They helped us immediately and was done in a decently timed manner.. I also believe it was fair priced for what was needed. Ive been here few times and so far feel I can trust them.. Will most definitely be coming back in the future..

Precision Tune Auto Care welcomed me and treated me like family.(very friendly, honest, organized, and smart people here)Whatever (specialty-dealer) part they need is delivered to them in 20 minutes. Dont think that they dont have the part needed for your car.They have the part, just like a dealer would have the part.A half-burnt resister (made in China) was causing my problem, and this was repaired professionally by the mechanic who explained everything to me before starting.I called at 8:45AM, was asked to be there at 9:30AM, and they were finished after I watched two TV shows.It doesnt get much better than that....I am coming here forever.(opposite Big Lots on Rt. 40 in Edgewood).

I went here to get my oil changed, along with getting my brakes replaced. They did such a wonderful job, extremely professional, very honest, explained everything that they did. I will continue to us them, they’re very fair with pricing. I also sent my daughter there later that week to see what was wrong with her car as well & Wayde showed my daughter how to pop open the battery I believe, to make sure everything was tightened. Her car would start sometimes & sometimes it wouldn’t. It was comforting that they took the time out to show my daughter if it happens again to look at her battery area first. Great job, also had my car as well as my daughters car done in a great timely manner too!!! Thank you.

I have been coming to this location for two years now and it never fails to amaze me. Excellent communication, honest and friendly staff, reasonable pricing for great service. Every time I come here I am shown the issue first-hand while having the function explained to me (Im not very car smart). Despite the high mileage and excessive rust, with patience and open communication my car has been repaired numerous times with zero complaints. This location is HIGHLY recommended, especially for those who are skeptical of shops!

He is a professional and absolutely looks out for the best interest of clients as well as very open to communication. Staff here does their best to review all defiencies with me as they physically show me what needs to be fixed so that I am able to understand what is going on and to also know that Im not being fooled. I appreciate the attention to detail and they are more than welcoming if something needs to be touched up following a service. I highly recommend this location if you need your car worked on!

The mechanics may be fine, but the counter workers are not especially concerned with the customers, so I went elsewhere and paid literally $100 less!

I had an appointment for an inspection at 8am and almost as soon as I got there they got my paperwork done and moved my car into the shop for inspection. It did fail on one aspect and they immediately gave me the estimate to fix it and reinspect the car. Ive already made an appointment for it. Theyre very honest and obviously care about more then just money. I think Ill be going here for as long as I live in this area. They also have great Groupon deals that are easy to use.

I drove my car to your Edgewood store after hitting a pothole, I blew out my tire, I was visibly shaken up, Aaron your employee, quickly got on the phone and was able to find me a new tires and was able to squeeze me in even though it was end of the day. I recently went to P.T. because I needed a oil change and wanted a inspection of my vehicle because I was taking a long trip. The manager (Aaron) was amazing!!! He was personable, knowledgeable, and just a very welcoming guy. He went over the issues with my vehicle and explained the reasons why I needed a particular service. I stopped going to P.T. because their prior manager was cold. I am a huge beliver in great customer service and I received it on this trip. P.T. you have gotten me back as a customer. I am very skeptical of auto shops because I was taken for a ride with a prior vehicle. I dont feel like I am being taken advantage of at this location.

An honest repair shop that looks out for its customers needs rather than their pocketbook. I am tempted to go back for all my repair needs, even though they are no where near convenient. I came for the Groupon and will go back for the service.

We came in for an expensive AC repair, turned out that the ac had just been over charged. They had us in and out super fast, and we havent had an issue since. Saved us about $1000.00 on the replacement.

Bought a Groupon for this place for an oil change, went in with the intention to leave my car because today is Saturday and I know it can be busy. Felt like I was ignored and rushed out the door. I was told to call back later because first come first serve ,which is what I thought it would be, thats why I had no problem leaving my car. Anyway Im not going back returned my groupon deals. Ill just go to one by my job on Monday.

Only been here once after buying a Groupon for an oil change and alignment inspection. Service was friendly, even when scheduling; and they still got me in after being 20 minutes late. Got some other work done by a different mechanic and was told they over filled my oil. That seems like such a bizzare and inexperienced mishap, which will cause me not to go back.
