Excellent service. My hard drive was going out which made my laptop operate extremely slow, which was so frustrating. The technicians diagnosed the problem, replaced the hard drive, and gave it a good cleaning, inside and out. It runs amazingly fast now, better than new. I couldnt be happier. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Ira, one of the owners. I had been in panic mode since the night before because my son had done God knows what to my computer. I couldn’t use my keyboard. My entire life is on my computer and I was stressing. I had spoken with other companies, even my own computer brand support, none of which were any help. I was very pleased with the service I received from CSI. I emailed the company with my laptop and desktop issues and Ira emailed back very quickly to set up and appt. After he got into the desktop he realized that is was and old computer and would not allow Microsoft 10 to be downloaded. The price he quoted for a new system was very reasonable. Have been dealing with a backspace key that kept coming unhinged from the keypad on my Lenov laptop for weeks causing frustration and work slow down. Found CSI off a simple Google search and decided to give them a shot. Lucky they are nearby and when I called they said I could bring it and see if they could fix it on the spot. Kelly gave it a shot but after 15 mins couldnt and suggested ordering a new based keypad. It was ordered, arrived the next business day and was fixed within 15 mins. Extremely pleased with the results and speed of Kelly and CSI. Ive been in IT over 30 years and CSIs service is like having a private IT team nearby.

CSI Remains the bomb for us challenged info technology folks. They are exceptional at providing assistance to everyone whether you are 41 or 81. They make it easy rather than complicated. Much to be said for that in todays world.

I am self-employed, so my computer crashing last week right before a big trade show was going to spell a huge disaster if I couldnt get it fixed. I brought it into CSI on Thurs after finding them on Google, and they had everything fixed and running again within about 24 hours - recovered all my work files, fixed the problem with the operating system, and even upgraded my computer to a solid state hard drive so I could spend less time waiting on it and more time working - and did all that within the budget I had for a repair. I am so thrilled with their service, and will be looking to them again for any other computer needs I have!

I needed to upgrade when Windows 7 ended its protection in Jan. 2020.I called CSI because I had previously had a good experience with IraSena and Alex Bleich solving various problems. Alex did the job this time, setting me up with a new computer (much faster) and transferred all my files, including a large music collection to iTunes. He and Ira are not happy until they solve any problem(s) their customers have, and I can vouch for that. I recommend them highly to anyone with tech problems or looking for suggestions on tech products.

I stopped by on my way to work at 8:15. The hours of operation are listed as 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. Make sure you call first. Since there was no one there I called. Although no one answered, Ira called me within an hour. They offer free diagnostics.

Came to CSI recently with a custom built PC that wasnt working. They were extremely thorough and were able to successfully diagnose and repair my PC. I spoke/worked with several different employees throughout the process and everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
