This location is always busy! Not a problem! I walk in and I’m the only person there there are three people that appear to be doing nothing and one finally comes to help me. I’m a little indecisive because I’m taking my time to evaluate what I want in my budget but I wasn’t in there for five minutes before another customer walked in and my representative ended up leaving me without notice and helping the other person. Another lady finally came to help me and she did the same when someone else walked in. I don’t understand why I wasn’t notified that they would be leaving me to help someone else. No one even said I will be right back with you. They eventually let me drift out of the store without a purchase. This was my third attempt trying to give them business. There won’t be a fourth!

I gone into Kay Jewelers and was greeted by a sales person she introduced herself as Jessica she was very knowledgeable and wasnt pushy I was really grateful that she helped me I bought a pair of earrings and I will recommend friends and family to go to your store and ask for her.

The general first time experience is great. Trying to used your Warranty is extremely bad. Even to this day they still couldnt find my Warranty for my Watch and try to messed up my warranty for my wedding ring. I had to go home and locate my receipt for them to honor my warranty on my ring. I wasnt able to find my receipt for my watch so I just lost that money. They have a lot of scam going on at this location. They are super nice to you as a new customer then very rude afterwards. If u get any Warranty at this location please keep your receipts and take a picture n save to your cloud or Google because u will have issue when it comes time to used it.

My husband and I want to Thank Kays for being COVID19 ready. They let a certain number of people in the store including the staff. We been waiting a year to resize his wedding ring no fault of Kay Jewelers. The staff is always smiling and pleasant.

Do not ship to store at this location. Associates in cahoots with ups, your package will get stolen. The women are rude and not concerned that you spent money and did not receive your product. I will stick to Jared for now on!!!!!!

I called ahead asking about watch battery replacement, provided a quote of $24.99. Upon arrival, lady at entry asked what service I needed and acknowledged my call (great job!) She asked another associate to assist me. That lady did not address me and kept asking where some other guy was....completely ignoring me. A third lady who was assisting a customer said one of them would be right with me. A fourth lady asked to see my watch. She said since it was a waterproof Seiko, they recommend sending it away to avoid it being compromised. When asked what option I would like, I declined to have it sent away at higher cost (I never plan to submerge it). She then asked the third woman (manager?) who stated it would have to be sent away. Bottom line: never pass off assisting a guest, and do not offer options and then refuse to provide service for the option I chose. Very poor impression of Kay, and you have not earned a customer in the end. Please use my comments as a training tool. Customer impressions are the foundation of the relationship which was not fostered for me today.

If I could score a 0 I would. This place will scam you on the warranty! I went in during my 6 month ring inspection and learned that a prong was broken. This visit was never documented by the salesperson and I was told I would need to pay $450 to fix it. I went back with my husband a month later to see what my options were and again the salesperson gabby never documented the ring inspection however she did give us her card and we left and went home to determine our next steps. Few months later my husband goes back to deal with my broken ring and now they are saying that I didn’t have my inspection so it’s not under warranty! Beware of the shady business practices at this particular location. I will he taking my ring elsewhere from now on and will never purchase from this location that scams their customers.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bracelet for my wife’s anniversary and paid for it completely. They told me the item would be ready on the 8th of October. Well, I walked in on the 15 with the receipt in hand. The person who assisted me with the purchase was present, but she didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. The order wasn’t even ready... I mean I paid $300 for it.

I went in the store today and the employees working today automatically started stereotyping me. I dont know why because I had on a nice polo with some khaki pants and a nice pair Js. I went in to get my bracelet cleaned which was purchased from that exact same store. They didnt want to clean it at first saying something like we dont really clean stainless steel. They finally cleaned it for me. Then I asked to look at a necklace. When she told me the price she said it with a chuckle like she thought I couldnt afford it. I could have purchased it right then but their attitude was so bad I just decided to leave. They lost that sale and cost Kays about 7,000 . Its sad because I have a 15 year history with this store. Ive bought my wedding rings , gifts and several other items out this same store. I will not go in there ever again.

I usually refrain from low ratings and would rather just not use the service BUT Im extremely frustrated with my experience here. Back on March 2nd, my husband and I went to order him another band because hes losing weight and his ring was now too big. WEEKS go by, I call to inquire about the transaction and after a detailed conversation we were told the ring had been returned because it was sent to the wrong vendor for repair/replacement; so it was just sitting in the shop. The Manager offered a refund and a gift card along with her promise to personally handle rectifying the issue and getting us a new band. When the ring was ready, I went in, retrieved it and guess what... it was the same ring! I argued with my husband because I refused to believe this could be true... the band appeared worn and when he put it on it slipped right off, just like the old one. We went to another location and they verified it was not new, which is what we paid for. Months later, we still are without a ring, but hopefully the new location will make it right because my husband refuses to use this location again.

Their customer service is horrible as well as they dont seem concerned about the products they sell (wedding bands), store managers statement was what is it that u want me to do very rudely and nasty. I chose not to say much to her and let my husband speak, hes the calm one. She looked me in the eye and asked me the same question again rudely. I still chose to remain peaceful and not say anything. She gave my husband the ring back and stated Im not helping,her anymore.Jesus take the wheel. I called. Customer service and they called the store trying to figure out the issue as well. Long story short she originally did not want to do anything to repair my ring that has a lifetime warranty on it, yet still ended up having to send it off and get it repaired. She came off as if she did not know how/want to do her job so I went a step above and had to call corporate. Thanks for the horrible customer service that still worked in my favor.

Very, very disappointing customer service. I went to get two mothers days gifts (the $19.99 necklace and earrings they had on special) and I sat in line waiting to get someone to help me for over 20 minutes. Not one associate acknowledged me or the other couple that was waiting behind me that they would be right with us (not one of them said (with a smile), we will be right with you all!So, I basically felt like I was invisible or something. So rude and such poor customer service was displayed. The associates were just acting like they were in their own little worlds and that the only person that they had to even acknowledge was the person that they were currently working with!One associate offered to help me about 15 minutes before I stood in line, but she asked me about the coupon for the special. So I went to go get my coupon out the car. When I came back from my car with the coupon, she was headed on her way out of the store talking on her phone. She didnt come back until at least 10 minutes later - with a bag of food. She disappeared to the back of the store, and I didnt see her again. I mean, really, why offer to help me when you leave the store as soon as I leave, so that you can go get something to eat!I will NEVER PATRON THIS KAY JEWELERS AGAIN! And when they call me about their next special, I will tell them to TAKE ME OFF OF THEIR CALL LIST because I will not deal with their rude, unprofessional behavior again!

2 weeks (7/15/15) after I got married I took my rings to kays to have my rings repaired, sized and soldered. I was told that it would take 6 weeks (9/1/15) to get everything done (I was told by a manager). Clearly on the date (9/1/15) I was excited to get my rings back until I was informed that it would take 12 weeks and I was previously misinformed. They tried to help me in ways that didnt include replacing my rings. Ultimately, I received a new engagement ring on 9/14/15 (thanks to NUMEROUS calls to the customer service department) BUT Im still waiting on my wedding band!!!!!!!!! I went silent for 1 month. I called to check on my band on 10/13/15 and I was informed by JAMES ext 1254 that he is unsure of what that exact status is regarding my ring but guaranteed me he will contact me within 2 days to update me (which is 10/15/15). James did not return my call until 10/20/15 a week later only to tell me that he has to wait on repairs from other people before I can get my ring back. I called James back today 10/23/15 to see if he had an update and not only did he NOT have an update other than they would sent it back once the other customers merchandise is ready (date unknown), he informed he that we can go around and around but this is all the information that is currently available. This clearly upset me more than I already had been.Please understand that I still have not heard from the actual Camp Creek location since I got my engagement ring 9/14/15. This is the small version of this story!!! I do not recommend this location or company of a WHOLE!! They are horrible at communicating!! They are not to be trusted with a piece of paper nonetheless priceless merchandise ie wedding rings.I hope this helps someone out!!!

Maybe 4 years ago I bought an engagement ring from kay. I chose the style ring and stone. It is rose gold with a ruby. I paid around $1200 for the ring. Im trying to get the highest bid for the ring now but bak being lowballed every where. So much so the last place offered me $60 for it.The ruby I selected to have was suppose to be real but found out it is lab created.

I bought a bridal set for my lady online and the posted dat for it to be received was 04/1. I am a truck driver so it is sort of hard for me to schedule my days off. I go up to this location on the 26 and the lady said it hasnt came yet. Cool. I called today to see if it was delivered, and a lady answered the phone and said that there was no way shecould check with online orders and that they email you when it is delivered. Cool so i checked my email and my product was delivered on the 03/23. A whole 2 days early from when I went up there. I call the store to see what was going on. A different lady told me they had it. Now I have to wait 3 and a half weeks to pick up. Smdh

This place has been a nightmare, complete run around Ive called dozens of times to see if my ring is ready and they dont answer the phone once to save you the trip of coming and wasting your time my finance comes to pick up the ring he BOUGHT and is on FILE and they refuse to give it to him now I have to go back after already wasting the last trip there to get a ring Ive been trying to get for days meanwhile Im 8 months pregnant and am not supposed to leave the house I will never go to this particular Kays again!
