The staff at this store is always friendly and always there to help me with my circle points. I appreciate their help with my discounts.

I think the best way to evaluate any business is how well it operates at its busiest. We were just in there while it was slamming on Sunday afternoon, and everything was all still working smoothly. Albert at the returns counter was fast, friendly, and efficient with us (and all the customers ahead of us! ). Hes doing a great job, and reflects well on the store on general. Keep up the good work!

This location actually isn’t too bad. I really wish they had a self checkout but in East point we can’t get or keep anything nice. The store is usually well stocked, staff is friendly enough. Lines can get a little long during peak but overall I don’t mind this location. Stay away from their Starbucks though, they never have it together.

It was clean and someone was disinfecting carts, which is appreciated. My biggest issue is that the selection for plus size clothing was not surreal. The craft selections could have been better also. I walked around and it was meh...they didnt have what I was looking for.

Ordered a waste basket online and it was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. To pick it up at the store was very fast and very efficient.I most definitely will order online again.

The customer service at the East Point Store in East Point/Atlanta, GA is superior under Mgr. Catrina. She makes the difference. Now for Corporate to invest in this store as it does those on in predominantly white neighborhoods.

Great customer service at the registers. They were fast and efficient with the lines going down. Ashleah greeted me as I came up to her register and ask me how my shopping experience was. I told her I came by to get a few things and got everything I needed. She was glad that I found the things I needed. She welcome me to come back and told me have a nice day. She’s really awesome!!!

Went there Friday evening after I placed my drive up order so it seemed as though it would be a quick and convenient option. Nope. There were cars waiting already and it took the associate maybe 45 minutes to get to me. I waited an additional 30 minutes for her to bring the rest of my stuff and the was after I found her in the store. It took so long that I got out of my car to find her. I also asked to speak to the manager which she said was unavailable. Never going to this one again.

Its amazing how you see Targets in Buckhead/Midtown/Alpharetta with self checkout lines but for this high traffic, predominantly black area we cant seem to get one?? DO BETTER TARGET.

Has food,clothing, some, bare home & health essentials, furniture mainly for babies, kids and patios, lots of food, PLENTY of toys and a small electronics/gameware section.Downsides: clothes here are def not worth buying here, meaning... Not for that price.Good points: second fav place for snacks n small microwavable items.👍😋

Was able to find great deals on Clearance baby clothing. The store is always generally crowded, but they do a good job at moving people through the lines. I wish they would carry a larger selection of grocery items, but Im happy they at least have something to choose from because there are no real grocery options in the Camp Creek area, besides Publix which is overpriced IMO.

Target generally has all the items that I need to maintain my household. The store hours and location meet my needs and it is conveniently located to my home. The store is clean and well-stocked based on items I regularly purchase.

It’s very unfortunate that I have to write this but my experience this past Saturday was crushed when I proceeded to use the Allpoint ATM. I tried to withdraw money from my savings ($120 + $3 Fee) and the money never came out but it charged my card. The worst part was the assistant that the management COULD HAVE gave me that person did not. I don’t remember his name but was a very flamboyant Caucasian male, short in height. They never put a “Not Working” sign on the ATM & I’m pretty sure I’m not the first this has happen too. I can’t spend my money with people that don’t have enough energy to help the customer in situations like mine.

Customer Service is key! Diana was the most pleasant and helpful today. There is something special about a warm greeting and delightful demeanor.

Quality of the overall experience. People make fun or rag on Target being more expensive then other stores...but Ive always believed you get what you pay for. Target is still affordable, but the atmosphere is different.

I saw one long line when walking in knowing I was there for only 1 item. I hesitated but decided to pick my item up and then get in line. The hostess was controlling that line so smooth and the cashiers were working fast. I was in and out within 6 minutes.

The place great , products great ; price great ! Cashiers rude and have no customer service . I rather go to Walmart if I’m going to be mistreated and not treated like an customer , it was my first time no I will not go back even thou I seen some nice things even things that’s only offer on Amazon I was able to find at this location but when it was time for me to check out , I had to wait five mins to get checked out when nobody was in front of me two mins later after I moved to next line the lady going to grab my buggy n tell me I can come no at this point I said no ; than the other lady claims she drop my paper recipe on the floor by accident . But I should have known the location us ghetto so I mean

The lines were short and a lot of registers were open during my last visit. That isnt normally the case when it comes to this location.

I love Target! The product selection in stores, ease in shopping, easy checkout process and the ability to purchase online and pickup in store are all reasons why I shop there often. The recent addition of the Drive-Up feature when shopping in the Target app pretty much guarantees that Ill be a customer for a long time to come!

Honestly i hate coming here because they never have what Im looking for. Its so disappointing. I can check for an item online before i come get there and guess what they dont have it. The only thing this location is good for is if you wanna wonder around and buy random things. But going here with a item in mind is hit or miss. So far Ive missed everytime. One time i did just get a substitute item but its a waste of space if you ask me. Also they have so many lines open but the lines still super long and the service show. The employees do have good attitudes though for the few ive encounter.

Let me start my saying I love Target which is why I’m giving 3 starts BUT no one answers the phones. I placed a drive up order 2.5 hours ago and called up there 4 separate times and chose a different department each time. I received no answer and have yet to receive an email confirming my order is ready.

I was helped by an associate named Leah she was nothing short of amazing she went above and beyond for my in store experience she did not complain nor have the typical attitude when asked for help she was happy to do it and I appreciated her in a major way

After selecting an item that needed to have a price checked (the scanner didnt read the barcode), I found 2 employees that were standing in the middle of the aisle holding a conversation about 15 minute breaks and they turned and saw me standing there for help, yet neither one of them asked if I needed any. So I walked away. When it was time to check out, a young lady pulled me to customer service to check out. I pulled my cart in front of the register and there was 4 employees laughing and having their own conversation, and it took the lady who brought me over to say, hey, you guys have a customer! The lack of customer care and attentiveness is very lackluster in this Target. Ridiculous.

So Tuesday Aug 11 11am I came in and the guy wiping down the carts greeted me with a good mourning and the best attitude (PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAOSE!) anyways..I stopped by to kill some time, and I’m from a county or 2 over so I’ve never been here and this is literally the best target I’ve been to. It’s the cleanest, the most organized, the best customer service and the most stocked. I’m considering taking the 30 min drive here every time just for the experience of this store.

Womens Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. No soap, no tissue, paper towels on the floor, urine on seats and floor possibly because they didnt have any toilet seat covers and didnt want to sit down.. I understand..The door had the nerve to have a manager signature at 630pm that bathroom was clean. Its 7 PM now. With this corona going on, there is no way they are keeping this store, carts, or any main areas sanitized. I will never come back to this location.

My wife and I ordered a radio flyer scooter in pink for a gift for a child. We ordered online and opted to have it brought out to the car. They put it in the car and when we got home we noticed that they had given us was a returned scooter. We immediately returned it and asked was this the only one in the store to find out that there were 4 new ones on the shelf.they just decided to give us a the worst one they had. We promptly exchanged it.

I went to this location to grab a few things and noticed the cottonelle tissue was out of place at $3.99 for the mega rolls so i proceeded to buy them all. The manager says she will only approve of 10 at the price if i wanted the rest i had to pay the $21.49 so i call corporate to see what the policy was and turns out i was CORRECT there is no limit and tells me i can go back to that particular location and grab the other 13 and at the price of $3.99. I drive 25mins back to this store with a receipt picture and referral code from CORPORATE telling me to get the other ones. The now MANAGER again refused the sale even AFTER corporate called and told her to do so when corporate asked her why she LIED and said i would be clearing their shelf. I then emailed corporate a picture of the shelves proving she was LYING and she STILL refused to HONOR the sale. There was no type of DISCIPLINARY actions taken toward either one of their managers for the lack of honesty integrity at that store and CORPORATE did ABSOLUTELY nothing but tell me i could purchase the tissue at retail price and they reimburse me with a TARGET gift card when the problem with that is $300 of my money was GOOD everywhere when your gift card is ONLY good for target and after that type of service who wants to give yall any money😢😢😢 no one wants to spend money where management just makes the rules up as they go and again with no type of DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS!! I have NEVER done business anywhere where the manager tells corporate what the will and wont do😢😢😢😢

A good shopping experience at Target. Everything I wanted was in stock and easily found. Employees were friendly and helpful. Checkout time was reasonable. The deals from the cartwheel app saved me money on my shopping trip. The worst thing is the traffic getting in and out of the center.

I love any target, and this one is no exception. My preferred way to shop is through the app, using the drive up feature. Normally this staff handles those orders very quickly.

I have never had a pleasant experience shopping at this location compared to other locations in the Atlanta Metroplitan area. This location is the worst from the long lines, restroom is NEVER clean, difficult to find assistance or product support without someone pointing its over there. The DM or Regional Mgr needs to pop up to observe these infractions first hand. I am very skeptical of the rave reviews for this location.

Great store in East Point!! Im glad its here and in the community for consumers to go to without having to drive 30-45 min for a decent Target. The store always looks nice and having the popcorn smell meet me before I enter the store is always a plus!
