The impact sent my driver side mirror flying and left a two foot dent in the door.Eric guided me through every step of recovery. Small shop, big work. Eric runs a small privately owned shop which is exactly what i was looking for. In my experience the work is always performed better when your name is on the line. Eric did not disappoint. Found his shop doing a lot of research online. After discussing with multiple shops, decided to bring my Porsche into his shop for a dent and paint damage to the area just above the wheel well. not an easy fix considering the lines of the wheel well. Erics team did amazing work. from realigning the dent to paint matching, detail was done with great care. Extremely happy with the outcome. A magnet latches on to every part of the area where there was damage (for those that know what that means). Pricing was extremely fair. did not up charge just because it was a Porsche. Additionally, he found the job to be more difficult than initially anticipated, requiring blending further into the car. He stuck to his original quote and did not up charge me for the additional labor. Highly recommend Eric and his team. Especially for high end cars that require the detail few shops can provide.

Though the other party took full responsibility for the collision, I was still concerning my car, as I knew many car workshop were not good until I found K2 Auto Body through the Yelp, they have all 5 star reviews. Then I went there and talked with Eric who is a is very nice, very professional guy, also with a great patience. A NYC garbage truck went all HAM on my S5, ramming into the rear and then ramming into the side trying to get my car out of his way. Brought it to K2 Auto body and they helped make my misfortune a bit more bearable.They took care of everything directly with my insurance company, and ordered all genuine parts for replacement. Repair time was faster than I had imagined, and they even repaired a small scuff I had on an unrelated area as courtesy.The car, as you can see in the picture looks newer than when I first drove it off the dealership. Wow, what an excelent job they have done on my car. The front end of my car was damaged pretty bad and they have done an immaculate job. Eric, the owner gave me a really fair quote and the job was done as promised, high quality and on timely manner. Overpromise and underdeliver. Be careful when the timing is important for you. They dont have all part and delivery time of the parts is not reliable. Was repairing flat tire and had to replace it. Was promised to get everything done by next day (when many places can do this within several hours/minutes), but it was fine for me to wait another fay. Next day Saturday 40 minutes before assigned time I called and was told that everything will be ready on time, no need to worry about the backup plan. Car was not ready 1 hour after assigned time, so I had to pick it up with flat tire and look for other place, as I was told that now they will keep my car until Monday as they were closing early on Saturday and no one can come and release me my car until Monday. So the service that I did next day (on Sunday) in other place within 30 minutes was stretched here for 4!! days. When I paid for the service they did (rim repair and oil change) they charged me more that they told at the beginning.

I had to brought my my 2015 acura to K2 to replace my front bumper after the accident and Eric and Sang super kind took care of my car and my insurance so well.It took about a week for them to order and replace my crushed front bumper. They even went above and beyond and covered scratches that I had on my car witch they didnt have to (thank you so much so nice of you!) My acura was reborn after all! LolThe whole process was such a pressure and helpful, since I dont really know much of auto parts (as a girl) haha.If anything happen to my car again..
