Arrived for my first Service appointment, an oil change and tire rotation under the Jeep Wave program. It went as scheduled and everyone at the dealership was pleasant and polite. I mentioned that my vehicle wandered. There was a lot of play in the steering wheel. The service manager took it for a ride and confirmed my assessment. New parts were ordered, and an appointment was made to replace the steering box under warranty. I was pleased, with the immediate response and professionalism. Im sure when the work is done my Wrangler will handle reasonably. I highly recommend this Service department to anyone needing inspection, maintenance, or mechanical work completed on their vehicle.Had the steering box replaced. It took a day to complete. The Wrangler now steers as well as a two door Wrangler can. Well done!

I am originally from Philadelphia, PA. Now Im living mostly on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I have a 10-year old Durango. I had an appointment to take it to Fred Frederick for service of my AC, backup camera and seat. On my way in the vehicle overheated and I had to have it towed. To make a long story short, the price quoted for all of the work including the issues causing the overheating were considerably less than the quote from the dealer in PA. I have to take my car back this week for the remaining work but I satisfied with everything so far. Please note, I did take my car to a mechanic that I trust who wouldnt do the AC work and told me it had to go to the dealership.

I took my vehicle in for scheduled service, including an oil change and service to my AWD. I confirmed with reception in service department my appointment, asking that mechanic pay close attention to service light (s) on my dashboard.All seemed alright until it was time to pick up and drive off the lot as service light(s) were still on. My husband called the service department to explain the issue. Then, we took the vehicle back for a diagnostic check.Disappointed that we had to bring the vehicle back. However, they did not charge me for the diagnostic check and the fix was very minimal in cost. The mechanic who followed up with us, did all he could to help resolve the issue at hand. I wish I could remember his name but he was professional, courteous and displayed great customer service.

Looking for a hard to find vehicle, my budget is limited. Eric was honest helpful and he returned calls.He also took time out to set up a deal. Took my 2021 Pacifica in for a faulty lift gate closer recall and after they reprogrammed it my check engine light came on and thats the way they left it.When I called to complain they said to bring it back in and I drove 30 miles back and got there at 8 and its now 9:30 and still waiting. Im losing another morning for a simple recall on liftgate. Not good

Had an issue with my Jeep a week ago. Called the service department to let them know what was going on and I wasn’t sure if I could make it to the dealership. Clark sent out two guys to do a diagnostic on my Jeep and they ended up driving it back to the dealership. They were quick and courteous through the entire process. I am very very displeased with Fred Fredrick of Easton. We test drove a 2018 Ram 2500 on a Monday evening and liked the truck. We were told the truck has not been MD inspected yet so we could not purchase the truck until the inspection was complete. On Tuesday, I spoke with the dealership and was advised there were multiple vehicles ahead of this truck since those vehicles has already been sold. I told her I completely understand and to let me know when the truck was inspected and ready for purchase. On Thursday, I emailed my salesman (who didnt feel the need to wear his mask on Monday), but thats besides the point, asking for an update on the truck and inspection. I received an email reply on Friday advising me that the truck had been sold. The last I heard from this dealership was that it could not be sold without being inspected, next thing I know the truck had been sold without being given the opportunity to purchase the truck. This left me angered and outraged. There is little to no reason for me to ever step foot back in this dealership.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in recently for an oil change and inspection. I dropped my Jeep off the night before, and it was done by 10am the next day. The called me promptly and let me know it was done, and were very accommodating when I said I wanted to pick it up the next day. I was able to pay over the phone to avoid having to go in the office. The gentleman I spoke with in the shop was very nice and helpful. Plus the service was cheaper than the shop I usually take it to! Highly recommend!

Just went for my first service appointment. I had questions about a used jeep the girlfriend bought up the street but they refused to address any problems we found. The service tech looked up the vehicle by vin to see if the manufacturer warranty was still good, or if any extended warranties were bought. They werent, but I realize he was not obligated to do any of that. I appreciate it! Its the little things like that, that build lifetime customers. The dealer up the street should take notes, Id be driving a Silverado now.if they had.

The truck my husband was originally interested in was sold before our scheduled appointment to see it. We were not called and told this until 20 minutes before our appointment, and we live an hour away. Needless to say, this caused us to be very frustrated upon arriving for our appointment. With that being said, Lee Outten was a great fit for us! He helped my husband look at another truck that he had briefly looked at online and was open and friendly. He immediately put us at ease. Also, due to the original truck being sold, the manager Dave, addressed it with us and was able to “make it right” in another way, which we greatly appreciated. I bought a jeep elsewhere and was given a gold warranty. So I have to use a jeep dealer for it. I have had my jeep in there 7 times for the same thing and its always something else and 3 of those times they said warranty doesnt cover but my warranty is 100k bumper to bumper. And they worst thing is i still dont have 50k miles it and its a 2015. And you never get the same person, I love my jeep but wouldnt buy another one as Id have to use Easton as my service place or drive an hour away.

Took test drive with Jason...very informative. Two weeks later asked (via email) Jason to provide a purchase price. He responded via a phone call. The price was better than prices I researched and received from other dealers. I agreed to purchase the Jeep for the price quoted. There was no attempt made by either Jason or John to change the quoted price or to add items to the price. There was NO processing fee. Just the quoted purchase price plus the tax and tags. We agreed to complete the deal in two days when I would pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork. When I arrived two days later, all the paperwork (as agreed upon) was ready and the Jeep was ready. The whole process was efficiently and professionally done.

I went there to trade my Jeep Compass in on a newer Vehicle. financial guy ran my credit twice which caused 2 hard hits on my credit score then he sent it off to 6 other places which caused 6 more hard hits in my credit the end results are that this dropped my credit score by 43 points these points do not fall off for two years now. We were on a trip from DC down to the beach when we had battery issues with our brand new Wrangler. We made it to this dealership as it was the closest Jeep dealer and we were and hour and a half from home. Keith and the service team were so wonderful to us. Best new car purchase so farThis was the second new Jeep we have purchased from Charlie Wallace, and the third in a row from this dealership. Charlie is great to work with and did a wonderful job explaining how the dealership doesnt cover up freight and destination charges in its price quotes, and doesnt factor in a military discount up front, only to rescind it later. It was easy to figure out that the price he quoted us was actually better than that offered online by other dealerships in the area, even though at first blush this didnt seem to be the case. Charlie worked hard to find us just what we wanted, a Cherokee that would tow behind our motor home, with just the options we wanted but nothing we didnt need. Thanks again, Charlie.

I was never a Dodge fan. Have always have at least fifty vehicles in my corporate fleet, never a Dodge. Recently, I bought a Ram 3500 as my personal vehicle. During the recent storm, I was plowing when the lower reverse gear clutch burned up. During the storm the dealership was closed. I called a transmission shop and spoke to the owner. He told me Dodge would not stand behind the warranty because of the plow. I was sickened until Monday AM when Fred Frederick of Easton opened. I told the entire story to Jeff Frederick and asked if he would stand behind the transmission. Jeff answered me by asking a question. Jeff asked, why I thought he would not stand behind the transmission? I told him because the transmission shop told me he wouldnt. Jeff put everyone of my concerns to rest. He told me he is so confident in the transmission and truck that he doubted that I could have done anything to hurt the transmission. He said they have so few transmission problems that he wasnt even able to guess what went wrong; but, he said he would certainly take care of it no questions asked. He called me Tuesday to give me an update. He called me Thursday to say it was ready, but if I gave him another day, he would have it detailed and seal the paint. Friday, I received a call to pick up my newly detailed, sealed, and repaired truck. Oh yeh, Jeff mentioned that a seal tore causing the problem. He said he thought that would never happen again. He went on to tell me that should we get no more snow this year, and something happens again next year, I should not worry because he will cover that transmission without any problem.I never had such a level of care and responsive service. This is why I ranked them EXCELLENT.

This was my second time needing service to car, poor customer service first time left inside of car with napkins outside my glove box, second time got two different scheduling times dropped car off never got a call in two days for update. I had to call for them to say car never looked at if I was told that with a courtesy call that would have been fine. Yet I go to the Dodge dealership I normally visit all way in Salisbury busier area they call me hour after appt to let me know when they will get to it that is customer service. Also when you call or go in nobody never knows who is handing what.

I initially found this Ram through searching the internet, and when I contacted Fred Frederick, Rob was the initial person I dealt with because he handled internet sales and inquiries. The only reason I drove an hour to go view this truck was because Rob was EXTREMELY professional and helpful with all of the questions I had about the Ram. Once I stepped on the lot, he turned me over to Charlie, who we eventually made the deal with, but none of it would have been possible without the help of Rob as well!I would DEFINITELY recommend both Charlie and Rob as salesman to work with, and Fred Frederick as the place to go to get yourself a Ram!

We were greeted immediately and very cordially upon entering the dealership by Charlie Wallace. We already knew which make and model we were interested in so Charlie got us right into a vehicle to take a test drive. He provided lots of information about the vehicle and answered all of our questions during the drive. When we started the conversation about trade in and financing, Charlie was very knowleable about what was being offered, worked diligently to get us a good trade and provided 2 different financing options from which we could choose. He even came back with a lower interest rate after we had agreed on a deal. As we left the lot in our new Jeep, Charlie encouraged us to come back with any questions that might arise after driving for awhile or to get help with some of the high tech benefits that were part of the package. For me, being a bit technology challenged that really put my mind at ease. Charlie is a true professional and a very nice man.Very Happy Customers !! Annie and Merv Hammatt.

Do NOT Take your vehicle here for service!Took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and rotation - vehicle came back scratched. In less than 24 hours and 4 miles later we brought it to service managers attention. He claimed a rock must have scratched the paint after we picked the vehicle up. There is no way a rock would scratch the paint in the location and manner of where the damage occurred. Fred Frederick refusing to do the right thing and fix our vehicle.They will not take responsibility of their mistake.Word to the wise dont use them!
