Adrian the sales rep was very nice to work with and deserves 5 stars. He fought to help me get the best price for my trade in and the lowest rates for my loan. I would personally recommend his service. The working staff within the room was also helpful. The establishment loses one star for the customer service of the finance manager who was quite rude. Overall I would definitely return if I could choose to work with Adrian and all employees involved in the transaction minus the man that presented the paperwork.

Be careful they are scammers I tried purchasing a suv and took mine in for a trade. According to them they gave me 5,500 for my trade but they raised up my finance rate to make up for the difference they gave me for the car . they own there own finance company and can play with the numbers so don’t be scammed

False advertising .They tell you your car is free and no matter what your situation they will get you car but when you get there they want such a large down payment that you can buy car with that .

Brought a used car after purchase with limited warranty needed an alignment had one done still had issues with wheel pulling tires going bald I was told nothing could be done I brought it to a place that specializes in alignments they said a second one could be done and adjustment could absolutely could be made minor piping a off to rear differential can cause the issue I was having. Needless to say I would never send anyone to purchaser from this place they are rude my care was never detailed had food left under the seats. Was disappointed

Bad bad sales practices ..... they had 1 price online , I spoke to a internet sales agent who scheduled my test drive and sent me a $250 off coupon for my purchase .... I went , liked the car wanted to pay the price they had posted online minus the $250 coupon CASH and they tried to raise the price , didnt honor the coupon and was upset that I wasnt financing saying they make more if I finance. overall I liked the car so I bought it but Id never refer anyone here due to the customer service I received

The worst place I ever went toThey literally burn people for their vehiclesMake sure if you have any problems with your carYou go in right away before the 30 daysAfter the 30 days they wont even attempt to look at your car if something is wrongThey act like you never bought a car from them I have four bad tires which they are 250 apiece and 2000 worth of front end work a ripped seat which they said they would replace and never did dont waste your time or money not worth it you will go broke .
