Ordered & prepaid for 150 gallons. They over filled my tank & then sent me a bill for the difference. Called & got a very awful customer service lady. They want to pump it out. How do I know how much you’re taking out. Now I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t want. Don’t use them unless you have more money to put for their mistakes!!

My parents ordered fuel from liberty discount. Was suppose to be delivered within the week and never was. After the huge snow storm they were almost empty. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone or even leave a message With a full mailbox with liberty. Called around but union was the only one that answered and we got someone to deliver the next day early morning! Thank you so much for the great service. We will be sticking with you from now on.

I recently had my furnace fail and contacted Union Fuel. To my surprise they came out the same day in the height of their busy season. My furnace was over 30 years old and had to be replaced. Their team came out within 48 hours and had a new furnace installed. I have had three furnaces installed by them over the years and they are by far an exceptional group of people to deal with. Never have I been more pleased with the service I received, especially in these difficult times. Randy is a true professional that cares about his customers and provides the absolute best service you could ask for.

3 months running. 1st month billed me for a service they DID NOT PERFORM (They were scheduled for a cleaning) and didnt do it. Called and asked for a corrected bill. The person answering the phone said it was for diagnostics and repair. AGAIN, THEY DID NOT REPAIR!! DIAGNOSE, HARDLY! I had to call another company to repair and clean the boiler. Billed 2nd month with interest and no corrected bill. Again, I called and requested an itemized bill and still told it was diagnostics and repair! Billed 3rd month with more interest and STILL NO CORRECTED BILL! They may be okay for

They tell you what they are going to do, when they are going to do it (and even how if you are curious), and they meet their commitments. This place gave me and my family extraordinary service. I needed my oil tank filled ASAP as I would be going into labor in two days. Tiffany and her supervisor arranged for the driver to re route and give me service the day I placed the order to assure my families comfort. We had a Bradford white Defender water heater installed on 5-3-2016 by this company that recommended it to us. It was fine for 2 years then problems started with the pilot going out. We had Chris the guy who installed it,at our home many many times after to fix the issue. Glad we got the warranty on this. So just this past March 3 2019 Chris was here again put parts in it and paying a service fee for every time at the residence. So again July 13th the water heater went out again, my husband called them again and all they said there is nothing they can do. REALLY!! Said to us something about to just call the manufacturer to complete replacement under lemon law. We have been with Union Fuel for way over 20 years, but I will never recommend them to install anything. You would think that they would have installed a new one. So we called another place and they came immediately, and they fixed the problem for good, and they are seeing if the part is under warranty even though we didnt purchase it from them and they guarantee their work.

From the time we contacted Union Fuel about replacing our central air conditioner I can only say that it was a very pleasant experience,from the very nice secretary to all the people involved.Randy came to our house to give us an estimate.He was thorough and gave us a few options with no pressure.After calling another Co. for an estimate and was informed that they did not carry the Carrier that I wanted and told me that Union was a very well respected Co.After that we called and ordered our new air conditioner.Chris and George were the two wonderful techs. They cleaned up everything and had my house cool and comfortable.If I could recommend anyone it definitely would be Union Fuel.

Unexpectedly ran out of oil due to a broken gauge. Even though their office was closing up for the day one of their drivers offered to fill the tank enough for my family to stay warm through the weekend. Very grateful for this experience!

Owner stands by repairs even when one service call that not make it right.But their service is very expensive.$270 to change filter and nozzle, after I called to find the oil leak; oil leak found on the third visit, as they were unable to find it the first time.Filter and nozzle change are part of a tune up that runs between $90-150 depending of where you go. For lower prices, you can also check craigslist services section$400 quote to change the pump of the oil burner for a 1 h job and $90 part...

Love the fact that they have 24 hour emergency services. It came in handy before for me and it was a huge help.

BAD PRACTICE BAD REALLY BAD. PEOPLE DONT BELIEVE WHAT IS IN THEIR WEB SITE BECAUSE THAT IS A LOT OF BULL IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
