What wonderful customer service from Dustin. He was incredibly helpful and presented me with many options before I finally made a decision. VERY knowledgeable about the products available. The store is very clean and neat. I would not hesitate going here again for my next phone purchase.

The store itself is very nice and clean. The workers are also very polite to anyone who enters. It is definitely the desired experience any time I need to be there.

Jamey, Mary and Brian are very professional and helpful purchasing an Apple 8. Offered options that served to save money and upgrade our plan. I highly recommend the team of Verizon in Eatonton if you were even somewhat in the market for upgrading or a new phone.

5+ stars. Helped me setup my new phone that I didnt buy from them (got online). Then they help transfer and reset my old phone which I left with them to give and setup for a friend who was still sporting a flip phone. Tons of work, smiles on their faces and helpful knowledge for the tech impaired. most stores may help with items not purchased there but better service than other Corp Verizon stores Ive been too.

Depending on whos there is when you want to go some are kind and generous and want to help us in any way possible to get you what you want and how you want it While others cant wait to get you out of there seating is nice comfortable parking is excellent never real busy but of course with what youre in there for each customer is time-consuming

Not very helpful..needed help with bill was told they dont do billing had to call to find out..couldnt get no paperwork..all the money for phones its like they want to sell them then thats it...

They can never tell you about why or how you have been billed,but the people are always nice
