This CVS allows dogs to sit in their shopping carts. This is the same area where sterile supplies ( to dress surgical wounds) and food products are placed by customers. I love dogs but a dog’s fecal area should not be in direct contact to where clean medical equipment and food is placed. This must be public health code violation. Disgusting.

Just picked up a prescription here and was served by a snotty and totally rude young assistant.Having been a little taken back by her abrasive tone, I asked her if she was having a bad day. Sadly the attitude continued, so I asked her to find me another assistant. Her colleague was pleasant and normal thank goodness.I will ensure that my doctor never phones in another prescription or refill here.

Useless. All i needed to do was confirm if this CVS minute clinic did indeed provide Tetanus shots as the CVS website says (as we all know what a website says and what a CVS store actually does/ has are two completely different things!) Stayed on hold to talk to someone, end up with the pharmacist who has no idea; so she transfers me to the Minute Clinic which just is a recorded message that then hangs up! Tried the text option provided and the answer i get - check out the website. 100% USELESS

I moved into a new house in Eastchester close to this CVS location with my husband and three boys last February. I was unfortunate enough to have met the pharmacists there - in particular Rob.I have never written a bad review before but this experience stays with me. I think of what I went through at this horrible pharmacy and it upsets me!I first met Rob when I went to pick up my prescriptions.They were out of two of the three. No problem I thought I can let Rob the head pharmacist know that I will be coming to this pharmacy in future and if he wouldn’t mind keeping them in stock so my schedule stays on track.Fast forward 4 months and my prescriptions were never in stock- literally I had to call to find out and then someone would tell me yes only to drive in and it’s not there. Then back out to the car and cvs would call with that annoying automated service saying they were ready for pick up.Anyway the part that got me was when my doctor wrote a script and Rob said he would have to put it on special order. A whole month went by of empty promises and lies from the staff saying it will be in tomorrow. Between going in or time wasted calling.Well tomorrow never came and my script went out of date and my doctor was on vacation.Rob messed up 6 months of my meds. I don’t think he cares or has a conscience.I am not mad at Rob or the staff. I am mad at myself for wasting precious time at that zoo they call a “pharmacy”

Garbage customer service, rude and inept staff... Waited for 30 minutes behind 3 people after I was hung up on when I called to have them get my script ready

Do NOT get covid shot here. I wish I had went to the Walgreens next door. I was stabbed by the needle. Bled through bandaid and still bleeding.

Really nice store. Amazing Customer Service. This is the best CVS I have been too. It’d be nicer to have the store renovated and make it more modern.

This store is very nice! I like how there are taking COVID-19 Precautions very serious. The Cashier was very fast and when she handed me my items back she offered Wipes to clean it. The Store should be prioritized over other CVS because the employees actually care about the customers

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST WITH CVS!!! THEY DO NOT GIVE YOUR THE 2ND APPOINTMENT!! YOU HAVE TO LOOK ONLINE FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND THERE IS NOTHING AVAILABLE. MY MOTHER GOT HER 1ST DOSE HERE ON FEBRUARY 14TH AND IS STILL UNABLE TO GET GET HER 2ND DOES... BEWARE!!!! VERY DISORGANIZED.

Nancy at the Pharmacy has a huge attitude problem and pretends she doesn’t. Makes me regret going to this CVS I wish another one was closer with nicer pharmacy associates.

Inefficient pharmacy processes. Get robo called to death but once get there it is extremely frustrating.

The staff is friendly and there is always soneone asking if they can assist you find something. They have always had everything I need in stock and there is never too long of a line. The pharmacy people are pleasant and helpful as well. Definitely a nice experience when shopping at this particular CVS.

CVS still is one of my favorite places for toothpaste, bodywash and etc. The hygiene products. And there is never a time that I dont get a great deal here all you need is your cvs card.
