Very bad service, i had my second shot there, they never told me to stay for any allergic reaction and not even a band-aid after the shot, poor poor service, i would not recommend this place for covid vaccine.

Outstanding customer service easy to find what you are looking for. Polite staff Pharmacy staff knowable, pharmacist explained medicine how and when to take.always made to feel welcomed.

I entered the East Patchogue Walgreens store today at about 2 PM, and told the cashier that I had to use the restroom immediately. She told me it was out of order. I strongly suspect she was lying. The restroom is out of order is a standard lie told by business staff who dont want to let customers use it.In my opinion, denying a customer the use of the restroom is reason enough to shop elsewhere, and also to give a business a one-star rating. (Note: If the restroom had not been behind a locked section of the store, I would have went in and used it anyway. When I have to go, I have no time to play games.) This review applies only to the East Patchogue branch; not necessarily to the entire chain.

Apparently it is OK for this branch to let people stand in line for the pharmacy, without following state guidelines for mask wearing. The manager said corporate allows customers to not wear masks. WTH? Pretty irresponsible to expose the staff and other customers to Covid droplets that may be floating in the air. No need to shop where the health of customers is not valued.

Love the lay out of this store big nice selection and very nice staff about a year ago I went into the bathroom area and the cute blonde employee thought I was up to no good so I showed her my bag and receipt we both laughed and I understood she was just doing her job I said I did not want to mop or clean the store as punishment from her lol thats how you do things friendly respectful and nice..This Walgreens is awesome go often and always will all the employees are professional and courteous..

I always forget her name but the woman with the black hair who is the cashier is just the sweetest, friendliest person, always such a pleasure shopping there. This Walgreens always seems to have what I need, very clean and well organized

Horrible customer service. If youre going to call into the store you might as well just waste your time and drive to them because they do not answer their phones. I was on hold for 20 minutes just to see if my insulin syringes were available. I will be going to CVS from now on. At least they answer their phones to help customers in need.

Standard Walgreens. Newer and clean. No complains, check out. .. . on the slower of acceptable.
