I lost my dog and am in shambles right now, but I wanted to take the time out to thank the UPS store for being so kind and having such quick turnaround with the production of missing dog flyers and a yard sign within a couple of hours. I wish I remembered the young mans name who did the printing (he gave it to me), but my mind is elsewhere at the moment. From start to finish, he was empathetic to my frantic needs and was so helpful and nice all while providing stellar service. Losing a dog isn’t easy, but it’s nice to know there are good people who genuinely want to help you out.

Never opens at 830 am , they should change their hours on Google. Wasted my time going there more than once at 830am. They have customers waiting outside with packages.

We live in a different town than this town, but we don’t go to our local ups store, because they are nasty and provide bad customer service. We drop a lot of boxes for our business and whenever we come to this ups store, a lot of time they come out and help us with big boxes, and are super nice and provide great customer service.we will recommend them every day. Ever employee is nice and kind but we think it is because of the owner who makes his employees happy and they then provide grear customer service.so we want to thank you for this and even though we travel 4 miles to come to your ups store, it is worth it.

I have been coming to this UPS for years because it is so conveniently located close to my job. When I dont have time to go to the post office I go here and pay the extra fee to have them mail it through USPS. This time I paid the fee so that I can return an item that was supposed to be shipped through USPS and the item never made it to the post office or to the retailer that I purchased from. I personally went into the store to find the status of my order and the manager stated that because I lost my receipt with my tracking number there was nothing he could do. I explained that I remember the date and an estimated time when I was there and he stated that they do not keep receipts or have any information without a tracking number. In my lifetime I have never heard of no records on file for anything. I work and own a business and for both I know if a customer comes in asking for some type of proof of payment as a manager and business owner there is no way I could say I do not have it. I called the retailer they couldnt not do anything for me, I called UPS corporate and USPS to see if UPS ever gave in a package. No one has helped me because they all tell me I need to get the tracking number from UPS(which is impossible)and unfortunately I lost $260 just because I cant find my receipt. So heads up do not lose your receipt you will be treated like nothing. From now on I will take my packages elsewhere. FYI an employee there was the only one who tried a couple of times to help me but the manager dismissed me as soon as I stated I lost the receipt.

Russell and his staff are honest and professional. I ship 40 packages to college students all over the country on behalf of my synagogue twice a year, and the shipments are carefully packed, labelled and tracked. I hand over a list of addresses and the boxes and its done. I also have used the store to ship my own packages to my sons in college and its fast, reasonable and traceable. Especially in August (heading to school), and May (coming home). Highly recommend all their services!

Russel is a very helpful guy - he does a lot of mailing for my company, and is able to manage complex projects. I recommend you go to his store above others because he and his staff are helpful, not corporate drones. They actually will go the extra mile to help you mail for the best rate, and for the highest delivery.

Very unhappy with this store. It shipped me in August 2011 a checkboard antique table of $1,062 value for $383.12. I could have had it shipped blanket wrapped professionally for $350, but the owner of this store had already picked up the item from the auction and wanted to charge me to bring it back, so I decided not to fight it. Wrong decision ... the item arrived very unprofessionally packed and as a consequence broken. The item was returned to the store who did not want to reimburse me neither the shipping nor the table, blaming UPS transport for it, and refusing to take responsibility for the bad packaging. The only option the owner accepted was to repair the table. As of June 2013, I have not received it yet, nor been reimbursed ... I will let you judge. Being in another state I have not yet taken legal action as it is a burden and cost as well, but should be my next step.
