This is my go-to BB&B location! The staff here are wonderful, the store is always clean, and they seem to have exactly what I’m looking for (and then some). I love that they partnered with the USPS to offer 20% off your entire purchase when you move to a new address! I got plenty of cute housewares, as well as bigger ticket items that I needed. To be honest, I don’t think I’d ever shop here without a coupon because some prices are very high. Luckily, they mail out coupons all the time. Can’t wait for the next one so I can come back!

Not sure I should even give 3 stars. I completed my pick order online at 3:57PM for pickup on 10/10/2021. Got the confirmation email that my order was being processed... Please go to the store on your scheduled pickup date. We will send a reminder email with instructions for in-store or curbside pickup!.I live in Queens and picking up a few items for my mom. I walk in to the store to see a young man behind the customer service area with a sliver product on his head playing. I inquire about my pick up order that was submitted since 4PM. He tells me its not ready (mind you it like 20-25 minutes till closing, 7PM) and it takes a day, so I should come back tomorrow. My pick date is not 10/11, its 10/10 and I dont live in the area. I tell him I dont live in the area and he tells me to go get the items in store, pay for them and just dont pickup my order them let it cancel and the money goes back to my account.So this person who was playing around at customer services instead of completing the pickup orders for the day told me to come back tomorrow. Im suppose to drive 40-50 minutes from Queens to Northport because they didnt feel like doing their job. Whats the point of the pickup date if they arent going to fulfill your order.

They returned my item I bought for Mother In Law and it was returned back to the store without explanation or even a message. When you have a brick-and-mortar business that looks the same no matter where you are, the only way to differentiate a store is with a human touch. To protect the guilty the BBB store in our neighborhood is dirty, messy and the staff is not even close to attempting to be friendly. We used to live in East Northport so we decided to shop for a $350 air fryer there... An immaculate store, with friendly staff but the store manager BO is the reason I am writing this review. An incredible professional, patient, helpful and of course she knows what shes talking about... the unit we bought was missing the manual which we didnt realize until we got home. I called the store, Bo answered and went out of her way to find us a manual. In a post-Covid world (actually its not over yet) where those who choose to work seem miserable, being served by someone like BO restores my faith in the human race. On top of that, she wore a badge that said 15 Year - and no, we didnt get someone crancky and bitter, you can really tell that Bo loves her job and serving others. Way to go Bo.

I just had such a wonderful experience at the Elwood Bed, Bath, and Beyond store. Ashley snd Sam at the courtesy counter were nothing short of spectacular. Their care and consideration helping me to address a purchase that I received in a crushed box were an example of their kindness and amazing work ethic. Their patience and understanding and unwillingness to disappoint me helped this Mother of the bride to secure the perfect gift. I just can’t say enough about the Elwood store and especially Sam and Ashley, 2 outstanding examples character and heart:)!

They have a great selection of merchandise, the prices are competitive, and if you have one of their 20% off coupons you can get a really good deal.

Ever since the store at Walt Whitman Mall closed, I was lost. The store at the Home Depot shopping center in Farmingdale is crowded with merchandise that assaults you as soon as you walk in the door. As soon as I entered, I couldnt wait to leave.The store in E. Northport is much nicer and much easier to navigateWhile nothing will replace the Walt Whitman Mall location, (it was a much larger and more spacious store), I am willing to drive the additional miles to get to E. Northport. Thankfully, they had everything I needed making it worth the drive

Spent 1 hour in line on a Saturday afternoon. 1 cashier. 1 person at customer service. 50+ customers waiting in line. Understand it’s trying times but this is really not the experience that either the customers or the cashiers want. The cashier was extremely rude once we got to the register, from her first greeting the tone was extremely confrontational. The customer in front of us paid in cash and people waited while someone else had to come and see if his bills were real, one at a time. Obviously a waste of time. The poor man. Was all of this necessary? We miss our old BB&B experience. Worst shopping experience in a long time.

The place you go for one thing and leave with many more, especially if you have the coupons. The staff is very nice there. The buy online and pickup at store option is very fast too.

BBB is an American institution, and everyone knows never to shop there without a 20% off coupon. Sadly, the store is getting a bit tired and needs a little redesign.

My husband and I visited the Commack location in the beginning of July. The employees who helped us were so nice and helpful The store was so neat and organized. I was so impressed that I actually applied to work there as a cashier because of the knowledge, attentiveness and teamwork of the staff. This is definitely the type of environment that I know I would want to have a career with.

I was having a very difficult time finding a storage bag for our artificial Christmas tree. I stopped in at BB&B, and I was able to find it! Better yet, the woman who I asked for help in finding it went to get it for me. She was a top notch customer server! Great experience shopping there.

Wont shop here anymore. Too political

Still a good place to shop but they appear to be succumbing to their online competion. Their employees are still friendly and helpful, but little by little the appear to be cutting back. I went in to pick up a kitchen gadget which they didnt have in stock but were expecting in. On subsequent visits the offered to gave it delivered to the store but would still charge me for shipping.

East Northport bed, bath and beyond has some of the best employees in the company!! I was once helped by this one young girl, LEATRICE BROWN who went above and beyond her line of duty, past closing hours to locate a comforter set for me!! Over the thanksgiving wknd, amongst all craziness, JILL FARRELL did the same, patiently working on my order locating everything on my list!! THANK YOU to the both of you!! Happy holidays!!

All your household needs. Pricing is amazing. Sometimes too many choices makes it hard to stay focused shopping. And the isles are over crowded & narrow. With all the choices people stop & are deciding leaving little room to go around without walking down a different isle. Maybe the isle didn’t have anything you needed or so you thought because as you walk down, see something u may have wanted & the pricing encourages you to make purchase. Impulse Buying

I ran into this store the other day looking for one thing, a meatball maker. I really need this or else I will not have anything to do with all my raw meat. I did not able to find meatball maker and I am very upset .why not have meatball machine? Out of all the machines not one is a meatball machine? There are a lot of cool candles but half of them smell like a rock solid duranga. The kitchen scrubber selection is also kind of absolutely ginormous. Many wheels here.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a good place to get amazing scented things.It has a variety of good options and is worth the time and money!!

Standard BB&B.The store has a circular pattern so you can walk through and see everything. It is fairly well organized. However, mostly everything is a tad overpriced.Customer Service and Checkouts are always a bit slow.

Went there on last weekend, This store is a mess everywhere, may be i went in the evening , It took me lot of time to find my stuff. Shelves were not well stocked as well as aisles were dirty and full of mess.Its very hard to find a help, I waited 10 minutes for some one to come and help me take down the stuff i needed. Long lines at cash register.Bed bath & beyond at walt whitman mall in huntington ny ,was very clean and staff is very helpful over there, sadly that store is closing very soon for good.

If I could give negative stars I would. The staff at this store is terribly unprofessional, rude and condescending.
