This store probably is the best Sprint/T-mobile store in the area. Store is conveniently located, with plenty of parking options and the experts at the store always try their best to provide exceptional services. Ive been coming to this store for last 3 years and I want to highlight my experience with ANDREW last two visits.I visited the store in early May to purchase a new Samsung phone for my mom for mothers day gift. When we were introduced to Andrew, Korean speaking expert, he not only tried his best to find the promotions to save us little more money and offers the best option in our budget, he acted with patience and compassion. He was available to answer all the questions about the products as well as navigate and transfer all the datas. He was very personal and professional.I was in the store again tonight and luckily I was able to meet Andrew to find the upgrade for my brother. Andrew again were truly efficient for finding the best option. I highly recommend here if you are looking for an upgrade or technical service :)

The customer service here is impeccable and a godsend! I just cant rave enough about this store, the reason being Im huge on customer service and how I get treated as Im welcomed into a store, especially since Ive worked in business myself. Its so important to me that I make it a make or break factor as Im preparing myself for a purchase of my own. After visiting several T-Mobile stores in search of the right phone to replace the one that Ive had for a while, I just need to highlight how attentive, friendly, and kind the associates at this store were! From the moment that I stepped foot into the store, Manny made it clear that he was more than eager to assist me with my every need, and although I needed time to make a decision on my own and play around with the phones at first, when it came time for me to ask some questions about the iPhone, Itzel immediately came over to quell all of my concerns because Manny was assisting another customer, which of course I understood, and Itzel approached me to help me out without much effort on my part because I didnt have to look for her, but she wasnt pesky about it either. She was solely there to help! Its like she read my mind because she came over right at the perfect time. And, she then went on to not only answer all of my questions but truly understand what I needed as a customer and describes certain aspects of the iPhone Pro and the Pro Max that associates had missed at other locations, which were primordial because they helped me narrow down my decision. She also jotted down how much I would pay monthly for each phone and went on to discuss storage space with me, not selling me on the higher priced phone just because, but truly comprehending my needs so I could choose the phone that was right for me. I a visual learner and I need to see numbers in front of me - and without even asking for it, Itzel already had it taken care of! She even showed me the storage space she had and had used on her comparable iPhone, which helped me feel a bit more at ease about getting the iPhone with the least amount of storage space because she had a lot of apps and photos on hers and still had plenty of her 64GB storage space remaining, which helped me feel OK about getting a phone with 128GB. Ive had to purchase other phones in the past and regardless of commission, Ive never been treated as well at a T-Mobile store as I was at this one, and thats saying a lot, because Ive been a happy T-Mobile customer for nearly 15 years now, but the way the team here runs this store really says a lot about how efficiently they handle everything on their end and also how spectacular they are when it comes to customer service! Associates like the ones on the team here really make all the difference and keep me beyond satisfied with T-Mobile as my carrier. Thanks for all your help, T-Mobile Edgewater! Keep it up ♥

Not the best experience, ordered a phone on a Friday, was told it will arrived guaranteed on a Monday, it was actually shipped on Monday and wouldn’t arrive till Wednesday. Needed it for business and it all just got delayed. I don’t understand how they don’t carry every type of phone in the store. It’s been a couple of times I’m disappointed by them. Just never wanted to leave a review as I hate leaving bad reviews.

This store was very busy today. You don’t often see the manager himself behind a computer nowadays at any retail space. He tended to me and literally everyone in the store. The team was so in sync and didn’t see anyone angry as he and his employees were taking names down and assisting multiple customers. It was something you had to see for yourself. Never been so happy with a wireless carrier and service at this store. You get so much for what you pay for. Best decision I ever made leaving Verizon , wish i left sooner. Would be good these guys were open on Sunday. Some chairs would be good as well when transferring instead of those hard wood stools. Other than that i am very happy. Thank you

Tina is honestly the best. She took us as a late appointment to switch us over from sprint. Both my parents hadn’t backed up their phone but Tina made quick work of it and had them transferred into their new phones smoothly. Mom had a few hiccups with her data but it was quickly taken care of. She helped me switch from android to apple (which was really intimidating but she made me feel comfortable) all my data contacts even pictures moved from android to iPhone. Not to mention she was willing to stay after closing with us to make sure we were all taken care of and didn’t lose any data. Her manager was super nice and helped out with the entire process. All in all it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a wireless store.

Was there Friday night at 8:15 or so. Ordered a new replacement phone which was under warranty. The Manager Angel Gonzales took care of me.He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, humble and kind. All the qualities of an excellent manager. You just cant get this stuff off of resumes. I had some problems with the data transfer from my old phone to my new phone ( my fault for not syncing and backing up ). But Angel took care of it, and multitasking with other customers at the same time. T-Mobile upper management should promote this guy. Im in customer service and I can say that I was very very satisfied with the service.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years. I started with this company when they were first called “Omnipoint” followed by “Voicestream” and finally to their current T-Mobile name. Throughout those years I have dealt with countless customer service reps with this provider so I’m speaking from extensive experience. This week I visited the Edgewater Commons store to activate a new second phone. I was immediately greeted with great enthusiasm by Kenny C who proceeded to handle the entire process with maximum efficiency. All plan options and benefits were explained to me with great clarity. All of my questions were fully answered to my satisfaction. Thanks to Kenny’s competence we were done quickly and I was on my way totally pleased with the results. Throughout this transaction he displayed the kind of leadership qualities that bodes well for his future in business. Again, I’d like to reiterate that I am a real T-Mobile customer and this was my experience with the Edgewater store. I’m sure that if you visit that store and ask for Kenny C, you’ll have the same great experience that I did.

Simply the worst place to do business; the managers attitude that T-Mobile is doing a favor to you and if you do not like it go somewhere else is just unacceptable. Furthermore that a customer is a body of his as if one goes to the store for entertainment not for business reasons.T-Mobile has a lot to learn about how to treat customers even if they offer Netflix for free!If you travel in Mexico or anywhere in Central America and you are using iPhone, forget about reliable service. You get 2G service, if you call T-Mobile, unless you carry 2 phones your problem does not get resolved.Your best bet is to contact the local cellphone carrier and use their SIM card. T-Mobile is just useless!

I call it the Dream Store. 2nd visit and staff are usually efficient and resourceful. This time the store manager, David, was a walking example of genuine, resilient, customer-focused and solution-driven. I spent 5 painful days without sms service! Endless phone calls with the TERRIBLE customer service team including 2 senior techs but in vain, nothing worked. I hit the store because I was travelling next morning. David spent with me 6 hrs trouble shooting every possible solution with the customer service on the phone including purchasing a new phone for $100 but in vain, nothing worked! David felt so bad for me that he finally decided to own the solution by switching me to postpaid, returning the new phone, crediting the $100 and transferring the balance from prepaid to postpaid. He stayed with me until 10 pm, 1 after the store closing time along with the rest of the team, needless to name Kenny the positive, energetic and know-how pro. I almost cried in the morning when the phone worked perfectly and I was able to catch my flight. Gratitude is inadequate to use with David. I couldnt even raise my voice talking to him despite how desperate I was. I am utterlyugrateful and wishing him the best of luck in his career. MO

I have to say that one particular sales associate at this T Mobile changed the game for me. Her name is Hannan and she was not only patient with all my questions, but she made it her business to help me problem solve. If she didnt know the answer to something, she researched it until there was a solution. I have been back to the store since the sale of my new phone ( which I love) and she has treated me with the same attentiveness and professionalism she did from the first time I walked in. In previous times, I have felt disregarded, but Hannan has more than made up for it since. Happy she is at my Edgewater store!

This store had terrible service.My husband and I went in to get prepaid phone plans. The sales staff did not explain the plans properly. We wanted two months of service. A month later, when we keep getting payment reminders we went back to the store. Not only were the staff not understanding that it was the previous sales persons falut, the staff started to give us an attitude. ( Ie, rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth) The manager did nothing to curtail the staff members behavior.It was a very unpleasant customer service experience.

My husband stop by here..There is a employee her name is Hanna ( thats what she said because dhe did not have any id on her) she is such a nasty dirty person.I and my husband stop by 11-12-18 around noon time to get info about t mobile plans and entire store was empty time when i arrived. I ask her couple of question to get info and she respond me with rude behivor YOUR ASKING ME BUNCH OF QUESTION AT SAME TIME when i ask her are you okay ? why would you yell at me ? She ignored me.When i realized that she is not really happy at the moment store get 1 client (basicly she doesnt want to work at all you can tell) i ask her manager and she said that there is no manager and wont be in next 2 weeks. I was asking manager name and she was really happy to give me her name which was Angel. ( i assuming she must be her buddy not her Store manager because she was really happy to give away her name )As soon as i left the store i stop by another carrier Sprint and switch over at. No more TMOBILE ! They need to well train their store employee.

Always wait at this location with limited employees, staffs are not friendly.. there are some staff members who needs to learn how to talk to the customer with more polite attitudes.I went to this store three times just to upgrade my device, only two staff was helping 7 to 8 customer including myself...nobody didnt even ask me if I need any help, today 6-22-17 visted the store again with the same purpose, this time system got shut down, I was informed that they couldnt do anything for me.

For the record: I visited this site on July 26th, 2018 at 6pm.Stopped by to re-fill my prepaid (now youd think itll be an in&out transaction) as it is on my work home from work.While I was greeted and told that someone will be with shorty, ti wasnt until 25 mins LATER that someone was finally able to assist me. My transaction took 4 mins.What bothered me the most is that there was a manager who was called out to service someone else who had also been waiting very long.If there is personnel, why dont they all come out and help? Clearly they can see on their CCTVs theres a line outside.If you have a lot of time to waste, then this place is ideal to come visit. On the other hand, if your TIME is VALUABLE, then take a peek inside, if you see staff AVAILABLE, then walk in and do your business.
