My throttle position switch failed and a O’Reilly shop around the corner suggested I might need to get the shop to check and see why it turned up on my computer. Went to T & D auto they put on their full factory computer and said that yes there was definitely an issue with the throttle is this a switch and throttle switch and he registered it and they won’t take any money for fixing it. he said his computer suggested I might need to have my alternator regulator checked so I went back to O’Reilly auto parts and they check that and sure enough the regulator was bad which cost the throttle sensor switch to miss read. Riley put a new alternator on DMD autos account I took the car and new alternator back to T and T nails putting on that afternoon. I can’t tell you how happy I am with these people. First I would except any money for a minor adjustment to get me back on the road. And then they were quite financial responsible with an out of town person with a bad working car. Thank you TND

I cant praise this auto shop enough!!! I was on a not-so-happy road trip to Central Florida to pick up my little girl who has just lost her mother. I had set out on my trip on the 4th around 10 p.m. had ran into multiple setbacks, such as almost getting towed for sitting somewhere for 15 minutes trying to figure out where I can purchase the wheel bearing to the left rear of my 02 Explorer, then getting stranded in an AutoZone parking lot because the staff did not inform me they were closing and turned off the parking lot lights and lock the doors and left on Sugar Hill in North Atlanta. The next morning after I had retrieved my drivers license because it was being held because I borrowed Tools, still on a bad bearing Because by the time I got it apart it was after 5 and nowhere compress it. After that stopped in Suwanee also North Atlanta to mail off a set of car keys and try to once again get the bearing pressed. This effort of course to no avail, the only shop there it was open close at 5 and its 4. The time gap is getting the bearing semi hand-packed with high temp Grease in order to continue on down the road further, the shop itself, bear in mind I have already bought the bearing for $50 which the spindle as a whole is $350, and well have already taken the spindle and everything off of the vehicle just to have them press out the old bearing then press in the new one, what cost $130 before-tax. So spending a day and a night if I remember right in the Walmart parking lot just down the hill from this shop because they would not let me take it apart in the parking lot up there shop for a 30-minute job if that. Just to then again hand pack the bearing again try and make my way more south into the city for more options on shops 4 Monday morning to which I have left really late Sunday night made it five exits pulled over to check the bearing and possibly we tighten the nut a little more make it further and Brake the tip off of my Half Inch Breaker Bar so I spent the rest of the early morning hours at the local Waffle House a block away to which I believe I have already reviewed. After I woke up later than expected, I head out. At this point I still have yet to receive the money for the little car I sold which I had sent the keys out Saturday evening, and spent the rest of the day slowly putt putting around the inner city of Atlanta trying to find any shop that could do the bearing. Come about 3:30 / 4 o clock I have tried around 17 approximately auto shops/ tire shops in an attempt to fix this bearing, had only found 2 more out of all of those that could do it but they wanted around $200, now its $30 where I grew up to have this done. Right before I was to go to a Walmart just up the street from the shop in order to collect the money for the little car, what you did not come until I was just about done putting the truck back together, I decided to try one more shop just around the corner. At this point in the game Im about ready to set the truck on fire and walk and Im just about broke. So I called T&D Auto Repair Body Shop... I explained to person on the phone the extent of my dilemma or what Ive began to call my personal National Lampoons Vacation, he proceeded to tell me out of concern and heart that he is not able to do it himself in the short amount of time because of other stuff he has to get done before they close but I am more than welcome to come and use his press myself and when I asked how much he exclaimed just blessed me, my heart dropped so I went to the Walmart had two Again by another half inch breaker bar the first one bought so that I did not have to borrow it again and pulled the tiny amount of cash I have left on that card hoping it would be enough of a blessing because thats what I thought he meant. So I get to the shop pull off to the side of the building remove the spindle and go inside, he shows me where it is and I get it done, I asked about the blessing he said was meant as holy I cried and finish the truck. By far other than getting my 5 year old, the greatest blessing the whole trip.

When the regulator for my power window failed and my window got stuck down, of course the temperature dropped significantly. My wife and I had to drive back to Savannah. I met Tyrone Friday morning and he sent me to get the part. He started the repair a soon as I returned and finished within a couple of hours all the while being short handed in his shop. I had some great conversation with another customer as well. My wife and I returned home with all the windows up in the 50 degree weather. Thanks, Tyrone!
