I have been going here for almost about 5 years brought at least 3 gas stoves and 2 fridges all used good customer service but they deliver guy is the most disrespectful person always charge 20 dollars to hook up your stove once I payed for it and delivery fees! Tried to call the office to report his behavior the first time no one would answer and I got hung up on! Then I went up there and was given store credit can’t remember the owner name but she was nice about it! But this last time I got another gas stove in 2019 before Thanksgiving Good customer service but then that same rude delivery guy came and just don’t ever wanna deal with him no more! So now it’s 2021 that stove went out agin the oven doesn’t work (smh) so now I’m not going back there due to the rudeness of the delivery guy. The stoves just don’t last with me been through 3 already in the past 5 yrs now I need another one! Just going somewhere else

I came in the store on October 15, 2020 to look at appliances (Preferably Stainless Steel) and I was over priced by the sales woman for USED APPLIANCES. So I left out, however, my aunt said that she had purchased items from them before and has a good rapport with them. Sure enough the lady didn’t remember me, but knew my aunt and offered me the same items for a different cost. I was looking to pay cash and was convinced to do financing and she’ll throw in a washer and dryer as well. My appliances was delivered almost a month later and I was charged additional to set up my gas dryer. (No Biggie) So I ask the delivery guy can I PAY him to set up my stove as well and that’s when he noticed that I did not have a gas line in my kitchen and needed an electric stove!.Searzone USA Appliance refused to exchange my stove which has not been used since I purchased it (Well financed for 3x the original cost). I was told that they are unable to exchange or refund me due to there not being any manufacturer issues with the stove.They rebuilt a refrigerator and sold it as stainless steel which is currently gets Luke warm at its finest. I’ve been told several times that a technician will be out to look at the appliances and no has been out as yet.I’ve been unable to cook a meal or even store takeout due to Searzone USA Appliance! I tried my best not to disclose this information, however, I was left without any other options!I will continue to spread my message on every social media platform until there is some type of resolution!

Just reading the reviews and the responses from the company is why I’ll never do business here. Never been there but based off the way you respond to your customers lets me know how you do business and it looks real bad. Perhaps clean and fix your appliances before you sell them and refund ppl without a hassle or fix their issues in a timely matter and quit having screaming matches with your customers. These reviews were disgusting to read. I’m sold on NEVER stepping foot here!!

Good nice people. But need to do better on the store part. Have fridges cleaned and presentable to the customer. I like to walk in with that already done. An so you can purchase right on that day. But overall good place for good price.

We are already taking chances with buying something used. My mom purchased a washer from them and it stopped working within two weeks but they came back out and replaced it... Just make sure to get a warranty...

Very nasty and unprofessional company. I spoke to more than one person at the company regarding a dryer that I purchased not even 30 days ago and it went out. On Friday she told me that they only do repairs on Tuesdays and Thursdays is scheduled me for Tuesday no one ever came out or court on Tuesday. Now here it is Thursday and I give them a call their technician is sick and out so no one is able to come out to take a look at the dryer. I ask for A refund and was hung up on twice yelled at by the owner Dede and two of her employees.They are very nasty and unprofessional and I would recommend him to anyone.They would rather have conflict and argue with you then to simply fix the problem or refund you your money. Don’t go here people keep your money go elsewhere.

Very friendly environment and found exactly wha my sister was looking for. A family member purchased a really nice refrigerator from here over a year ago that is working beautifully. He suggested I go there yesterday to find my sister a freezer and they had exactly what she needed and was given a great deal!

Worse service ever!! Refrigerator stopped working after 4 days. Didnt tell me the stove didnt come with a gas line, nor did they hook it up. I bought it for my mother & had it delivered. Called to get it hooked up they wanted to charge over 100. They act friendly & smile in your face but lack in communication as far as whats covered about what u pay for. You give them the address once they get to the location they complain about how far & they should of charged me extra.

All my appliances work great Ive been buying from these people for 20-something years anytime I have had a problem or my family had a problem they came and took care of it right away

I needed a washer and dryer set because my dryer went dead on us. Omar scheduled a beautiful Whirlpool set to be delivered the same day. The matching dryer was not in store but they provided a temporary dryer until mine arrived and they are replacing it and re installing the new one at no cost!! Prices were negotiable and fair, customer service was great and I will be coming back. Thank you for being so kind to myself and my family.

The most unprofessional company I have dealt with. I scheduled twice to have my appliances delivered and they rescheduled. The day its finally to be delivered I sat around and waited as they said 12-6 and at 5:58 they call and say they were robbed and cant make it I was understanding and said call to schedule when you can and they promised the following Monday and today they arrive and say the refrigerator wont fit and I call to ask what should we do and they were nasty with me saying they cant help no refunds so I ask for it to be moved to my basement and he tells me he doesnt have the time. He doesnt have the time to move the refrigerator after I paid $75 delivery for the refrigerator and waited weeks for my appliances. They also didnt clean the appliances or fix the stove as promised so my oven knob is broken.They are unprofessional and rude.

I had the most wonderful buying experience here!!!The salesman was very professional and accommodating, I wanted to try out a bed before I bought one and he made that happen! The Delivery men were extremely friendly and efficient! In a matter of minutes after they got here, I was laying on my new bed!!! The bed that I purchased at a very amazing price for a brand new bed!!!I am infinitely happy!!!!....Im laying on it right now smiling contently.... 😊Thank you so much for the experience!Oh and I cant forget the beautiful and exotic Blue and Gold McCaw in the shop either! 😙

Fantastic. I purchased a fridge and a bed from here and both work really well- The fridge was clean and tested in store, and the bed was brand new and very reasonably priced. Not to mention, the next day delivery was satisfactory. I saw some other reviews and I see that some people are never satisfied, but I for one could not recommend this place enough.Thanks, Hassan!

I bought a fridge and stove from the Gratiot location and it has been working great. I stopped into the 8 mile store just to browse and saw that their selection is even better than the Gratiot stores, save for fridges. The showroom is a lot bigger so I cant blame them for offering slightly more here. This location has some gorgeous furniture and the store seems well kept from what I saw. If you need appliances, this place is a damn fine choice if you catch them at a time where they just unloaded a truckload of pieces. Good prices, varying selection, and very helpful staff. I saw their website as well and it looked pretty nice, but Im more of an in-store shopper anyways. Overall great locally owned place.

They gave us a great deal on a brand new washing machine. It was priced better than everywhere else we found and we searched for days.

Bought a fridge not even a month later it doesnt work and i called for repairs no one called or came out and i called the the place 3 times on the day they were supposed to come out. Its a holiday weekend im a single parent that works and now i have no fridge and have to wait till this weekend for someone to come out. This is unacceptable. I want my money back

Very rude . Unproffesional.screamming at me and owner hanging up on me ,this after i paid for fridge they told me to put it in the back of my car. Paid for apartment size fridge, they brought a full size that didnt fit . This is after 3 delivery attempts two of which they didnt call to let me know it was coming. The thing lasted 6 months . Never do business with these people. Horrible experience. I am a realtor and own several properties, its too bad that i had to go through this. Will never go there again!!

Brought a French door style fridge, had issues within the 1st 30 days call for repairs; repair guy came out didnt fix problems, call Omar he said he would handle it, nothing happened. Week later fridge was done for, it was after the holidays so hundreds of dollars worth of food went bad. I went back to the store confronted employee he then called Daniel who was very rude, loud and obnoxious. We finally got her to send a repair guy back out, same dude came back without the proper tools to get repairs done. Repair guy tried telling us he cant do nothing else till next week. I asked for invoice for his services, he told me he didnt have to give me one. Told him to call the office, he then began screaming, my two year old daughter scared to the point that she started crying. After all that we finally got them to do something about the issues.

These guys sold me a bad dryer that was dead on arrival. They then refused to take it back. The sales guy is pushy and money hungry. They have no idea what the condition of any of their appliances are and thats why the refuse to do refunds. Do yourself a favor and skip doing business here. Im out $300 because of their bad business practices.
