We had to make some changes in our plans for the wood floors. Claudio put my mind at ease and he really is a craftsman. The team worked well together.I am very pleased with our service. We had contact with both the Eatonton and Athens locations; everyone was wonderful truly living by their promise to guarantee our complete satisfaction. Charlene, Rosemary, April, Sam, Jack, Brian (hardwood) and the Brazilian tile installers were all wonderful! Very impressed by their arriving on or even before their scheduled time. Were still spending time just standing and gazing at our new floors.

We had David & Gonzolas as our installers , they were top notch. Very professional, excellent workers & and cleaned up everything when done.Very happy with the staff at the scheduling center as well. They kept us informed and up to speed on our delivery date , as well as the installation date & time. Couldnt be happier with our new carpet!

Since relocating to Lake Oconee a year ago, I have used Dalton One for five different jobs in my condo. April Scott, designer, was instrumental in helping me select the appropriate tile for the area. Lennie installed the tile professionally; the whole place looks great; I receive compliments every time I have a visitor. The favorite of everyone is the stainless steel subway tile installed in the bottom half of my dining room walls.Everything, including cleanup was completed as scheduled with follow-up.( I am very picky and hard to please but they sure did the job!!!!)

First I want to say WOW!!! I met with Charlene in a small panic. We are having a wedding and we need carpets now!! Charlene took the extra time to find a carpet that was in stock. She had measurements done almost the next day and installation as promised. Sam the installation manager was more than accommodating when I had to change the date. The installers showed up on time, asked if I had questions and we very considerate of the furniture they had to move. I cannot thank you ALL enough for checking this off my list with plenty of time to spare!!

Rarely do I have an opportunity to wholeheartedly recommend someone. I am persnickety to a fault! From my first encounter with Dalton Carpet One to today sitting here enjoying my new flooring, they have been first class all the way. My salesperson Charlene read me like a book and knew just what I wanted from the start. Then my concerns about installation were soothed by bringing the installer team out to reassure me. And install day, which could have been a nightmare since my entire house was being done, was still difficult but over quickly and done perfectly. What else can I say? Don’t go anywhere else!

Great work!!! My floors look amazing!!! The guys also did a great clean up job.

The staff is great, however the installers are not great to work with.

Great carpet and the installation was perfect, professional and courteous.
