I paid 2800 bucks for a 500 dollar BROKEN Laptopfrom there it was broken and they didnt even replace it but then I got a washer and dryer. I was 5 days late the delivery men out front wanted to take my stuff and threatened to enter my home several times and lied and said i was 2 months behind in front of all my neighbors that i actually sell online products too which did put a out a bad bad image to that started hurting my revenue with them I,m in works with a lawyer now to see if I can take legal action but they lied i was 5 DAYS!!!!! I HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT AND ALL AND THEN AFTER I MADE THEM LEAVE AFTER A YELLING MATCH THEY FILMED ME ON THE WAY OUT TALKING SMACK AND THREATS IM STILL WAITiNg ON THEM TO FILL THEM THREATS I HAVE A FEW TO FILL MYSELF. . THEY JUST LOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS DURING A WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC IM TRYING TO BUY MY STATEMENT NOW AND SEEK A LAWYER FOR THEY WAY THEY TARNISHED MY LOYAL IMAGE...

LOVE A+ and LOVE Josephine. Been renting from here for about 4 years and never had a problem at all. Weve paid off a washer and dryer, a sectional and a refrigerator and are still renting more things! Recommend 100%!!! Josephine really does put the customer first!

Ive been a loyal customer for almost 2 years. They worked with me great until my appliances were almost paid for. I was 4 days late on my payment (which had never been a problem before) and they decided to proceed to harassment. In these 4 days, they called twice a day and sent people banging on my door for 2 consecutive days. I decided to pay them completely off in order to avoid future issues. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I love this place. The people are awesome and always friendly. We have had no problems with them at all.

Although the furniture we got was very nice, good quality, the service is awful. The first few months were great, but it has steadily gone downhill. When we had trouble with the TV, they kept it in the shop for over a week and said there was nothing wrong with it, even though they did not watch it. Then they sent it to the repair shop and they never call to give me any information. It has been over a month. The loaner tv they gave me just shuts off at random times with no warning, middle of shows, middle of movies, etc. DO NOT get electronics from here.
