I have been a boater for over 50 years from clammer to leisure and have never had a better experience dealing with white water marine!!The service was fast and professional. Tom was more than knowledgeable regarding my engine problems. He fixed the problem in 2 days so l am back on the water enjoying my summerI would recommend him in a heart beat to all my friends in the boating communityThanks White water!! I hope I don’t need you for a while but it’s nice to know that you are there when I do!!

My husband and I have been using White Water Marine for over 20 years. They are friendly, professional, and experienced. We never had an issue with them in all the years using them. We highly recommend their service.

Terrible. I brought my engine in for a $900 repair. They made up some other unnecessary work and wanted to bill me $1,600. Then, while they were doing the work, they fried my $2,000 engine computer. Then they were blaming it on water in the engine, and tried to bill me for that, on top of the computer they fried. They billed me a total of $5,400 for a $900 job. They are the stooges and Bernie Madoff combined. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ANY COST. There are many similar reviews on the internet.I am suing them. I only hope I can recover the $3,300 these thieves cost me.

The service dept is by far the worst i ever dealt with. I worked in a family business and we never ever would blow people off. Bad service, employees have bad customer tach. They should be lucky to be busy and have work! Parts dept was great.send your people to customer relations training they need it.

I used White Water service in Patchogue twice and both times they were quick and reliable. Its unheard of that you bring your boat in for a service or repair during the summer months and get it back the next day. They were reasonably priced and very professional. I would recommend them highly.

I recently purchased a new Evinrude E- tech from this marine service. They made this experience a great one. Tom and his staff are very knowledgable and competent, allowing for an easy transition from my old Yamaha to the new Evinrude. All rigging and paperwork were handled with great care and attention to detail. A demonstration ride on the bay was givin to explain all working aspects of motor. After having boats for over 50 years, I would highly recommend White Water Marine Service.

White Water Marine Services in Patchogue is doing an amazing job at getting our boat back in the water as quickly as possible. Its nice to have someone competent working on our Evinrude.
