The online check-in is very smooth. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. I have a large family, and they took us all in without a problem.Dr. Beegle is a very experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly optometrist. His exams are quick and accurate. I trust him with my eyes.

I went into Lensrafters 2 weeks ago, debating on replacing a pair of prescription sunglasses. I was quickly greeted by store manager, Brian G. He was super friendly but not pushy. I told him what i was looking to replace my same current pair, but couldnt through RayBan because my prescription is now too strong. He helped guide me to looking at different color lenses (to help my blue eyes). He helped me pick out three pairs, one that i loved and made it happen. He asked me a few questions - focusing on helping me get the best discount/price. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and more. I will never go anywhere else. Please go and ask for Brian!

Great service! I spent no longer then 20minutes there. They also thoroughly disinfected the equipment right in front of you.They put you through several machines to scan your eyes which made it easy for the doctor to give you a quick and accurate diagnosis. He was honest with me too which I deeply appreciated as I have been to an eye doctor that just wanted my money. I left not having to buy glasses since the prescription would be extremely low anyway. Definitely going to continue going there for yearly eye exams!

I scheduled an eye exam for 10/22 over a week in advance, and had 2 separate automated services ask me to confirm my appointment. I did so, and then received a call on 10/21 saying my appointment is cancelled that the doctor isnt available. I went back online to re-book, and had several weekday options available. Figured Id call in to play it safe, and I went to book Mon 11/2. They said only Sundays are available for the foreseeable future, and its been that way for quite a bit of time. The website needs to be updated because had I not called in, Id have scheduled 11/2 and would have received a call on 11/1 telling me it was cancelled. Sundays only is fine if thats all they can do, but advertise accordingly. Im now weeks behind when I wanted to have my exam by, and I need to find a new examination center/doctor because their website is not accurate. Heads up that theyre only around on Sundays, and their website is not a good way to schedule.

Terrible office management. My husband had an appointment scheduled for 10am this morning. We drove a half hour in the rain, arrived in the parking lot, called the office just to ask where their location was inside the mall. Thats when we found out that the doctor wasnt in and our appointment was cancelled. No apologies, rep was actually rude. How can the office staff not bother to put calls out to scheduled patients to cancel if the doctor has an emergency or is not in? Glad it happened, definitely not an office we would want to deal with anyway.

They need to update their staff. They charged me double the co pay other places would have for the same exact exam. They didnt do any thing special or extra to earn that money.

Customer service is horrible. I was told the glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. On the 9th day I called and was told there was a delay because they only have 1 lab for all lens crafters. Not my problem. The manager Brian calls me to apologize and asks me not to cancel my order but to give him 1 day to work something out. The next day he calls me and tells me he was on the phone for 2hrs working on my problem. No Brian, you were working on your problem. The glasses would be mailed out but I have to wait on the mail service since lens crafters can’t control the mail! Then within the hour I get another call saying the glasses were ready. I said that can’t be and was told yes I just checked them. lo and behold I get another call stating they weren’t my glasses. They were in the wrong tray. Lens crafters wants your money but doesn’t care about the customer. They never even offered me a discount or coupon to come back! Go somewhere else

Terrible front desk staff, did not clean the machines before the eye exam, will not return 1-800-Contacts calls for my prescription and when I called I was told that they couldnt read the doctors writing so I wouldnt be able to get my prescription without speaking to him personally.

Lenses keep falling out. Will not stand behind product. Go elsewhere

Worst place ever. Was going to be 5 minutes late And they couldn’t do anything for me. I need these for school and now I don’t have them.

Completely disappointed in my first eyeglass buying experience.The sales staff told me I had really good insurance and sold me on progressive glasses that were completely inappropriate for my lifestyle. The problem? They never asked about my lifestyle...they smelled the big sell.4 trips back to the store to get them fixed. First was because the prescription was wrong. They rest because of bad craftsmanship. Ironically, the staff was frustrated with ME because I wanted to see clearly. Always fun to walk into a store and have the staff whisper when they see you.This is a big box retailer that cares more about sales than service. They got their big sale, robbing my insurance company of hundreds of dollars for glasses that were inappropriate for me and that I ended up never using.The entire staff, good people, are in desparate need of education about recommending glasses that fit a persons lifestyle....not checking insurance first and seeing what they can get.Really bad experience. Next time, I will look for a more personalized experience that doesnt put profits over customer needs.
