very clean store, good lunch and dinner sandwiches, but their breakfast sandwiches are a pretty big disappointment. 1st why would the price of tomatoes on a breakfast sanwich change for different sandwiches? Especially when theyre free on lunch sandwiches? And on top of that the tomatoes given dont even reach both sandwich ends... do you like paying for timatoes and not getting tomato in every bite? 2nd you get a 6 inch breakfast sandwich, theres a bite and a half if only bread at each end if the sandwich. If it werent for the poor quality of their breakfast sandwiches I woukdve given them 4 or 5 stars.

One of the places with the worst customer service:The employees are disrespectful, do not listen to the clients concern, do not let the clients day express or feel comfortable, it does not matter if the client is uncomfortable about the deal; they do not solve the problemToday I went to the Talmadge Road store with my baby of months; since Coca-Cola has a promotion that a name is written on the bottle, or a ball, I looked through the bottles to see if I found my babys name ... suddenly a worker approached you and with an attitude he told me that I could not move the sodas, he began to argue with me that that was not the place of the soda, all the workers came out and stood there, waiting there that I took the sodas, I asked them why they stood there and why they didnt give me space, I felt very offended, they made me feel suspicious or thief, I called the police, because you cant treat a customer that way
