I have been a loyal customer for six years and have always come back to this place, but recently they really let me down. I went to do my 2 years maintenance and got my battery replaced with a new one. When I got my car back I found out that the audio on the speaker is not playing. I immediately reached out to them regarding this issue. A lady named Mary assisted me in this issue. Instead of taking full responsibility, they had asked me to pay an extra $200 for diagnose? I find it really unbelievable that after I spent about $2300 here, and this is how they handle a problem that is at their fault by wrongdoing to my vehicle but wont admit it and refused to solved the problem. Really sad to say that I will never be coming back to this location again nor will I recommend this place to anyone ever again. Avoid at all cost and dont allow the dealership to scam you like this. Customer service here have just changed so much. Its horrible!

A beautiful showroom, close to the Ferrari dealership. But as lovely as it may seem, all that glitters is not gold. The service department is abysmal, and youll be there a lot. So my suggestion: do not waste your time.

As a first time Maserati purchaser, this was an amazing experience. My father and I were helped by Robert and later Jeff (mainly with paper work and insurance packages). Not only did they help get us an amazing deal on our car, but were extremely knowledgable about all the questions we had and super friendly. I am usually off put by going to dealerships because of encountering pushy salesmen but this was the complete opposite experience, Rob was inviting and let us come to decisions on our own without being overbearing which I greatly appreciated. Cant wait to work with them in the future on my next car!

The team at Maserati of CNJ was absolutely fantastic to work with. We worked with Santiago and Jeff, and I wouldn’t hesitate to send my family to them when we need a new car. Santiago was knowledgable and low-pressure while being responsive to calls/texts at all hours of the day. He worked with us to get a fantastic trade in price for our car and made sure everything was understood throughout the process. Jeff worked to get our financing and service taken care of, and left us feeling like we got a great deal. We traveled 40 minutes to purchase our car from them, and would do it again in a heartbeat.

He is exceptionally polite, professional, knowledgeable and really cares about the customers needs and not simply selling a car to you. I bought a Maserati SUV to surprise my wife. Robert Bilek at Central NJ walked my wife and I through our first luxury car purchase. He was courteous, professional, and responsive. He answered all our questions and spent hours with us going over the car, how to care for it, tips on how to maintain the interior. Even before being more serious about purchasing, he invited us to shop around at other dealerships, confident that we would come back, and we did. After we purchased the car, he was sure to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. Best of all, *no hidden fees*. I expect to return to Central NJ for further car purchasing needs and Im looking forward to working with him again.Jeffrey Berger then walked us through the purchasing experience and recommended some add-ons that were clearly critical (like a tire replacement package since we will be driving in a pothole-riddled city) but did not push packages that he thought would be of no use to us.

Hands down the worst car experience I have ever had.Salesman was only interested in making a sale and never followed through after the purchase when I called him with 2 questions.Service is even worse. They are never nice and treat you like they are doing you a favor to fix the broken car they sold you.I would never recommend this place and will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future.

I picked up my Levante from this Maserati dealership in NJ last year and I absolutely love it. Im typically very laid back but have always been a bit sensitive when it comes to my cars. I guarantee that while I have not been the easiest customer, they always manage to find solutions to best serve me. After a little over a year dealing with terrible service from another Maserati (1)tech working within a Pa BMW service center I gave Maserati of Central New Jersey a go. Mary in the service department is top notch. She listened to my issues that I was having with my levante that other place in Doylestown pa could not seem to fix. Mary and her team diagnosed the issues and sent/got approval from Italy to replace my entire brake system. Thank you the great service you provided.

Brought this car 3 weeks ago to fix a problem in the center console, shaking in the car and the AC ,which was is common problem in Maserati, they said they fixed it, and they will replace the center console, after a week am still having the same problems with the AC and the car shakes badly!Called the service department, they never pick up the phone, left a few messages, they never call back!! Worst customer service ever for a car that doesnt deserve your money!I called the 800 number and after 30 minutes, they finally put on the phone with the service department, talked to Brandon, explained to him that am still having the same problem with the AC and the shaking! and he said bring it back, i will replace the center console (he supposed to call me a week before and of course never did), and is gonna take almost 2 to 3 hours to replace and for the AC he will recheck again and the shaking problem! so i said am gonna need a loaner, he said no WE DONT OFFER LOANER! so i was WOW really!! so i said do you guys offer at least someone to drop me somewhere and bring me back, he says where you wanna go i said somewhere near them almost 20 min away, he said no TOO FAR! so i told him what should i do, he said bring someone to drop you off and bring you back! i said i dont have time for this and i cant wait for 4 or 6 hours to finish what you supposed to finish the first time, he said thats the only way and i can finish the center console the AC in 1 hour!!!!!! so right now he told me 2 to 3 hours for the console, when i asked about the loaner it was down to 1 hour with the AC, i dont know if they gonna do it correctly or not!! right am even having more problems with the car ! and now i have to put more miles on it to bring it back to them and they dont care!Seriously poor service center, Maserati doesnt deserve your money! Go for something else with better customer service, better service departments, i feel like am getting an AS IS vehicle.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!**updated:Below is the reply of the general manager of this place...he asked me to send him my contact information which i did already! I leased a GT and after 3 months ran into some electrical problems with the car.I was frustrated being without my car for 5 days but General Manager Mike and Service Manager Brandon were very patient with me, notwithstanding me being somewhat demanding.They found what turned out to be a very difficult problem to find and I expect my car back shortly.Brandon is obviously very busy, but very good at what he does.Veronica on reception is very helpful and was always able to get me in contact with the right person to speak with when I phoned.Thank you for your patience and assistance.

My lease was about due and I received a phone call from Steven C about my desire to lease a new Maserati. Although Steven was not my original salesperson (the original person is no longer working with Maserati), I felt an immediate bond and trust with him. He took the time to listen to the features that I liked most about my old car and how I could incorporate those features in a new car. My goal was to get the lease payment at a reasonable level and I feel like he worked tirelessly to get me where I wanted to be. I drove my new Maserati yesterday and fell in love all over again. I could not have found a better person to help me through this transition and highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a Maserati!

Customer service is superb here. I worked with Mark over at Maserati. As a young man in his 20s(me), I always have the problem of walking into a dealer and having some A hole play games with me thinking I cannot afford a car. I am fortunate and work hard enough that I can afford a Maserati at this young age. I went to take a look and test drive a gran turismo they had on the lot and Mark was honest and was happy to show me the car. This kind of thing means a lot to me because I absolutely despise all those non sense games most dealer guys play with you. Further, while waiting for Mark to free up, I took a look at the Ferrari dealer for fun since we had spare time. I don’t recall the guys name over there but he was extremely nice as well. He knew we were not there to buy a Ferrari but also told us all about the cars and even showed us the new portofino as well. He even went as far to turn the car on and demonstrate the hard top convertible mechanism.While I did not end up buying the car(couldn’t certify it due to warranty ending), the service received was outstanding by any means. One day, when I am in the market again, I will be coming back here again.

What An Amazing experience to buy my Maserati from Russell. I didn’t even go to the showroom to actually buy the Grand Lusso. I went to showroom just to go and have a look as I already had two other SUV’s lined up-BMW and Audi to decide which one to buy- but Russell has such a pleasant welcoming personality and he had all the possible information about the Grand Lusso that I ended up buying Grand Lusso within no time. Those who dont know yet from where to buy a car, because they got disappointed before, need to try Maserati of Central New Jersey . You will be surprised of their car quality and qualified staff. Recently bought a Maserati from this dealership. Went to see the car about 3 months back and one of the sales representatives Mike Silva showed me the ins and outs of the car. I ended up waiting and Mike gave me a call to come and see the car because they recently lowered the price. Fell in love with the car this time and ended up taking it home. Ask for Mike if you are ever interested in buying a car from them, hes not just a salesman, hes extremely knowledgeable when it comes to maseratis and thats seems to be rare now in days

I was told that Maserati rufused to replace the cracked wood finish around my middle console because it may have happened from wear and tear.My car is under full warranty until June 5th 2019 and this part is under warranty.the crack in the middle console comes from opening and closing your cup holder. Is there anyone I can call about this issueThanks in advance

Very disappointing service experience. My Ghibli was with Maserati of Central NJ for a service appointment for 2 days. I picked up the car one evening after hours and found the low pressure light on for 1 tire (see picture). I had to go to a nearby station to fill up the tire just to get home. The next morning the tire was flat and subsequently I found a screw in the tire. I reported this issue to Shane in Service and asked for the tire to be fixed and returned to the condition the car was dropped off at the dealer (the tires are 3 months old). Shane proceeded to tell me that the tire damage must have occurred on my way home....this conclusion being made despite the picture I texted him showing the issue when I picked up the car (date and time in the text). He stated he already talked to his manager and it was the dealerships position not to fix the issue. After expressing my disappointment, they did call back later the next day to offer to replace the tire. This was too late as I needed my car and already had gone elsewhere to replace the tire. In the end, blaming the customer for something that clearly happened when the vehicle was in the dealerships hands was very disappointing and being told it was my fault was another slap in the face. It was never about the money...it was about accountability and respect, neither of which I was afforded. Due to this experience, Ive taken my car elsewhere to finish the other work they recommended ($2k worth) and will no longer use them for service. In addition, I will be shopping for my next vehicle at different dealership that respects its customers. A penny-wise and pound foolish decision by Maserati of Central NJ.
