Today, was a great day. I saw a lot of kindness, and good customer service. Employees spoke to you while smiling AND looking you in the eye. Wonderful! My favorite part of this particular excursion was at the self checkout. All four lanes was long and filled with antsy customers but this young man and a Police officer kept people from becoming irate and hostile. They spoke with firm kindness and deliberate respect. They manage to multi- task with efficiency and panache. It was magnificent to watch. Especially because I’ve had terrible horrible customer service from a certain pizza shop of Greek origins in the same shopping complex. Just to sum it all up…it could have been mayhem and carnage but it just didn’t happen and I think it had to be because them. I wish I could have gotten their names because they deserve the accolade.

The workers are just disrespectful & lazy! I’ve lived everywhere & traveled the world never have I ever been to a Walmart worst than this one. Never have items on hand. Workers don’t know when a truck is coming. Workers don’t know where products are located. Then have the audacity to have attitudes! Like this one in the pic below! Her attitude is horrific!

This Walmart is a little bit below average. Had to go inside to do my curbside pickup then was asked to go back to my car for them to deliver my package. When I side, I had to wait for an extended period in a customer service line to e ignored after they announced over the loud speaker for a customer pick up associate to come to the front. 15 minutes later the associate showed up. Asked my name and asked me to return to my car so they could complete the delivery procedure. Total time 45 minutes to do curbside pickup.

I want to complain I have with Walmart its the long wait everything else was great peoples nice what I got was reasonable I just wish the Lions went so long sometime its not and sometimes they dont have what I want and sometimes they do overall I give him five stuff they do have a nice attitude and a beautiful personality have a blessed day

This store was nice, however it could have been much better had the restroom been clean and had paper towels for drying hands. They didnt have what I was looking for which was an Ford GT350 Shelby R.C. remote control car. I was able to order it online at Target.com and Ill be able to pick it up tomorrow at the store near me. I do love Walmart though! They most usually have what I need.

Checkout lines are always overfilled from the register into aisles and clothing, and 2 out of 3 shopping carts that you grab will be broken or filthy. Its not worth the wait.

Many shelves bare. Items I usually purchase here were out of stock, very hard to find someone to help. Most staff were busy with each other and spent more time with tasks than with helping customers.I can only hope things improve so I can continue shopping here.

Picture my medicine was called in at 11:38 am I called they kept putting me on hold. So around 3:00pm I just went to check on it wasn’t ready would be ready in 40 minutes now you tell me it takes 5 hours to fill a Prescription.

When there on September 25th did some shopping and food Walmart is very close to place where we was staying and the staff was great and the cashiers was fast I like it and Im from Baltimore

Grocery department was sparsely stocked probably because of the holiday. Totally out of fresh Radishes! This was my main reason for todays visit.

If Walmart is doing a remodel.why not close for a week and get it done. Its such an inconvenience trying to shop while remodeling is underway. Things r out of whack.Its a shame that the dollar means its ok for inconvenience, and the workers r so frustrated.

This Walmart is most times very low on stock. The lines are extremely long majority of my visits with very little available cashiers. Prices are very seldom accurate. Area is also not so safe. Would not recommend.

Absolutely painful!I went to buy a cordless impact gun.Well, I wasted a good 5 min just walking around the store trying to find anybody that worked there for assistance, it must have been around lunch time when the whole shift took their lunch at same time because all of a sudden a crowd of employees came around the automotive area and began stocking the shelves...Im almost done... I asked each of those employees if they happen to have the key to the cabinet where the tool was at, or if they knew who did...Not only did most of them just walked away acting like they didnt hear me, or they said no and went back to their precious task of ignoring a customer who was about to throw a small bankroll down on all kinds of stuff... Screw that whole store of mostly Rude, judgemental should retire and terminate entire staff of useless function...Also, why is every power tool locked up in Ellenwood Walmart? East Point has nothing locked up, and is spilling off the shelves they have so much stock- Ellenwood is bare, over populated with stickers, but nobody at cash registers...

Easy access, pretty much right off the highway. You can get what you want/need most of the time. Cashiers do their job as quick as reasonable, and can be friendly/helpful - applies to other employees as well. There is an increase in security inside the store, which may be a plus.Now, dont plan to go in/out in 15 mins. NOTHING is quick, its usually crowded and The # of cashiers are more limited, I suspect like most places since COVID. The parking lot tends to be filthy (why do people drop trash on the ground steps away from a trash can??). Interesting thing is, there is a 50/50 chance of seeing a candidate for the most ratchet photo of the week, in the store or parking lot. Always an adventure at The Wal-Mart.

The store was clean . The staff was polite and courteous. But, I had a problem trying to find a Electric Scooters. Also, I noticed there was only entrance Open. Now, I dont know what problems the store has w/ one Open I feel that MANAGEMENT NEED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. Because this could be a Fire Hazard for Customers.

I feel my time at Walmart was unimportant to the workers; because I had to wait to long to be waited on.In the electronics department I waited too long for the clerk.

Good selection, fairly clean, plenty of registers. Staff were helpful when asked questions. Prices were reasonable.

This location is pretty large which includes a garden section. The Gardening, Electronic, Bed & Bath, Electronic, and Furniture departments were NOT well stocked!!! For a story this large I spent over an hour shopping. When I was finally ready to check out the lines were long, i mean they had on 2 registers open with 50++ people in a line. The self-service line was just as ridiculous. So I get into one of the register line and wait in line for 45 minutes and management did absolutely nothing to elevate the long lines. The lines were so long that social distancing could not be practiced. I finally get to place my items on the conveyor and theres a trainee and trainer not bagging or having any urgency in getting customers checked out. When I asked the trainer associate to assist she walked off. This was a disaster. I asked for a manager and that took forever. Long of the short, my experience wasnt to my standards and I dont recommend going to this Walmrt - Cleveland Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia.

My experience was just horrible. The store was not stocked with items. I ask the associate about the costume he said we havent got any in yet but I kept search and found the area with plenty of costumes. The art is was totally out of order boxes everywhere. I guess the only way to have a good experience is to travel outside my community.

The store itself was cool but the Pharmacy is not. I have a well needed prescription that was approved by my doctor and my insurance to have it filled at this Walmart pharmacy. Yesterday they told me they would have it today but didnt. I was told today that maybe they could get it tomorrow and keep trying to make me go somewhere else to get it filled. I told them Im not from here and I dont wanna keep running to different stores,and Can they keep trying. I dont know why they are giving me a hard time, but Im offended by this. Tomorrow is a different day and Im going to try again, but i may lose it if they have it. Smh

I hate to give these 2 stars but I have to be real. My experience today was absolutely unacceptable! I went to buy jewelry for two sisters of mine. I searched what was left in the display for about five minutes. No one ever came to the section so I sought out and associate who told me to tell someone at customer service to page someone. I did that. Waited 10 minutes and found another associate who informed me that some had already paged them and to wait. 5 minutes later I walked over to electronics where an associate informed me that she paged someone but will page again. I went back waited again this time with a gentleman who also needed assistance. I decided to call the location and get customer service on the phone. It rang for about 3 minutes and hung up. I walked back over to customer service and asked for a manager. An associate goes into their office, comes out and asks another associate to page someone to jewelry lol I cant make this stuff up. I go back and wait with the gentleman and we talked about praying for patience and then a manager walks by. We asked for help and she goes and looks for the associate who covers jewelry. She comes back and tells us that shes finishing up her lunch and will be with us shortly. After about another 3 minutes our help arrives. She was very kind and was able to assist me but informed the gentleman that he needed to go stand in the customer service line and then come back to her to be helped... Goodness gracious!! We have GOT to do better. Walmart makes too much money to have such lackluster service. I dont care what side of town its on... all customers should be able to have a wonderful shopping experience!!

Walmart is a fantastic place to go shopping. Especially in the grocery department. The produce was fresh, the shelves were fairly stocked, the isles were clean and most of all, the employees were helpful and friendly. I will continue to shop at the Walmart on Cleveland Ave in Atlanta.

If youre ever looking for something dont go here its never in its place and nobody can ever help you find it.. and good luck trying to even find someone to help you 😡😠

The Wal-Mart on Cleveland ave is a disappointing experience to say the least. They seem to always be sparsely staffed and often I have noticed several food items out of date still on the shelves. I purchased a Boathouse juice drink which was in date but spoiled once opened. Personally, I will just shop at the nearest Kroger. At least I can purchase food which is fresh and in date. In addition, when it comes time to check out im always in a line waiting for no less than 20 minutes. I will never understand how a Trillion dollar organization cant cannot hire a few extra cashiers during peak hours. Shame on you walmart.

Two words “The Ghetto”The manager, lead, csm, (I’m not sure of her title but it was a leadership position) Nikita or Makita is so rude OMG! I would be so scared to be that disrespectful towards customers in fear of losing my job 😩 but maybe this chic is rich 🤷🏽‍♀️ because she doesn’t care anything about customers. I tried to speak with the manager “Tee” but she seems to be very busy running all over the store so I didn’t get to speak to her. The manager that I spoke with regarding Nikita/Makita assured me he would look into it. I hope he does because I am visiting & we had a bus full of ppl who all decided it was best to drive to another Walmart because if the management isn’t respectful we were scared to encounter the cashiers or stockers. Roaches were everywhere & I have videos to prove that. Never returning.

Selection is often dry; personnel give off a vibe that they hate working there. They will not accept any manufacturers coupons, and often have incorrect labels/prices with products. Expect long lines.1-star positive because they carry my favorite hummus. Bananas were fresh.

I must say one of the better Walmarts that I have visited. Courteous and can keep things moving along.

This was a unique visit to a Walmart in Atlanta Georgia. My sister and I mainly my sister was in the market for a pressure washer. The particular CSI I think that stands for cashier in charge. So they had a pressure washer that apparently have been placed in the wrong location in the price in that particular location is what caused me to pick it up was not a lightweight item on the bottom shelf. After a long time of waiting in conversation we were able to get it for the price on the shelf. Kudos to that shift senior cashier assistant store manager or whatever her particular position was.

They stay pretty busy, but it was a Friday. Two things that they could improve on 1) Make sure that the items are on the right place on the shelves. I’m a bargain hunter and I pinch my pennies until ol Abe starts crying. Or you could make the little signs a bit bigger so I can see which tag goes to which item. 2) It would be nice to have extra cashiers on Fridays and to keep stocked the freezer bags by the register. The cashier was nice enough to go to where they are supposed to be but they were out. I just hate when my ice cream melts to the point that it’s dripping out of the carton.

I call it Wally World, always a nice experience.No one can beat their prices and they have everything, I dont need to shop around.

Too many people come here ALL DAY EVERY DAY lol, expected so the shelves are half empty. The 3 stars id because its always only 2 registers open maybe 3 and the line are backed up into the clothing isles and youre standing for 8-10 minutes before you can move up. Self check is always open, but that always a long line wrapping down into the frozen food isle. Pharmacy staff is always incredibly nice.The lines will work your last nerve.

The inventory is always low, lines are always long. I used to love walmart, but my experience here make me hate it, especially going to this location.

In my experiences at many Wal mart stores across the country, go in ,get what youre searching for at the low prices we all value and get out.Every now and then we all know the lines can be a little longer than expected but they have added self checkout to help. The workers dont speak, but its Walart not QT. Low Prices and Great Value !!

Selection was slim. Lots of empty shelves. The customer service in the vision center was good, but the cashiers were not. They were too busy talking to each other.

I shop at the Walmart on Cleveland Ave., this is the nearest to my home. I shop in this store about twice a week. The customer service person in the self check was rude not wanting to solve the problem. The price on the shelf for Canada Dry Zero Sugar is $2.50 but when you go to check out it rings up $2.98. The customer service person working 7/14/2021 at 4:30pm act like she did not want to fix the problem. This problem goes back to 2020 and still is not fix. Just think about the over charge. How many other items is like that in this store? I spoke to the Floor Manager to see if we can get this problem resolved. She indicated that she cant do anything about it. Well, seem like to me Walmart is making a profit off this poor neighborhood. I see if a mistake is made no solutions. It may seen like this is so small of a problem think how many people did not caught the mistake that never was fix. If the price match I will pay the right amount.

Horrible! The pickup number doesnt work and there are only 2 designated pickup parking spots that were taken by regular parked cars. So, you have to go inside for what was supposed to be curbside delivery and you wont know until you get to the busy, unorganized parking lot. Then theres no one working at the pickup desk and the other employees dont help they just call overhead for whoever is supposed to be working meaning you have to wait for someone to come to their job of simply handing you a product you already paid for.

Never enough of workers at this particular Walmart located on Cleveland Avenue they do not assisted customers when the customers needs to find something they took their noses up, they acted as if you are doing them a favor, they are always playing with each other talking with each other about what theyre going to do when theyve been the day before they came to work what theyre going to do when they get off they do not serve the people who are coming in Walmart they are an awful group a people that work for this particular Walmart.

In and out... But the crazy part is the last past 2 weeks cray I have entered with no buggies no bugging me in no one taking in the buggies from the parking lot parking lot full of buggy every employee in there signs of different locations some walking and some on their headphones earbuds or what have you randomly throughout the store you may find two or three talking when they should be brought into the store you have people walking around the store looking for buggies what half of them On Isles lined up because stalkers are using them for whatever reason and no one on the outside to bring the ones on the outside and horrible during a time like this

I frequently visit this location only because I dont have a vehicle to go where I choose to. In my opinion this store is the worse Walmart that I have shopped. They never have what you are looking for, the shelves are always under stocked, theres never riding carts available for the ones that truly need them and the staff need customer service training but, if you are not treating your employees right it shows in there service to the public. I want more for the community in which I spend my hard earned money and want to feel like Im and its appreciated. Hopefully, someone who gives a SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA will read this. God bless!

The night manager I believe her name was Tameka had really helped me out last week when she went out of her way to still find the locking key to the cellular phones electronics section after its closing at 9p.m. being that it was around 11:30p.m. and I was in an awkward position leading up to this night. When someone sacrifices whatever their duties are when they can just say no, it really shows what type of compassionate and unselfish qualities that a company like Walmart should really appreciate and be so thankful for her stellar service and loyalty she possess. Someone should reward Ms. Tameka for having the Godly Compassionate heart by placing others before herself. Thank you for your superior positive job performance. Love

I couldnt find anything in here. NOTHING was in its place. I probably spent an hour on the same isle searching. There were things just placed on the shelf. It was still in the plastic. Other items remained in the shopping cart located on the isle. Its like nothing has ever been organized.

Only thing bad bout this wal-mart is the people that work there get mad at times. when u ask them for help to get you a item or show you where its at. They we lie and tell you that they dont have any.

Blew my mind, almost every cash register was open. This is unheard of. Every other Walmart I go to only had 1-3 registers open. Employees were not as friendly as could be. Also not as well stocked as others, several things I went there for were not in stock that usually are back home. Would definitely go back there just to shop.
