Huge store makes it hard to find things. Employees are sparsely situated throughout the store too. When you do find someone they are usually fairly helpful.

Very outtaded business, will never do business there again. Their communication is abhorrent. I spent over 2 grand to buy deck boards and deliver it and Ive gotten 2 different calls saying theres confusion each time on the day and each time I confirmed the right day. They still delivered it on the wrong day. When you call them their answer options are from 90s dial up days. I DONT RECOMMENDED SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE.

Like most big retailers your experiences are generally good sometimes okay. However I will say that at this Menards in the decking area Bob is an outstanding guy to work with. And in the paint area Matt is an outstanding guy to work with. Thank you to both for helping me do the job right into the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Love going to menards. You gotta have a bit of an idea of what you need when you go. Most employees dont have a lot of knowledge, but I have found some very helpful, knowledgeable people. Pickup in back, which is nice compared to the Homeless Despot.

Menards is always amazing they always have what I need. Although some of thier policies are far left liberal.

I havent ever had an issue with Menards. They always have a good selection at good prices, and generally the employees are very helpful. I cannot say the same about the OTHER home department store down the street from this location. If you are faced with a choice between the two, I would personally recommend Menards. Chances are youre gonna have a much better shopping experience and probably save a buck or two.

I always tell my daughter you can buy ANYTHING at Menards. When she was younger she would challenge me with things to buy. I was able to convince her you could get it. It was a fun game. Now she just believes me. Food furniture clothes tools plants . . . It doesnt matter they have some things in the category to back up my claim. I like that most stores are two story as well, it makes getting around a little more efficient. The prices are good but you do need to watch for the 11% rebates or 15 off sales they really help. It is a great place to pick up home goods particularly if you need variety.

Always clean with obstructed aisles, well stocked, light and bright atmosphere, hi ceilings adequate check outs.

They do have a ton of selection... not to mention, a fun ramp to go up to the second floor or those see through glass elevators. tee hee! Tons of lights and tons of different bird food and bird feeders/ houses it looks like too. Ill sometimes wear my rainbow diffraction glasses when I go there and walk through the light department....Amazing! They also had pepper spray which really comes in handy if youre going up north in black bear land, and one of the staff was nice enough to help me find that.

This is where I spend most of my shopping money. Menards sticks to the business of getting customers what they need at great prices instead of pandering to woke nonsense. Keep up the great work!

Items are frequently in the wrong place and online inventory does not match what they have in store.

Its like the closest from my place..got use to coming here alot but I like how you pretty much can build things on my own..I miss roofing..

As usual it was fine. Had to return a can of stain and it was very easy and quick.

Busy poorly stocked and way under staffed.Shevels were messy. But I found what came for and got my 11% coupon. It is what it is in this new world.

The staff was great and the selection exceptional.

Would give them a 0 if I could. Outdated company with employees who care more about proper mask wearing than doing their job. Other stores not like this if you like the Gestapo shop and save a little bit at menards.

Menards will always be above all other home improvement stores. The depth of inventory, walking the back lot of materials and picking up some groceries are just part of what makes this place great. My wife asks if she can come along, something she has never said about some of those other big box options.

I learned something new today.... Menards has a heck of a hardware section. I failed to pu some hardware I needed and today is Easter Sunday. Not one hardware store open. Home depot was... But of course they didnt have what I needed. All I needed was come 1 carriage bolts. Two home depots... And I had 6 of 18. Then I went to menards and bam! Exactly what I needed, in cheaper bulk packaging. Save my day!

This Menards in Eden Prairie was clean very organized, helpful staff, their store layout was a bit different than other Menards. I wasnt able to find bed frames, not sure if they were in a different building.

😡 were all struggling. I get it. But when you have a contract and cant perform, you do what needs to be done to make the other party whole. Its just good business.

I enjoy shopping Menards, but their inventory is totally off online. Went from Maplewood to Eden Prairie because of their online inventory of 263 mosquito coils they have in stock. The employees there were a great help though, really appreciate it. Someone had labeled/inventoried the wrong item online too. We found the box with the correct ski, but the item in there was wrong. Glad the employees who helped me were really patient and looking behind other items to make sure they werent misplaced.

I always have a good shopping experience for the most part. The evening employees are a little hard to locate, but eventually found. The y usually have inventory. Recently I have been disappointed, but not usually. I always have plenty of questions that they are helpful in answering. The store could be a bit cleaner, but the overall feel is acceptable. I wish they would step up the garden dept. This year is was difficult to find any acceptable plants, so I was forced to rely on the seeds I planted myself. but the rest of the store (outside of lawn and garden) is great.

Menards is always a great place to shop, always have everything you need for building projects And more.

This Menards is the best location OF ALL TIME!! Their plant section is super addicting and they have a cool escalator to ride... even for adults. I go there when Im bored sometimes just to look at and maybe buy some plants because i love this place so much 😂😂😂😂

Menards has more product in the plumbing and electrical departments then the competition. The staff in the plumbing dept seems to be very knowladgable and willing to help. Ive had some really positive buying experiences. The hardware department is lacking however, too many packaged products and not enough variety. Overall a very positive experience every time.

This store is huge, and seems to have almost everything you would need to maintain your house. I like shopping for lumber here as well, much better selection than home depot. Staff are friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable. Have been coming here for years!

We usually go to Menards and Home Depot to price compare on a daily basis. Menards usually has better pricing on the generic hardware but the national brand items can be better priced items at Home Depot with seasonal discounts. The traffic in Menards is definitely higher on a daily basis also. Only negative recently has been the shortage of lumber while Home Depot has a better stock of lumber.

Devin in the lumberyard was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful after we were told to make the cuts on the wood we had picked out ourselves (and no experience with a chop saw!...might have been dangerous). He should get a raise :)

Oh Menards, why did we stray? So sorry but in the past couple of months we ordered for pickup at Fleet Farm with disappointing results. Once your order is ready at Fleet Farm half of the items are always cancelled. Plus, Fleet Farm isnt requiring employees to wear masks. Had a Fleet Farm employee stick his face about 12 inches from us today with NO MASK. I was showing him the order and the Fleet Farm employee started scrolling on my phone. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior at Fleet Farm. Should have never went to Fleet Farm. Menards, youve always been better! Hope you forgive us Menards. We wont stray from you again! Also thank you for caring and requiring mask!

Ridiculously poor service, staff are incompetent. After the initial trip to purchase lumber for my deck, I spend a cumulative total of over two hours speaking with staff to correct my cancelled order, correct missing items from my order and correct issues with my actual delivery. Over the phone and in person. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.Off to Home Depot to spend my money there.

We picked up a couple ceiling fans to replace some ancient fixtures in our house because Menards was offering the 11% rebate. We had trouble with one of the fans having the wrong parts and I ended up getting home without a receipt for the rebate. We exchanged the fan, and customer service was extremely helpful and apologetic. We got the fan exchanged no problem. And the customer service and management team went above and beyond to help us get a receipt that would work for the rebate. Absolutely great customer service experience.

Menards has excellent pricing for select Bluetooth speakers and headphones. I buy small tools and equipment, household cleaning supplies at Menards as well. Its a perfect one shop stop for anyone in home improvement or construction.

Stellar service as always. Im not that old but I still have some difficulty walking and they are always there to help with direction and even assistance or the occasional powered shopping cart. I feel safer knowing that everyone is required to wear a mask, not just the employees. The new rebate is much simpler now. One form for all. One mailbox for all. Just watch the dates on the tear off portion

As usual, they had everything I went for. Good customer service, clean, masks required but they should really have hand sanitizer available everywhere. We couldnt find any to use there.

I really like their on-line ordering and then picking it up at the store. This is so handy and saves time--plus Im not putting unnecessary items in my cart as Im wandering aimlessly around the store. Definitely worth the $7 fee!!!!

We had an unusually unpleasant encounter with an employee. We asked for assistance locating a product and were ignored at first and then treated rudely. The next employee was courteous and helpful.

We were there 5 minutes before someone else and they were served before me. Took 15 minutes later to get our product.

Normally I like Menards as long as you pick out your own Lumber and in-store items. But when I went there yesterday it was a mess. You couldnt drive out in the yard at the Eden Prairie location. They need to clean the sheds up so cars and trucks can pull through freely. I dont like the mask rule so I will be shopping there less.

I had been to this place to pick materials for my project. Folks were really helpful and passed on valuable suggestions. The place has a good number of varieties to choose from. Youd have to wait for sometime to get hold of staff as they are busy with many customers at the departments. Worth the wait given how knowledgeable they are!

Good place. Came in to buy plywood and they cut it down to segments that actually fit in my car.

Great place for building materials

My go to place for home improvements etc. I’ve come to know the store well but also some of the employees. Many are very good while others.......well let’s just say $14 an hour.Customer Service team is ALWAYS rockstars and very willing to help.

We spent thousands of dollars for their KLEARVUE line of cabinets, which are a copy of Ikeas line. The reason we went with Menards instead of Ikea was because they supposedly offered a true white cabinet, where Ikea offered an off-white. Unfortunately, after tearing out our old kitchen and installing the boxes, we noticed that the doors were not pure white, but an off white. Not only that, but each door was a different shade of off-white. Not just different tones of the same color, but some were a cream color and some were grey. Luckily, they have a liberal return policy and I spent days going back and forth until I got them fairly close, but we still have a couple of grey doors that look awful. Menards cabinets might be cheap, but not much cheaper than the other guys. You get what you pay for.

The store was clean and well stocked. There could have been more COVID-19 precautions but it wasnt too busy so it was still okay.

Found everything easily. Very happy.
