This location is the worse. The level at the incompetence of their associates when it comes to customer service and respect is at an all time LOW. I came in to print and their signs say .50 for black and white then $1.00 for color pages. I would choose black and white and they would still print and charge me foe color. If you don’t read carefully you won’t notice. What a scam! Because I’m cut for time I dealt with the charges boy did I suffer! When I asked the print associate about it she just said “it’s a $1.07 PERIOD”. Very unfortunate. When I asked for a manager, they pointed me to one, he said he was off work and walked away. No redirection to any other manager or someone who could help me figure out these extra charges. I’m taking this horrid experience to the top. I recognize folks are understaffed but these employees have no shame.

Worst experience ever the manager was not helpful he actually was very rude and not professional or really managing the situation. Never again! My friend just went in and done what exactly what the manager told me he couldnt do. With the help from another young woman at the copy and computer counter. They young Asian woman was nice and helpful. I recommend for the manager to take the management skills class.

Today I came in with two children and Dominique Assisted me and my family very well. The children were being children and she was very patient with us. I asked a lot of questions and she helped me with each and everyone one of them. She is truly the definition of GREAT customer service. I’m so thankful to have met with her. This place is expensive to print, no clear instructions so you end up wasting your money, lack of control for when problems arise, no help. I literally am currently here and i have spent $10 and still was unable to print 1 sheet of paper. I asked the staff with the green hair and she tells me to use my own laptop and print. Will not be coming back! Ever!

This location has the WORST customer service. Every time that I visit this store, there are no associates available to assist me. This last time I went in to order a Notary stamp. They said that they could not scan my State issued certificate. I gave the same certificate to Office Depot, I incurred no problems. It may not mean much, but you lost a sale and a customer.

I was looking for an office chair. I saw a sign by one of the display chairs that said the display chair was for sale. I asked for the cost and the sales person said that it wasn’t for sale. He claimed that someone randomly put the sign out and that it was a mistake. I asked to see the manager and the sales person said that the manager said he was too busy to talk to us. He told us we could wait for 10 mins and we could talk to him. I was planning on making some other purchases, but after this, I decided to use BJ’s instead.

Extremely rude. Didnt have the toner cartridge asked me to come back on Monday. I went back that that Tuesday morning. Manager refused to sell me the item because she was counting inventory and didnt want to open the box. I was told to order in store for delivery even though the product was in stock. I was told it would be delivered by the next day. Still dont have my ink. On my way to buy somewhere else. Smdh. Unbelievable

Only because at Camp Creek market place location they have an exceptionally outstanding associate named Theo. He is super patient and kind. His customer service skills are very rare in todays society. I told his manager about him and Im going to call Corporate. On the other hand their self serve printers are extremely slow and the color quality is fair (FedEx color quality is 5 stars but they close at 6:00p on Saturdays)

I will not online order through staples ever again!! There holiday pick up today orders are false advertisement. I ordered a computer on Thanksgiving Thursday 11am and the order said pick up in 1 hour. However the store was closed on Thanksgiving. The conformation email said pick up any time on Friday. We drove 30 minutes to the Marketplace Blvd location. Were told its not here! They have no order on record with,our order number. And the main customer service number is closed. Even though they have our computer there, they cant give us the computer we ordered because it would mess up their inventory. I was also told that I should have waited for a ready to pick up email. Although, Im not sure how I was to know this since my email said pick uo anytime on Friday. So their Holiday advertisement of picking up the next day is poor poor taste to get you to order! Never Again for us!!!

In my experience of visiting Staples locations, this place matches in pretty much every aspect. Customer engagement at the register left a lot to be desired, however. I am perhaps expecting more because I am also a provider of customer service, but the lack of concern in general - especially at the point of purchase, where margin is gained or lost - is more than a problem, specifically in an area that is very African-American. We complain about working with each others in business, but if we are unable to perform basic functions in someone elses business, how can we do the same in our own?

I visit this store occasionally to buy usual office supplies. I was in search of a rolling file cart yesterday. When I asked one of the store associates if they have the item, he gestured toward the back of the store saying “IF we have it, it’ll be over there.” I left the store wondering what it is exactly that store associate do there. They certainly charge enough markup to pay someone to help customers find merchandise. Message? Don’t go into this store looking for customer service or help finding a product. I found the item on Amazon. Will have it today.

This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had at Staples. When I got married I printed my wedding invitations here with no problem and spent hundreds of dollars with multiple projects to follow. I came in on yesterday to print a project for my sons birthday party and to my dismay they no longer allow you to self print labels other than address labels and you can no longer use your own paper, which has never been a problem before( especially since I purchased paper from the same Staples store that I was attempting to print at). This change seemed to be implemented by a new print manager, where she refused to print my documents. I would prefer to spend my money within my own community, however this store will be boarded up soon if they keep up the practice of turning people away. Needless to say Office Depot in Douglasville printed my project with no issues and they were efficient and the customer service was great! Thanks Office Depot (Max)!!!

I am a business account holder and rewards members, but I need something quickly. I went through almost all the isles looking for something specific. Although I did have a bunch of other items, I waited in line and when asked if I found everything, I said “ no”, I needed command hooks but couldn’t find them and there were no ASAP Oates on the floor. I was directed to isle 4, left my step took two seconds to grab the item, then had to replace-wait in line for 20 minutes since there was only one cashier. The conversation drug on— which I felt was unfair. My total bill was well over $200 and I am a frequent customer. Needless to say, they need more associates and I shouldn’t have been penalized for having to chase around the store to find an associate the. Again when I stood in the second time to then be forced a third time.I won’t be back, I’ll just order only If necessary through our business account. My cashier was Victoria.

Went in to print off resume and had no help. I expressed to the associate my needs. She informed me in order to make the order of my 1 sheet of headshot and resume, I would have to purchase my own package of paper. I informed her I never had to do that at the staples on ponce and she rolled her eyes. I waited an additional 30 mins and I still didn’t receive assistance.

Whenever I have visited this store it takes forever and a day to get any assistance. On top of that they typically place little to no effort with they finally provide assistance. For example it took them 45 minutes to simply get an order I placed online that I came to pick up. After going back and forth, checking my order information multiple times guess what? The order was in the store placed with other online orders for pickup just as it should have been. Im going to do my best to avoid this and the location on Ponce as both have been subpar at best.

Horrible customer service, I called to ask questions about shipping. The sales associate had no clue about it and even told me she had no clue. I asked her about overnight shipping, and she told me its gonna be a whole bunch of money. I then asked her is their someone that would know that could inform me, she then said no you just need to call UPS if you need assistance. Insane ! I called staples so why would I need to call another company to get information. Unprofessional !

This store is the worst, no type of customer services when to print and copy only to wait for 15-30 mins and still not get what I need from this store. I need to print 4 documents and on my own paper and was told no you cannt do that and you have to place an order and then pick up tomorrow at 7 pm . This store is a mess and really need help and they need training. The store loss out on an $100.00 order just by being lazy and not helping and some new policy cannt use your own paper . I when to fedex and they print my order with no problem and also applied and 20% off coupon for the headache. She also told she was the manager and they loss a lot of money and people are also telling her the bad experience they had staples. Just shut down the whole store and start over period. Avoid and don’t waste your time period.

My wife and I visited this location earlier today and when I could not find an item that I needed, I went to the print desk and asked the young female associate to please call someone for me and surprisingly she first told me to go and look for an associate in the rear of the store and when I told her that I had already done so, she then tells me to go across the store to the tec area and have them call for help.I walked around and wasted about 20 minutes but the sad part about this is that I am on dialysis and I get tired real fast and then find it hard to breathe.Some of these employees don t care about customer service.

This store needs No STARS...HORRIBLE customer service, especially one of the ladies in the printing area. Unfortunately, she is always there. And now that it is 2017 PLEASE GET FAX MACHINES THAT CAN FAX MORE THAN ONE PAGE PER MINUTE. Only in a predominantly African American neighborhood wIll you experience this type of service. I thought this was a middle class neighborhood but more like NO CLASS neighborhood. Thats why I drive to other neighborhoods. RIDICULOUS!!!!! Hire more people and retrain your existing staff.

Basically everytime i go here there is an issue...management is not helpful or has an attitude which is unprofessional. ..will anyone from the corporate office step up and fix this store...it has tons of bad reviews ...its sad that there is never enough staff in copy center so the wait is longer than should be.The last time i went to the store, my copies of postcards were cut improperly and the clerk did not want to admit the machine needs repairing.Will corporate fix these issues?Otherwise we can take our business to your competition...Fedex or Office Depot.Please resond to my review in a timely manner .

NEVER and I do mean NEVER EVER shop here!!! Unfortunately to submit a review you have to give it a star but this place doesnt deserve any stars!!! This is the worst store for customer service. Im sure its because of where its located. Ive never had this issue in an upscale neighborhood. I returned a laptop over 2 weeks ago and they cant seem to locate this laptop nor my credit to my American Express Card although I received a receipt for a credit but have yet to RECEIVE my credit. Spoke to a manager who was sooo rude this morning at the East Point location. WARNING WARNING WARNING dont shop here go to Office Depot no problems there!!!!

This store is deplorable. 4 of the copy/scan devices are not working. I reported it to the manager who stated he was aware of the problem. Did not apologize for the inconvenience, even when I commented he refused to apologize. I would rather drive 11 miles to another store than deal with them.

This staples never ever seems to have in stock what is on the shelves. Example: If you want the Western Digital 500GB hard drive for $70 they only have the Maxtor 500GB hard drive for $100. Seems to be the same for a LOT of their items - office chairs, file cabinets, tablets, etc.

I dislike coming to this Staples. Selection is poor, theres always a long and slow line at the print/ship center. In addition the prices are high compared to nearly everywhere else these days. They also never have more than one register open at the front. I avoid this place like the plague unless I forgot to order something I need off amazon or have to drop off a UPS package.

Run! Do not go to this store! First off the employees do nothing but sit around on their phones and chit chat with each other and when you need help they act like they sooooo bothered! The store was a mess seeing as though it’s back to school time they should stay on top of that. Came to return 2 items, a stapler and a tape dispenser. Now before I go dither let me say I e worked in retail for years and I know all about return policies. Get to the registrar and with attitude the cashier ask if I have my receipt. I said no then she asked for the last four of the card and my license. I told her it was paid for in cash and I had to chase my mom for her ID. Why? Idk. The policy without a receipts that you get store creditor the LOWEST SELLING PRICE within the past 30 DAYS! that’s a month. They gave me $1.99 for an $18 STAPLER! And $3.99 for a $6 tape dispenser! Tell me where that makes sense!? When was a $18 stapler EVVEEERRRR $1.99!? If that’s the case i would have bought several of them. They said they have no proof of the price but the items were right there in the store!! I filed a complaint and even the president of Staples Angela Jare was not helpful or accommodating. The employee in store is named Zaylon or something like that. She thinks the customers owe her something. This will be the last time I ever shop at Staples. My money is no good here. Will encourage my friends and family not to shop here either. Just money hungry and don’t care about their customers. You think they are gonna resell that undamaged stapler for 1.99!? Nope! I’ll just shop at Office Max for my back to school items thanks

They were out of an itme i normally purchase in a box count for $16.99 but they had a smaller count bag size for $5.49. The manager wouldnt come apeak with me about a discount on the smaller count which cost 3 times the larger couth. The manager told the cashier via earpiece i have to order them online and couldnt get a discount on them. I said thats ok and left. Apparantly the manager made a comment about me casue i didnt want to pay that price for that item, as i turned away the cashier starting giggiling at me.......thank you staple@campcreek never again will I spend my money there.HH/Small Business Owner

I had the WORST experience of my life in this store and it ended up with me losing an iPhone 6s here. I came in and was sent around the store from ASSociate to ASSociate for help to fax THREE papers. I first asked the manager for help who sent me to someone else who then sent me to six different people in the store. With all the running around I misplaced my iphone on a counter and it was stolen. By the time I was fed up with the horrible customer service I asked for a refund from the manager and only then did he decide to help me himself. When i went to reach for my phone I couldnt find it. No one helped me look and by then someone had stolen it. I went to my car in tears and called staples to review the cameras the manager himself told me I cant do that right now, im busy. So I called the police only then did he show the police the cameras and they said they didnt see anything. So here I am papers still not faxed and a lost iPhone. The headquarters of Staples told me they can offer a $5 gift card. Smh I will personally tell everyone to never shop with you all again and I will never spend another $1 at Staples PERIOD.
