Why do people tend to bash someone, or their business? What did you not receive the attention immediately to your request?. Maybe you misunderstood what the person was saying.. May be the woman in front of you was an existing customer and they wanted to tend to her first and then give you their full attention to your request. There are many possibilities. I doubt it very much if the employees are rude to their customers, because if I was the boss those employees would be former ones. but have think to yourself, dont you have a bad day? do you always have a smiley face on? granted it is a business and the customers are always right and they should be greeted with professionalism but we are all human and things some times seems to become over whelming. Anyway if they are, well they would not be in business as long as they have been. Have u ever worked in a factory? with the noise of machines, well you know how hard it is to hear one another, this applies to this business, so maybe in your mind they are yelling at each other but in my mind it is due to the noise.. CYA is a good actually excellent company and I would recommend them to more people.

Cya provided the team jerseys for the annual Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, inc. field day. The quality of the jerseys is amazing and the price was even better!

I went there to get a couple shirts printed. There was a woman ahead of me and she took at least ten minutes to finish her business. After this was done I was next in line. The employee completely ignored me and went to the woman who came in after me. He didnt apologize for the wait or anything. He told me to come back a week later. Guess they dont want my business.

I went to Cya to inquire about getting tshirts made. I was told to look at a website and pick out the type of tshirts that I wanted. There was no pricing on the website, so I went back to Cya to ask about the quality of shirts that I had narrowed it down between and the owner ralph said to go with a particular brand and said he would do 200 shirts for 5$ a shirt since we were a nonprofit. I wrote an email with our order and summarizing the price he had mentioned and the next day got a voicemail saying the shirts I chose were not 5$ shirts. I called him back and he proceeded to ream me out saying do you really think that is a 5$ shirt?! I said I dont know, thats why I came in asking you about which shirts to choose. He went on and on talking down to me so I said well if this is how our relationship is going to go then maybe I should look elsewhere. He yelled have a nice day and hung up. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place, they do not have sample shirts available and are very hard to talk to.

They are completely unprofessional. I heard the owner yelling and cursing at employees in front of me. I heard him yell at a customer that was ahead of me. I heard the owner say to one customer, Im a retired drug dealer that makes T-shirts, dont ask me how the fin shirts fit. Real wild bunch in there. Certainly not someone you want to do business with or get too close too.

Very unprofessional, very rude, bad management, curses at employees, very dirty work environment, violates safety codes, violates labor laws, no customer care what so ever, completely lacks care for quality, if your looking for a job or to do business I would recommend elsewhere
