Aaron was the best associate in the whole store he was kind ,courteous and understanding as he price verified some of my purchases eventho It might take a little longer. In the end of the transaction his manager switched him off register I hope it wasn’t for my time at register because he definitely gave great service and patience . Thanks again Aaron. The store has a spacious parking lot with multiple other stores in the area. It also has a Starbucks inside the store itself. It is a one level store with a good variety of items and handicap accessibility.

I use to come to this Target more often but in recent years, the lines here have been unbearable (even before COVID). They have very few cashiers even on very busy weekends and self checkout is mess. They sometimes dedicate an associate to just managing the lines. Some of the workers are not even properly trained and they can’t even do basic math. On my most recent visit, I bought an item that was on sale and I bought 5 of that item. They overcharged me and the cashier + 2 associates at the customer service area could not figure out how to fix the situation. They kept going back and forth on the calculator. It’s simple multiplication and subtraction! I even showed them the discount sign for the item and demonstrated on my calculator app how to calculate the difference. It felt like I was talking to an infant. I was there no less than 20 mins. Target customer service is usually pretty bright, this felt like I was on a prank show or something. I finally ask them to get their manager which was Aaron. He was great, fixed the issue in a less than minute because he actually knows how to do math!

Used to be great. Now, both this store and the Hackensack store are horrible. Very long lines to check out at both. Very few check out lines open, perhaps 3 out of 16 at any given time. They want you to use self check out, fewer employees, more money for them, fewer employees, greed. Have overcharged me on my last three visits.

Ordered on line. Got the last Queen sized comforter in the NYC area. Very easy pickup. Walked in to store, asked where orders were picked up, and waited 2 minutes and got comforter and left. Stopped off at Trader Joes just up the road and got milk. All in all a wonderful trip.

Today Target decided that 3 cashiers would be good enough. Morning or night it doesnt matter, its a disaster. They have more then 10 checkout lines and no one working them? Every single line was at least 10 customers deep. And self checkout was swapped.I was in line for so long that butter and ice cream are fully melted.Unbelievable!

Definitely not one of my favorite targets. Before dinner I decided to stop in to pick up a few things, and basically everything I needed was either dirty on the shelf or out of stock. The lines were also really long as well, I will give it though to the staff they were pushing along the lines and keeping the lines organized.I would skip out on this target and just drive a little further to a better one.

Excellent customer service! One of the CS reps saw me waiting in a long self service line and pulled a few of us customers over to the CS register to check us out. The one guy ahead of me got busy looking up an item, so another CS rep who was leaving saw that and opened up another register just for me! So nice! Amazing customer service!

Worst target ever!The shelves are ALWAYS empty! Even before COVID!Especially all the baby supplies from diapers to formula to baby food.The lines are long, few of the cashiers are super slow.

I think its one if the biggest targets in my the area. It always carries complete collection of apparel and home goods and they are always in stock! employees are also. beyond helpful!

This is a great Target location and I love the community here. The employees are always friendly (our favorite associate, Cynthia!), the store is always neat and tidy, and they keep a great stock of a variety of items. Whether I walk-in or pick-up, or need to return something - theres never any issues. Enjoyable shopping experience.

Get a cart outside before going in. They NEVER collect the carts.

Generally, Target not only carries everything like its competitors, but also modern retail products with better quality. Isles are wide, clean and not crowded. Mainly, masks are required in store and I feel safer to shop.

Target is my go-to store. I find usually everything I am looking for from office to house supplies. This Target especially is at a great location and very large in size. It has parking, which is always great, and not having to worry about a spot to park my car. Whats also great is that when you walk in you will see a Target employee at the door, and they will wipe down your cart handle after every use before giving to you. The employees are very friendly and will help assist you in anything that might need. Highly recommend.

Ive been to so many targets in my life so far and this is the best service cleanliness and employees that I ever got to experience at any target. This has been the worst experience. The womens bathroom was disgusting. There was pee on all the seats, the toilets were clogged with paper and to make my experience worse, there was only 3 lanes open to check out.

Target is a great store to shop at. Its well organized. Not that busy. This target location is one of the greatest. After shopping there, its nice to take a walk outside and enjoy the scene of Manhattan downtown 😀. Staff are polite, welcoming and will address all your concerns. They have masks and hand sanitizers.

Great service and clean store. I love the updates and changes (except that now the bathroom is all the way in the back - not fun when youre pregnant or youre shopping with kids) however, the bathroom was squeaky clean. Team members by far have positive attitudes and are always willing to help.

Hands down the worst Target store I have ever been to. The Management team and Store Director are horrid, really curious to know what qualifications they have to be at their position, horrible employees to represent Target. Never coming back to this location, extremely rude and the language they use around customers is nasty, they talk very loud and dont want to help anyone.

Great drive up service and somewhat ok pick up (too slow), in store, hard to find anything on the shelves, erratic stocking of products. Not consistent at all. For example, another Target nearby will carry all the color on the same item that the Edgewater Target only has it in 2 colors. This is the same in most products, including cleaning products. They have 20 of the same kind clothes detergent instead of 5 of different fragrances.

Amazingly smooth and quick curbside pickup service, even when you go super late at night. Oh yeah, unlike Walmarts in this area that stop online order pickups at 8pm every night, Target pickup here runs till midnight!

I thought this place was Fairbanks decent HOWEVER I was taken by surprise as staff and security confiscated all my belongings and the worst part was that the items they confiscated were items that target doesnt sell. They took my tools and parts from home depot and other used material. They lied to local.police and had me kicked off the property illegally without any feedback or say from me the customer. I will be taking them to court for there discrimation against certain customers. I am shocked and there managers and employees are s want and full of lies. They will never get my respect ever again.

Today I was there to pick up online order. I was waiting in a car for a while. Then I got an automated text “sorry for delay””, and an immediate another one saying that an order was picked up. I went to the store customer service to find where is my order, and how come status is picked up but it wasn’t. They were rude. I learned that all is my fault. I shouldn’t pay attention to the text messages! Never again I’ll use their “service” and do not recommend this store in general.

I recommend the pick up in store option while browsing online. Having the ease of browsing online (on my own time aka at work) and then being able to pick up the same day is great. Some of the times, items will be easier to locate online vs in store. And if youre into maximizing your credit card points, you can shop through your cards portal and get bonus points for shopping online!

Went to Target Edgewater to pick up my order. The wait was prompt and the staff was friendly but they unfortunately sent me home with a defective product. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt and the packaging before I realized so I cant do much about that but next time you guys order online PLEASE CHECK your items carefully!

This used to be a good store. It has fallen apart in the last year. There are hardly ever any registers open so you are forced to use the self checkout....which always has a long line. But that is only helpful if youre able to find the products that youre looking for. lately theyre not stocking as many items anymore so the shells are looking empty and items are just never being restocked. As for the items that they will carry again its hard to find because the shelves are never stocked. They also choose to stock the store while theyre open and get in the customers way instead of stocking the shelves in their off time when theyre closed.

Place is never a disappointment, with ample parking around and nice open area inside, you have enough room to walk around and pick the daily needs items.Most of the staff is hard working and efficient.Can be a bit crowded on weekends and besides that its always nice.

A great target location with lots of parking. It’s not too busy and this Target in particular is rather large.

I took every bag that was handed to me from behind the plexiglass. When I got home which was good 45-50 minutes away, I realized that I have left two packages of good quality ground beef there.. I immediately tried calling the store and the customer service desk phone rang and rang and rang.... I tried again the next day several times and the same thing. I would have to drive 45 minutes each way, which would not be worth it, in order to actually speak with someone. Smh. Horrible customer service.

Love my local Target! Ive been a fan since it opened and am even happier that it offers better pricing on milk, bread and other food products than my local supermarket. Just wish the store in Edgewater were open on Sundays. Everyone is always super helpful, too.

I really enjoy going to Target to go shopping. However, once, I checked their website to see if they had any of the products I wanted. When I searched it up, it said it was in stock at the Edgewater in Target. When I went there to get it, knowing that it must be there because it had said so on their website, I couldnt find it. I was pretty sure I was in the correct aisle, but I couldnt find any of them. It was a bit disappointing....Most of the products there are sold out or out of stock. Sometimes, I dont get why they never bother to re-stock the items....Besides, I came there in a rush to find out that they didnt have the product I wanted. Personally, there online website isnt that trustworthy and people shouldnt rely on it either. It was very disappointing, considering that I was in desperate need for that specific item. Adding to this, I decided to go to the self checkout. I was paying with cash and when the machine didnt accept it, I notified the cashier that it wasnt working. He wasnt much help, he seemed lazy and waved it away like it was no big deal. I was a bit stunned of this employees attitude....

Ready for pick up and short line. Got an improved version of the game with a 6th lost city, which was very pleased to discover when I was home. The price was also very good compared to buy directly in store. Great acquisition!

The woman responsible for sanitizing and taking care of the carts is always so pleasant and does a very thorough job.

The cashier was patient when my card didn’t work, the system was slow & had to be rebooted. I had the woman next to me on line start saying it was my card, she wasn’t “social distancing” & she said it could be my fault & almost wanted to punch her face but the manager & cashier were professional & quickly fixed everything. I can see why people get a beat down with their fat mouths making accusations! I was glad they worked quickly to process my order cause I may have ended up in police custody!!!

I mean, if you need for example a kettle, you will find it here, but there will be just 3-5 models.The shop gives convenient receipts. The goods are broken down into categories, very convenient for those who monitors the budget.

The Target Loss Prevention Team is Very Unprofessional at the Edgewater NJ StoreBe cautious of the Loss Prevention Manager. He is over zealous. As a State Law Enforcement Officer, I requested a courtesy to enter the Target Store. There were about 3 persons ahead of me. He said NO you are from New York and you have to wait on line (due to the spatial distancing). We had further words, I said for all the security issues you have with shoplifters at Target, you are not going to have any courtesies too. He then said his Uncle is a Police Officer. Then you should understand professional courtesies. I asked to speak to his Manager and replied, I am the Manager, but he was just the square badge security supervisor. After I made my purchases, he had his security team respond to the exit like I was a criminal. I reported the square badge security supervisor to Corporate Target and they documented his poor judgement.No wonder why customers are resorting to Amazon and Walmart. Target is going out of business.

This Target has the worst customer service in the world, and i hope no one has a horrible experience like i did.i approached a Hispanic Target employee, who seemed to be the manager, to ask where the bathroom was and she just ignored me and kept playing on her phone.i wasnt going to waste any time with someone so rude, and i continued my shopping. at checkout, my daughter went to the Starbucks to get a drink, the same exact worker decides to shove herself to the front, cutting my daughter off. i was extremely furious, so i went to the worker to inform her of how disrespectful she is to customers.i came back a week later to get supplies for my dog, and i brought him along in his bag. the same lady is working there again, and she prevents me from entering, saying that dogs arent allowed even in bags. i understood this and was about to leave until i saw another customer walking in while holding her dog. what happens? the worker doesnt say anything to her and kicks me out.Target, teach your employees manners and respect. maybe then theyll learn how to treat customers better.

The store was very clean and organized. Huge parking lot for if youre driving in. sale items were properly labeled and really in stock. For a store this big, didnt see much staff on site, however, with things being in stock and labeled correctly, things were easy to find without needing assistance. Lots of cashiers and self check out that made checking out quick and smooth.

This Target is good for quick grocery shopping. It is not crowded much , and it has a large selection of items to buy from. The lines move quickly, but the customer service isnt that good. The restroom is average but is dirty at times. Overall, its a decent store, but if it improves a little more it might be a five star store but for now im leaving it at a four.

Products have good quality control; the type of people that shop here are not the same types at Walmart.

I couldnt find an item I needed so I picked up their red phone for assistance and two people were there in less than a minute and they couldnt have been nicer!! Ive never had a bad experience in this location. Plus their store is always neat and organized!!

The staff were very kind. there were no more carts available and I was struggling carrying everything in my arms even dropping items at one point. A gentleman restocking the shelves was gracious enough to help me as well as assist me get my items into the basket. Exceptional customer service! Plus we love the Starbucks Team at the Edgewater Target too!

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE PRICING ON THE TAGS BEFORE PURCHASING I WENT TO BUY SOME ITEMS AND THOUGHT THE SALE TAG MEANT THEY WERE ON SALE ONLY TO SEE THE PRICE WAS ACTUALLY INCREASED! ASKED A TARGET TEAM MEMBER AND THEY SCANNED IT AND SAID THE TAG WAS WRONG,IT WAS OLD. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD HONOR THE PRICE ON THE DISPLAYED ORIGINAL TAG THEY SAID NO. BUYER BEWARE ITS NOT MUCH BUT THINK ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOP AT TARGET THIS ADDS UP.

Selection of mdse is always great with unexpected bargains and new product offerings in all departments

This target sells mold infested cheese. Clearly does not take care of inventory. Bought another cheese that had weeks left on expiration date and next day I found white mold growing on it (I already ate couple before realizing it). Dont shop here unless you want food poisoning.

Best target in the area.

Has an optical and starbucks on site. They also have a good selection of grocery as well. Pretty much a one stop shop. Place is clean and parking is plenty. Can get busy but you can also self check out.

The only reason I give this place one star is because its the closest place I have. This place is not good whatsoever. The staff does not give good explanation, directions, etc. I do not recommend this place if you are to get new glasses done or just a check up.
