Cole is the man, as well as the young lady he was training. They went above and beyond for us. Went in there thinking we was getting iPhone 12 but ended up walking out with 13 pro max & an iPad. I also had 4 kids who was beyond wild but everyone was so nice and treated them well and had so much patients with all of us. This whole store was amazing, it was busy all night and every worker was so friendly and helpful to everyone. It was also a wonderful environment. I recommend this store to everyone.

My daughter & I came in this store for 2 reasons. I had a billing issue and my daughter wanted to upgrade her phone. Eli greeted us with a smile as we walked in. I had a major issue with billing and all three store employees, Eli, Maria and Hannah were helpful beyond belief! They all pitched in and helped with resolving my issue. Then, my daughter wanted a particular color iPhone and they had one! But, after everything was almost complete, my daughter said she wanted the 128 gig, not the 64 gig. Eli graciously acknowledged her and said no problem. We kept them there past their closing time but nobody ever complained. All 3 employees, Eli, Hannah and Maria were courteous, engaging, professional and accommodating. Thank you all so much for your help, my daughter and I appreciate it very much! I highly recommend this establishment for all your cellular needs. I wont go anywhere else!!

I wanted to take a minute to talk about Tom Barbour and the amazing service that he has given me since I met him.My family has been after me for a long time to get a smartphone. I told Tom that I wanted one, but I had never used one before. He fully trained me on using my new LG phone and was extremely patient with me. Not only that, but Tom has also always taken my calls when I need something. I called him recently when he was at home and he assured me that he was always happy to help. He helped me get into my voicemail on my home phone.Most salespeople I have dealt with just want to get me in and out and then want nothing to do with me if I need help. Tom has been a true gem!I jokingly told him I want to hire him in my home to help with all my technology issues. I love Verizon and the service and I will never see anyone else besides Tom for my needs.

Great service. Brandon Wagoner is an excellent person to work with when purchasing a new phone. No high pressure sales tactics, just works with you to find the best phone for your needs. My wife has dealt when him several times in the past and experienced excellent service as well. We specifically asked for him when we walked in store.

I would like to briefly comment on the customer service at the Eden Verizon store. In the past month or so, the service in the store has increased immensely. Eli, Hannah and Maria have been more than helpful on multiple occasions. There are many areas of discipline within the store - customer experience ranging from knowledge of the plans, devices, the plans that best fit me and many other aspects that are too numerous to mention. In short, the store experience has increased by 100% as a frequent customer.
