I tried to contact Payne and Picard by phone over a 2 day period and left messages. No one picked up the phone ever at varying times and no one returned messages. I decided to go anyway. I used a gps and could not locate the store. I asked 4 people, I tried to follow their one sign that said the store was in back, i parked at 3 different places to access the store, I called 3x to see if someone would answer to help me locate their store. It took me 45 minutes to get nowhere.I have never experienced such disregard of customers.
