Such a great convenient supermarket in the area. They have sales on a lot of items and they even have face masks for cheap here. There is also a food court with Gong cha bubble tea, desserts, and other food restaurants.

This is my favorite asian supermarket in the Edison area. They always have different types of snacks and the cashiers are funny when they talk to each other joking around. The staff are amazing here and can make any customers day with laughter.

Very clean shop especially fish selling area, we love this shop to purchase fruits particularly Asian fruits. You get fresh veggies and meat.

This is one of the best asian supermarkets I have ever been to. The aisles are actually organized and easy to find things. They have a wonderful food court with desserts, bubble tea, and food.

Some times they have sales at this supermarket. They also have a lot of yummy snacks for cheap. They have a sushi section where you can get sushi or kimbap.

They have a food court hidden in the back that has some tasty food. Some of their workers back there are pretty cute. Recommend the boneless chicken and any of their bubble teas. Try the doughnut place!

Clean international supermarket offering solid international produce/products. Appearance is very clean, and while they do have a food court, its pretty limited in terms of variety of food. Bbq chicken is pretty good.

This is another huge Korean Japanese Asian grocery market in Edison NJ. 65% Korean 25% Japanese 10% Asian products distribution. Its clean and has huge selections... It also has a lot of promotions, so the price is completely inexpensive... The staffs are friendly and helpful. Only the food court is not yet fully completed, so the selections are not so many. Its still in Grand Opening period. A lot of discounts are currently promoted....

This is a great, small market. It has lots of essentials alongside some cute items. It is very conveniently placed near many homes, making it accessible. Would recommend.

Solid super market. All kinds of Asian foods. Korean, Indian, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine. They have a BBQ Chicken in the food court which is my go to Korean Chicken Wings in the area. Sometimes they run great deals on lobster and also Korean pears as well. They have student discount but its only for full price items (exclude already discounted items). Good place to get hotpot meats and veggies as well.

Almost like H-mart, everything is nice and neat, great selection of Korean, Chinese and some Japanese food, price is almost same as H-mart.

Very nice place contains all the Indian and Asian food items. Multiple tasting stations to try new food items. Amazing well kept International Supermarket.

This was only my second time here since they opened. I was very pleased! Storee was very clean. Displays well marked and organized. I could spend a couple hours strolling thru the aisles and still not see everthing!

This place has it all. You want Filipino Snacks? They got those. You want Chinese snacks? They got those too. They got an assortment of snacks and groceries here as well as a pretty strong fish market. The food vendors are great as well; I recommend.

I feel like there arent a lot of big Asian supermarket options in NJ. Its either Asian Food Markets (which doesnt always feel the cleanest), 99 Ranch (which can be pricey), or Hmart (which has limited variety). Im glad I found Lotte via Yelp. Located in Edison, its a bit of a drive for me but its worth it. We got there at around 10 on a Saturday morning and there was no line. Here are some of the pros:-Everything is organized and easy to find, and looks clean (Im guessing its because they only just opened in July 2019).-You cant beat the variety here. Youll find Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian (pretty much any Asian country) products-Prices are reasonable. There are some items that are a bit pricey but for the most part, I cant complain-Theres a special (not sure if its temporary or year-round) where you spend $100 and get a $5 coupon for your next purchase-Plenty of parking-They have a food court (closed now because of Covid) but I wouldnt mind trying some of the spots out once they reopen-They have a HUGE selection of fresh seafood, and again - for a good priceHere are some of the cons:-Produce is hit or miss. Some items look great but others are so-so. I bought the strawberries on special (3 for $5) and the next day, I found mold on some of them that definitely werent there the day I bought it. But thats chance you take when you buy the sale itemsNot much else for cons, as you can see. I just wish it was a bit closer but like I said, its worth the drive.

Frozen goods have freezer burn. Cashiers are lazy and rude. I hate to say this but I would prefer self checkout instead of dealing with them. Place is clean and produce fresh. Gong cha and mochi doughnuts in the food court.

Another asian grocery store reminiscent of H Mart. Im not sure if its because its a new grocery store but not as much people compared to H Mart which is a good thing in my book. H mart is always too crowded.This grocery is located in a plaza and there was plenty of parking available. There was also a good variety of products and selections as well. The food court is on the smaller side but overall, it was clean and welcoming.The cashier could use better customer service skills though....

Great and give stars for shipping for Asian food, but 2 stars for inexpensive American everyday food. Carrots a large selection of strange fruits and things not normally found in acme or ShopRite stores, but bread selection is minimum.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL prices! Everything is extremely affordable and very fresh. There are people offering samples everywhere of the various items on sale across different categories.

I liked coming here because its closer than Hmart, and the quality of food was just as good. However, lately that has not been the case. Ive has grapes go bad in a few days. I bought korean melons and they went bad the next day. I dont know Ill come here again.

A very big Asian supermarket. You can find a variety of Asian Foods there but the store is primarily for Korean food. I found a couple filipino food items there( pan de Sal, shrimp chips, chicarron, etc.)

Their variety is so impressive. There is a GIANT produce section with so many different fruits and vegetables and large quantities of each kind.The majority of the food in the aisles comes from Asian countries with a few other regions mixed in as well.There are live sea creatures ready for the picking and a wonderful section of household items/utensils/cookware/serveware.Overall a great experience and nicely organized.

Nice alternative for good old Kam-man and H-Mart, lots of vegetables and fruits options and fresh sea food to offer. It looks like currently they giving lots of promotional prices and it’s very competitive. (word of caution , if you buying grapes make sure you check thoroughly , I found boxes which looked like had fungus). There is dedicated section for Indian grocery and frozen food items and it’s a very good and quick alternative for traditional Oaktree based Indian stores . Food court was surprisingly good and has some flavorful choices.

I visiting the area from about an hour south and googled Asian markets near me and found Lotte. How I wish I had a Lotte in my area! I loved it and my sister did too. We found so many new and interesting things. The produce section was so cool! So many things Id never seen before. The bakery was also fantastic. Everything was super fresh, the pastry was soft and pillowy. We were able to find so many of our favorite Asian foods and are very happy and cant wait to go again.

Store has a great selection and variety of products. But the price isnt worth your health. Most stores are strick with their COVID procedures. But they lack in that category. Thats my only complaint. Other than that an amazing store filled with great hardworking employees.

Was passing by and stopped for bubble tea in the store’s cafe and by far its the best bubble tea I have ever had. Not too sweet, right amount of ice, bubbles don’t dissolve in the tea. Wish there were more places like this around. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Food inside grocery store is good, very nice but not too out of the ordinary.

This used to be our go-to market for all things produce. We recommended it it to all of our friends and neighbors for its multicultural choices and quality of produce, especially at reasonable prices. Today, hubby purchased produce whose prices have practicably doubled, yet were sub-par compared to prior purchases and competing supermarkets. He spent more on produce today than he has at Wegmans and Whole Foods in the past with purchases including meats/proteins. What gives?! Less quality with higher cost makes no sense for a sustainable business. Very disappointed in a market we truly loved.

The Lotte is very similar quality and price to Hmart but far less crowds....which is a good thing. However the Hmart near us is nestled in a bustling asian business district which elevates the experience factor. This Lotte Mart is by itself in a average American neighborhood. A bit less exciting...

During the pandemic this store is great about enforcing social distancing and provides gloves. I was really excited about the options at the food court but right now it seems closed. The store is clean and has a variety of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Indian goods. The customer service has always been impeccable. My family always stocks up on fruit when they have their sales. The Edison store is just like the ones in Northern Virginia. It seems to be the same size or just a bit smaller than the local H-mart. The prices are competitive and there are bargains every week. I dont recall seeing a bakery and there are less prepared ready to eat foods. It is a bit off the main roads so it is not as crowded which is a big plus.

The market is great but had a bad experience the 1st time I purchased fish here. It was fresh monkfish and luckily I didnt eat it. Still buy many things here but use extreme caution.

Bought tofu from lotte a couple of weeks ago, which expires 04/2021. the tofu was totally spoiled in march 2021 while kept in refrigerator all the time for just a couple of weeks.

This was the very first time my wife and I went in there. Nice variety of produce in quite limited amounts. Had we not been profiled Id gladly leave more stars, but not even 2 minutes went by when we noticed we were being followed around by their security. One guy just stood there near me while I was picking some pears. A very uncomfortable experience i must say. Newsflash friends, not every Hispanic looking couple happens to be criminals.

Customer service has deteriorated over the period since opening. No help is extended to locate any item specially Indian grocerry. Shelves are becoming empty or less equipped. Difference is evident after one year. Prices too should be looked into to retain clientele.
