My husband and I walked into the store and were greeted by the one sales associate there. Within the 10 minutes we were, she asked many times what we were looking for. I do understand this is the job of a sales associate as I too used to work as a associate. However, we were questioned so many times was a little bit concerning. Within moments after us entering the store a caucasian woman was greeted very kindly and was not harassed as to what she was looking for. I had several things I wanted to purchase however feeling uncomfortable my husband and I decided to leave. As we left I did say thank you and have a good day I received no response in return. Not too sure if she was having a bad day or if she thought we were some type of threat but I but I do not think this is the way business should be handled especially When there were only 3 people in the store and Sally beauty lost a decent size sale due to their sales associate.

Trinia was super nice and helpful. I was picking out pinkish rose gold. Then I actually my money bag there and went back the next day she had it in the safe for me. All my money this there. That says a lot to me about someones character

I usually shop at the Sally’s in North Brunswick as it’s the one that is closest to my home today I went and unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed they were out of stock so I went to the Sally’s in Edison let me tell you what a different experience that was everybody was so pleasant and so helpful apparently I had a bunch of reward points and different coupons I didn’t even know I had, I was able to get all of the hair care products I need and love with everybody’s help and for a great price I will say from now on I will be taking the extra 10 minute trip to come to the Edison store. Customer service was great and made me feel extremely welcome

This particular Sallys is my favorite one to shop! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy salespeople. Store is clean, well-organized and featured products are always changing. Love this place!

Have your items on a list and then find what you are looking for . Purchasing products in minutes . Friendly , helpful staff, and great products & prices always have everything you are looking for, and if they do not, they will gladly order it for you. Im a professional Stylist & use CosmoProf as well. The licensed store of this sister store. So Im ok doing business with them

This place physically looks nice but the manager Trina is horrible. She should not have the right to be a manager. I want her fired.

The customer service here was great during my visit. The sales associate was attentive but didnt breathe down my neck as I browsed (which I hate). The selection is so-so, even for a Sallys Beauty Supply, but its worth a visit in a pinch.

I always hope I dont walk in there when the heavier set woman with short colorful hair is there. If I see her through the window, I leave and try coming back another day. Shes so obnoxious .. and when I try to buy a product she doesnt personally like, she tells me to put it away and that shell find me another one for cheaper, so she literally runs around the store to find me something cheaper when I dont ask for cheaper. I always decline it but she still tries to push it and its so annoying! Ive been going to Sallys for years, and Ive always used specific products for my hair that have always worked, I dont go there to try to get the cheapest, I go there for the quality of the product, price does not factor in my decision. I understand that shes trying to help people, but telling them the products they have been using are wrong and bad for your hair because shes a hair stylist and knows .. I mean .. so are you telling me Sallys is selling bad products then ? Because Ive been a long time customer, so turning me off from products Ive been using for years is probably not a good idea .. Hope management trains her better. Other than that I love their products there.

Store says it’s open for curbside pick up. No one answers the phone Then it goes to busy signal window says knock on door no one answers guess they don’t need the business

The discounts offered by two for 1 or 1 and the other half price is totally false advertising, in addition the attention is bad there are 3 people working and none answer your questions.
