Im thrilled with the overall experience, start to finish. There was good communication and quick turnaround. It was supposed to be a two day install and they knocked it out in a day. Everyone showed up when they said, kept me in the loop with what was happening, and they were all very nice and professional. I really appreciate they out down plastic and extensively vacuumed when they were done. Thanks guys!

We began window shopping over a year ago. Some of the people who came were simply salesman who just wanted to earn a commission. BMR was just the opposite! I did not have to bargain with them on a price, they were straight to the point.The customer service was amazing! Marta, would call, text and email me to keep me updated with the project, knowing that my work schedule was unique. Even better is that her responses were very prompt! They promised me a 4 week time frame and completed the job EARLY!!!On installation day, they arrived on time, in a nice truck wearing nice uniforms. They were super protective of our house, laying down drop cloths and plastic, vacuuming as they went. They worked efficient, as windows is all they do. I wish I had before/after photos of our original windows (1976) to what BMR installed! What a difference. This is the second time we used BMR. First for a slider that needed an update in our townhouse we were selling. We didn’t even give it a second thought to call BMR when we realized our new hime needed new windows.
