I brought my computer in due to a bad hard drive, Adam checked everything before replacing the hard drive and had it ready for me by the very next day. He also backed up all of my data and now its running smooth with no issues. He did an awesome job, I am very happy with the quality of their work and customer service is outstanding. Prices are very reasonable too...I highly recommend them.

My computer wouldn’t turn on after a power surge. I took my pc to web tech services were I was informed my motherboard was fried. I decided to have them upgrade my computer. Web tech services built me a brand new gaming computer with all brand new equipment and had it back to me in a day and a half. These guys are fantastic! I will never take my pc anywhere else! I have never seen a computer with such good wire management as they did with mine.

Had a friend of mine who said he could build me a PC. Of course I had nothing but problems. I took it in to two other computer repair shops and all said they found the problem and fixed it. As soon as I got home I had the same issues. I took it here in a last ditch effort before I just parted it out and sold it. He called me 30 minutes after dropping it off and ran down everything that was wrong with it and I picked it up same day. Runs with no issues now. As long as they stay open I will never take my computer anywhere else.

Staff were extremely nice and despite being busy, said they were going to try and have my computer done by the day after I brought it in! Much cheaper than most places and definitely more professional! I will most definitely do most of my computer shopping here.

I brought a computer into WebTech that would not turn on, so Chris checked into the problem but determined the part needed to fix it was unavailable because of the age of the computer. Obviously the computer was not able to be fixed but Chris notified me of the problem and upon picking it up, Chris did not charge me for any services rendered. I would use WebTech again for my computer problems.

My husband had rebuilt an old computer and it had Windows 7 in it which caused it eventually to be quite slow and unresponsive. Both of us had used web tech services previously so I took my tower down to Chris. Within a few days he had completely rewards the computer including installing Windows 10 and was able to save all of my former programs including my Microsoft money, Picasa, and Microsoft Word. I am so grateful as I was so afraid I would lose those three vital programs to me. The charge was less than $200 and I just cannot say enough about his kindness and patience. He even took over the computer at home when a few programs needed more assistance. Since then Ive been hacked & scammed, and both times WT has completely wiped & restored everything. Besides the fact that this is a local business I think this little company is just about perfect.

I needed a computer place to call to get my computer updated and the guy who I always use was no longer in the business. When I called my regular guy, the phone rolled over to Web Tech Services in East Peoria. I talked with the girl who answered the phone and she was very helpful. She told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. It only took a day to get it done and I went back and picked it up. They answered all my questions and I even called them a few days later with an issue of printing and it was solved over the phone. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely use them again.

My hard drive died on me and I took it into Chris Finch, owner of Web Tech Services. Within two hours, he had diagnosed the problem and reached out to me. Unfortunately there was nothing he could do to recover the information as it was a mechanical issue, but he referred me to a company in Madison, WI that can handle it. He included the instruction pamphlet that had everything listed that i needed to do including free shipping. When I arrived to pick up my hard drive, Chris already had it bubble wrapped and gave me a secure box to ship it in and didnt charge me a dime for diagnostics or packaging it! Will never go anywhere else for computer issues.

I was having terrible issues with my Gateway desktop updating Windows 10. The hard drive would continuously crash on me and was very sluggish. After countless hours of getting nowhere, I called Chris and asked if he could check it out for issues and install the Windows 10 updates.I backed up all my files both on cloud and flash drives and took it in to WTS. In less than two days, Chris was able to diagnose the problem, did some minor and very inexpensive upgrades and successfully installed the updates.I couldn’t believe how much faster my computer was when I brought it home and started reloading programs and files. It’s like an entirely new system for next to nothing in cost. I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

He installed a new one and told me the new drive would be faster and WOW! Chris also cleared away ancient adware and installed Win 10 for me. I will be a loyal customer and highly recommend him.

I had an emergency. PSU went out in my PC. I have custom PSU cables in my rig so I needed a Corsair PSU. They happen to have a used one in back. Sold it to me for a reasonable price. I was able to get my PC back up and running. It was only down for a couple hours. Would highly recommend.

Went here because Radio Shack didnt carry what I needed (some old cables/connectors). Walked in and the guy at the counter was really helpful, went out back and even took parts off some old computers so I could get what I need. Wasnt sure if it would work so he didnt even charge me.Turned out to work great! I know Ill be back there before Radio Shack from now on!

I now have what might as well be a new PC. While it doesnt run faster than a speeding bullet, it runs mighty fast, and it runs DEPENDABLY!
