I really love Bath and Body Works, and I especially recommend their fragrance mists! They are so cheap. I got 2 for like $20 and my mom was shocked because she spends $40+ on perfumes that arent even half the size of the Bath and Body Works ones. They smell heavenly and I love the mango mai tai scent. Their body creams are good sizes but they are really heavily-scented, so they wouldnt be my first choice.Also, whenever you need a last-minute gift go to Bath and Body and pick out a trio of a body cream, mist, and hand soap (all the same scent) and ask them to package it as a gift bag! It looks super cute and all my friends love when I give them these packages.Attached is my current collection of products!

As a frequent shopper here at Bath & Body works, I would personally recommend to work with Mya. She was very sweet, patient, attentive and guided me to what I was looking for right off the bat. I would definitely go to her again, to do my shopping (:

Staff not very friendly but I heard this mall will be closing soon to making housing for people in the area. I shopped in this store 2 years ago I never when back after the sale girl yelled at me about my coupon. Bath and body works did send me a coupon and a girl in the EB store told me someone was fired there maybe it was her.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would! This place disappoints me every time! Everytime Ive come in the mangers are on the phone to busy to assist customers! There is two mangers here that are absolutely horrendous Miriam and Rachel. They only scream deals at you and basically throw baskets at you. I’ve also witnessed them talking terribly once their employees walk away from them. They are down right an EMBARRASSMENT to the Lbrands company! On the bright side I did meet too wonderful employees Vincent and Barbra who were absolutely wonderful! I’ve been shopping here since Jackie was the manger! And will not be returning after the disgusting show I’ve witnessed this weekend!

Terrible with customer service and a representative named SARAH was yelling at customers for honoring the coupons.The manager Aaron had to intervene to shut her down. I would never expect to go back again and would not recommend you to do so as well.

Having their semi annual sale with 50% to 75% off selected items but so worth it! Got a bag full of stuff for myself & gifts.

The Manager there by the name of Jackie is the rudest woman I have ever encountered she gives you attitude when you ask a simple question about a coupon. This store use to be my favorite Bath and Body Works but I will be taking my business else where until she is no longer there.

I dislike how the managers are always on the phone.I asked this young lady who was on the register if I could talk to a manager because she was on that phone like hot cakes!The girl replied “the lady in the front is the manager”This is constantly, everytime I come in she’s on that phone. She also screams the deals and doesn’t explain the deals throughout the store. This is annoying and makes me not want to shop in this location much longer!
