This is a newly opened Ace, they need more staff however after visiting 3 other Ace locations they had what I needed which works out for me... its a typical hardware store I love that its close to me so Ill be visiting again now that I know its there

The service was pretty nice. Did not have what I need which led to a mediocre experience in Lowes. Could have been better in regard to my visit is ACE.

The staff here are so helpful and willing to take the time to help you find what you are seeking.

Normally, theyre very helpful, but Ive gone 4 different times over 6 weeks; they never have a restockment of the extra large gloves... but everything else appears to be fine.

Great logical neighborhood place to shop. People are friendly and very helpful. The process are little to a lot higher than the big box stores but to be able to get in and get out quickly with what you need... priceless.

Need some charm added to your home, here is where you can find it. Ripped from gutted homes to off set movie locations, there is a little bit of the old to new charm we all can relate to when making a house home.

Was looking for a very specific part and Lowe’s & Home Depot didn’t have what I was looking for. Came here and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Mitchell was especially helpful in finding what I needed! I was very surprised at the level of organization here- great experience

They are so friendly here. The prices are slightly more than the big stores like Home Depot or Lowes, but its worth it just for the helpful customer service. If you have any questions they will give you an answer or find someone who can.

Good luck getting a hold of anyone called two to three times was put on hold twice for over 10 minutes each time nobody answers.

These people will just not let you shop on your own. Every employee that works here has to ask you if they can help you. I understand being there to help someone but when I say no I have it or Im just shopping that dont mean for another employee to ask me the same question and this happen 4 more times before I leave the store. If you dont trust your customers not to steal from you maybe you should close your store and just retire Mr. eastpoint ace hardware store owner who himself is not a people person and has a problem taking no for a answer when you tell him you dont need any help. Its like they look at you then like hmmm they are going to take something and they just walk back and forth looking down the aisle like they are going to catch you. People do not like to shop in such a hostile situation like they put you in. Quit it I already!!! If I need help I will come get you. Thank you!!!!

I picked up 5/8*1/2 copper fittings to run a gas line for a furnace. Unfortunately they did not have a half inch gas shut off valve.They were helpful and the store is convenience so I give them a four out of the five

I had some trouble finding a latch for my shed. A friendly customer service representative not only helped me find the right one for my needs, he also helped me get longer wood screws so it would be more secure. It was a great experience ! Paint department is really good. Great paint at really low prices. Chris is very helpful in selecting and mixing paint! Will definitely be coming here from now on for all my painting needs!

Always friendly and helpful, I love a new store and new look. I have been using this store for 15 years. Great Stihl power tool selection. They do key cutting and they do have a good variety keys. Definitely recommend this store!

I went in to get a spare key for my 2004 Hyundai Sonata made. They head the correct key model in stock, but after 2 failed attempts to cut it, I was referred elsewhere mlm

They had exactly what I needed and I was checked out quickly.

The new store is very nice. They were still in the process of moving from a smaller building next door. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My shopping experience was awesome.

Before you move to the bigger location the customer service was excellent the store was clean although it was a hardware store the new location very nice customer service 100% you can tell they love their job and I love going there

Remember when you used to go to your neighborhood hardware store? Do remember that they had every little part or piece of hardware that you needed, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and you didnt have to walk miles trying to find what you were looking for? This is just like that store.The items they sell are high quality and when you need to know where something is... the employees can actually show you! If you need advice just ask, any staff I talk to generally know their stuff. Will pricing be higher than the big stores? Maybe, maybe not, but Ive never seen a difference so big that Id want to go to the big store instead...East Point Ace will take you back in a good way. The peanuts they sell are very good too!
