2018 Wrangler.Oil change and tire rotation.This was the second time the spare wasn’t included in the 5 tire rotation. Wish they would pay better attention.Going to try a different dealer next time.

I traveled a few hours and bought a used Trackhawk there today. Never have I felt so respected at a car dealership. My dealer Matt Wood and the business manager were incredibly fair, and the finance manager Vinnie blew my mind. I went into that corner office to sign and thought it was going to be a battle. Instead, I met a great dude who honestly cares about taking care of people. Got me a better rate than I could have gotten on my own. I’ve bought a lot of cars in the past and never would have expected to be treated this well at a dealership. These guys all went so far out of their way for me and I’ll never forget it.

Ronald Cadet in the sales department is one of the hardest working salesman i have known. During the time that I bought my Jeep Overlander from him, he would routinely run to get things accomplished, so I wouldnt wait. He would call and recheck how my loan was proceeding, and provide me timely updates. He insured I was aware of all the features and benefits of the jeep, even after I purchased it. He also checks back with me to ensure I am still happy with my purchase, and has told me to call him with any issues. I will surely buy another vehicle from him in the future. My work car went in for an oil change, state inspection and an air filter. The car has less than 20k miles on it. Unfortunately after they told me it was completed and all set, I get there and the state inspection was not completed or failed. Nothing was discussed about this on the phone or given different options to pass the state inspection. Luckily they were able to give me a ride back to work but I have to leave my car. Again. I would give 1 star but the courtesy shuttle was quick and pleasant.

I called the dealership hoping to get the 4XE listed on their website , a young lady answers the phone, goes to check to see if it’s available and tells me she needs to call me back in five minutes for her manager to check. How does it take a call back to check your inventory. After waiting five minutes and a call back I was told it was sold. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I suggest they update their website more often and have better organization. I’ll be purchasing my vehicle elsewhere.

After having. Routine oil change my car started leaking oil damaging my brand new garage floor. I returned to Elmwood Dodge the next day and my engine was dripping in oil. They are not sure what happened as the mechanic was not in that day. They think he may have overfilled. They cleaned the engine and checked the seals. They offered a car detail for my trouble. That doesn’t help with all the oil that has stained my garage floor

I’m shocked at how rude and unhelpful the people were at this dealership!! Never in my life have I had this issue with a car dealer. I went in alone and immediately got the feeling that no one took me seriously. It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and when I was set up with a sale person he basically told me my price range of 20k wasn’t gonna get me much. He showed me ONE car and when I said it wasn’t what I was looking for he said that there really wasn’t anything else he could do but they would call if they got anything in. Are you serious?!! Bye!

I wish I could give no stars. The worst experience with service. Even the service manager makes empty promises. The worse part after spending so much on a dodge ram, is the car fax report coming back as it was hit when I went to trade in my truck. The sad part was the damage was done by there guy but said in the carfax like it was me. I shut off the parking sensors because I know how to drive. I hold a cdl and the ram 1500 is a small truck compared to what size Im use too. Do yourself a favor and stay away from dodge because they never fixed the rot.

I dont think anybody looks forward to the car-buying experience. The salesman is looking to make money, while youre looking to save. It feels like a mental chess game. But after four purchases through Elmwood, I must insist they make the process much smoother than other dealerships, and I always leave feeling like I got a great deal on a great vehicle. Your service is priced way too high, was quoted $350.00 to install a shifter bazelon my 2017 Cherokee. Did it myself in under an hour! Also was charged $648.00 for front brakes and rotors!! Will not be coming back!

Had my Jeep for 5 years took it in for service and after receiving my car took it for a drive and couldnt realize why it was silent. it was like a Tesla. I completely forgot thats was how my car was when I got it, but ive been to other dealers and honestly this is the only dealership to actually fix my car to what it was.

This is for the used car lot Elmwood owns on the corner. My daughter just purchased a used 4 door wrangler from James Wood, manager. Did a test drive and found a couple of problems. He said he would take care of them. Picked up vehicle and found same problems. Bottom line is he sweet talks you into thinking he knows everything about cars but does not pay attention to detail. He does not check the vehicle before putting it on the lot. Bottom line, beware!The general manager Dennis Freeman reached out to me concerning my review. Again my experience was with the used car lot on the corner. After I explained my frustration with J Wood he offered to make it good. I told him I would like to have the problem with the front bumper fixed which he agreed to do. My daughter made an appointment and it is now fixed. She is now a happy Wrangler owner! Food for thought, I talked my daughters mom (my x)out of buying another Toyota Rav 4 into buying a Cherokee from Elmwood which she picked up 2 weeks ago!Thanks Dennis

Horrible customer service, !!!(Scott customer adviser a wise Unprofessional deceiving Punk.) he quoted me 2.5 hours labor for my water pump but charged my insurance over 3.5 hours for the same job!! Totaling a cost over $659.00. Scott told my insurance & told me that my truck was going to be done the same day 1/7/16, I waited over 3 hours, then I was told that my truck was going to be done the next day 1/8/16 before 10 am. I came next day at 10 am. Scott told me the technician was in a doctor appointment, so i waited over 4 hours more, and my truck still wast done.!!! Scott said my signature was only to do a FREE multi point inspection but he charged my insurance for it; & when he over hear me said that I was taking my truck to another shop, He authorized work on my truck with out my consent. Scoot was offended when I told him that they shouldnt take more work than they can handle. He Flipped Out! Carmen cashier no experienced with customer, she was defending Scott for his actions with out knowing the circumstances! She told me Scoot was fallowing protocol!!! REALLY Protocol ! Lies, Greed, Deceiving narrow minded! So when I asked Carmen a question about my bill she left her job site swearing!Sherman car sales was hoping to earn my business in selling me a new vehicle after our number did not work out, I was humiliated, ridiculed, laughed at by him & few of his coworkers.Jim service manager has his family working there, he seems a nice polite gentleman, But he has no balls to lead or correct his employees / Family.Jim Instead of correcting his employees / family he ignored my hand shake & greeting. Bought a car here in 2012 tried to trade it in after 6 yrs and babying the car every winter car was valued by KBB at $9,800 until I went to trade it in and they told me that the car had a salvaged title ! An automatic update on the u-connect system malfunctioned. The malfunction kept theu-connect system on trying to update for hours while my wife was at work. When she got off work the battery was dead leaving her stranded at night in February. After a jump from our car insurance road side assistance our truck started but the u-connect system was dead. No radio, no GPS, no heat or defrosters. Elmwood had our truck for four weeks, never offering us a courtesy vehicle. Although the failure was covered by the warranty we had to purchase a new battery and pay for installation even though the failure is what killed our battery. I was disappointed with this particular incident.

I was able to bring my Jeep in for an oil change without an appointment, and It was seen to quickly and the Jeep returned to me after a trip through their car wash. The inly thing they did not do is reset the dash warning about needing an oil change, but that is easy enough to manage on my own.

I have been buying here for years. I always bring my friends and family here and will continue to do so. They are always fair and very courteous.

Noel, the one that eventually puts those keys in your hand, made sure we understood all of our options, without trying to coerce us into all of them, which made us feel good about the ones we DID decide on, rather than leaving unsure if we really needed that. Together, they helped us make a difficult decision (for us, as we always have found buying cars to be so stressful). They dealt with my fears and uneasiness at making a long term, expensive (because no matter the deal you get and we did, cars are just expensive!) payment. I feel safe in my Jeep Limited but more so, we feel like we have good, trustworthy people to call on, should we ever run into any issues down the road. We have found our dealership and will seek them out again, when it is time! I strongly encourage you to go and see for yourself, the only thing you have to lose is a great deal and comfort while making that deal!

Another poor experience. Very disappointed in my treatment with the service department 3 years ago. Was willing to give the sales department a second chance. Waited 5 days past what the sales guy said he would be in touch. I called and asked if he had the answers to the 3 questions he was going to get for me the next day. He said sorry I didnt. Gave him my number again and was told Ill call you tomorrow with the answers. All day went by, no call... Lost a cash sale for $28,000

Horrible customer service from the service department. Spoke with someone about an issue with my car they took my name and number down and said they wanted to look into the situation a little more and would call me back shortly. Well they never called me back. I called the next day, person on the phone acknowledged that I spoke with someone yesterday. Never apologized or acknowledged that I was told someone would call me back and just gave me Chrysler’s customer service number to deal with my issue. If that’s all they could have done for me to begin with I wish they would have just told me that instead of calling me back and then not following through. Poor communication and reliability on their end.

Today 7/13/20. I brought my Grand Cherokee for a problem that was created at the dealership on service and Scott Jacob is being more than helpful but the lady who take care of me today had a attitude, she (Tiana Carroll) didnt want to heard what I have to know before I got the ride home . My husband pays $600.00 a month and we only have the vehicle for 5 months only to be so often back to the dealership and have a attitude from people like her. I had a tricky electrical problem that was hard to find as it wouldn’t always do it when the Jeep was in the shop. Trying to squeeze over there when it did do it was tough due to the hours I work, so I took a video. The service rep and manager watched the video and were able to change the switches and get the Jeep back and so far it seems to be ok. It was essential to get it in now as the warranty was ending and they worked with us and their virus-adjusted schedule to get us in. They have always been very good to work with and I bring both Jeeps there regularly.

Scott was able to put me in touch with a technician right then and there to answer my questions and even take him for a test ride to describe the issue I was having to avoid leaving my car there all day. He even checked in with me periodically to give me updates on the status of my truck. All of the service staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a great experience!

I went in to the dealership , and asked to test drive a Dodge Charger because I was considering buying one. I told the salesman I just test drove a Subaru WRX , and the salesman responded saying “We don’t do test drives , unless you’re buying” He then proceeded to ask me some questions to make sure if I qualify and repeatedly asked “If I’m serious” The salesman only wanted to work with me if I was planning on buying the Dodge that day. The salesman wanted to know my cars value, if I was trading in, and what my credit score. Even though I told him I just wanted to test drive to see if the cars something I’d like. After being asked if I was serious again , he came back and said “Sorry we don’t do test drives” Looks like I’ll be buying a car from another dealership, waste of time.

I had them a 5 previously, but after having an issue with my daughters registration and the communication not being there I have to give a 4. Damien was so nice to my daughter and got her into something she was needing and the financing people were just as patient and really worked hard for her.. I would definitely go back when I get ready to buy

I cant say enough about Sherman. He is an amazing person and no pressure salesman. He listened to all I wanted and presented. Thanks to him and the team I am excited to finally own my first American muscle car! Would highly recommend him and his team if your in the market to buy a car or truck.

Do NOT take your car or truck here. My 70 year old grandfather took his truck here for service. They charged $195 labor on a bill of $200. They made a key and charged $65 labor. And $130 labor to order a radio. To order it. No installation, all they did was order the thing and charged as much as parts cost. Then when he complained about how expensive it was and how they charged him outrageous labor charges for doing nothing (because installation wasn’t included), they had the audacity to tell him, you think we work for free? No way to treat a customer, no way to treat a Senior citizen, no way to treat anyone. This place practices unfair business practices and I highly do not recommend. On top of all of that they said they’ll give him a call to straighten it out and still haven’t, still waiting, they haven’t fixed anything. Many better, cheaper and more customer friendly places to go. In conclusion, do NOT do business with these people.

Outstanding in every way. My best car-shopping experience in 62 years. My wife and I went in looking for a particular 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan GT - the price was right, the trade of my old Caravan was more than fair, and we drove away happy customers. I will have no hesitation sending anyone I know to Elmwood and Richard Miranda, knowing they will be treated with kindness and consideration, they will be treated fairly, and they will meet some great people in the bargain. I was so nervous about purchasing my first car, but everyone at the dealership made me feel at ease. Mike Santos was really helpful in the process and helped each step of the way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was helpful in getting my insurance started as well which was great! Any questions I had about the car he was able to answer to the best of his ability and if he didn’t know he would find out for me.
