My experience with german-bliss started with very convenient email communication as I was working on deciding what equipment to get. When I did come into the store the sales manager was very helpful in helping me narrow down exactly what I need to take care of my property. The b2601 - 1 tractor is amazing. Mowing, moving brush, moving dirt, pushing snow and many more things all are made much easier because of this tractor and its attachments.German Bliss in East Peoria is very attentive and helpful.I would highly recommend this store for your equipment needs.

We purchased a snowblower from German Bliss after shopping around a bit. The help we received from Ben in East Peoria was wonderful. He explained the different options we had and provided tips for maintenance once we had made a selection. I will definitely return again .

I came in to this establishment the other day looking at possibly purchasing new lawn equipment and I was also pricing out equipment with different dealers. I spoke with Bob. His knowledge of his product was outstanding compared to other establishments I have been to. I could tell he has taken the time to learn his craft and hone his skills. I will more than likely be back to purchase. Honestly, he could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman wearing white gloves.

Their customer service and parts that they keep in stock is fantastic! As of tomorrow I will now have taken 4 trips this year from Bloomington for parts because my dealer over here has failed to have what I need. Great people and have always put me the customer first! Initial contact was off to a rocky start with a salesman’s but Ron stepped in and took care of every single thing. I’ve honestly never had such good customer service. They were very helpful in the delivery of attachments for my tractor from other suppliers and got everything in a surprisingly short amount of time considering it was a new LX3310 and Covid-19 had Kubota back logged in production. This is my first tractor purchase and I’m very happy for the fact I can depend on Ron and his team to get me what I need no matter if it’s parts or knowledge they’re my go to place.

Bought my husband the identical riding mower like the one we had. Good thing, because the one I purchased like ours looked great cosmetically, but getting ready to mow with it for the season, it did not run!!!!! He had to switch the engine and other parts out with our older mower so it would work. I was trying to save him from having to do that by purchasing a “refurbished” model. I expected it to run and operate correctly. Guess I’m the idiot for that expectation. I would not recommend purchasing anything at this business if it’s refurbished. I would not have given them any stars, if that was an option.

I was having a problem with my tractor of course in a very wrong time and a very wrong place.I called in and was told Tyler the service writer could help me.He went above and beyond with no compensation to help me bleed an old diesel tractor.He texted me some pictures of the service manual from 40 years ago. I highly recommend Tyler and the genius who hired him. By the way I am not a favorite customer but have been a long-time customer through my dad who is now deceased over the last 40 years very occasionally. Another words, they didn’t treat me any out of the ordinary that they would treat any other stranger customer I believe.

I went through a sales process while researching different compact tractors. Overall, I was very happy with the level of engagement with my salesman. He was very good at communicating regularly and working hard towards the sale. In the end, I found what I thought was a better situation for me with a John Deere dealer and machine. In hindsight, there were a lot of things said about John Deere that I havent been found to be true. (Foot would get hot during use because of the pedal system, turning radius would be better on Kubota, the bumpiness of the ride would be same...2025r is far better than the B2601 in my experience)I just thought I should note the sales process was a little on the pushy side and I think there were some embellishments that others should be aware of.

Spoke to sales person who honestly had no clue what he was doing. Really had no product knowledge other than what he read from the brochure. Sorry but for such a significant investment I think you need to have sales staff who can provide real world experience and knowledge. I can read the brochure on my own.

I would stop in to pick up STIHL products for my chainsaws & other equipment and every time the customer service was slow and unhelpful. The associates have limited product knowledge and offen have to look up products, despite being right infront of them and myself. The consistency of there staffs profomnce has left me to happily take my business elsewhere.

This was my second order from German-Bliss. I wasnt sure of the part number for my GEHL skidsteer so they connected me with their service manager. He found the correct part I needed and I got the right part earlier than expected.

Everything I needed for my Gehl 5240 came correctly and fast to my shop with the exception of 1 item.

It is a great place and I love it

I never done personal transactions there, but have done several business wise. I have heard storys about them messing up and not honoring warranty claims and fighting people. Also heard they lied about a oil leak saying it was fixed but after they looked at it, it leaked even worse.

Parts sales totally incompetent. After three attempts to order a simple kit (which they tried to sell me piece by piece) I called another dealer and identified the kit part number. Ironically, the part number was on a schematic they printed for me!

Had an issue with an order I placed. Owner of the company called me personally and made it right.

Do not waste your time with these idiots! I talked to Germans about trading a old Ford tractor for a new Kubota, and they said they would get back to me in a couple of hours. They never called me back! So I went to A.C. McCartney and bought a Kubota. They called me back! I guess the boys at Germans aint smart enough to pick up the phone. Theyre not smart enough to make the sale, I guess theyre not smart to do service either!

I was looking at Kubota tractors just a few weeks ago. Ready to buy I came in and asked a fair number of questions, unfortunately I never really felt like the salesman really cared about my questions or making a sale. I had toyed with the idea in 2010 but never pulled the trigger, and my experience at that time was the same, I had assumed it was a fluke so I came back in again. I value customer service very highly and this did not meet my standard. I got a recommendation from a friend to talk to an implement dealer in Flanagan IL (same distance from me as the EP location of German Bliss but opposite direction) who represents a different brand that competes with Kubota. I ended up buying from the Flanagan dealer. While I think I got a better deal there too, I really feel like the customer service was what made the sale. Sorry German Bliss that you lost a sale, I hope that the rest of your team meets a higher standard of service! I just wont spend $15K on an investment if Im not 100% sure that the company will provide me good service should I encounter any problems.

First visit...after 9 days I called to see what was going on (was told it would be 2-3 days)...turns out my number was written down wrong.Second visit...after 7 days I called to see what was going on...(was told 2-3 days) was told my part was in and could be worked on that day (which it was).Curious how long my equipment would have been there if I didnt call.
