If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and when I went to go pick it up they all looked clueless and couldn’t pull me up in the system. All I wanted was a blower machine but that’s too much too ask I’ll go elsewhere from now on, the employees look lost and this place is unorganized.

Update. Richard Lodigiani Jr is the one to deal with. He helped me out big time. Had all those problems with the 9300. Richard reached out and said he would swap it for a 9700. He sent me the new machine I had a blower come apart within 3 weeks of having the machine. I called Richard Jr and he flew a technician down to my location to fix it by the end of the week.I had a rocky start with this company it I finally got the right person to handle all the issues I was having. Thank you Richard Lodigiani Jr.I bought a packaged deal from this company a 9300 blower and a Vacuum to remove the old insulation. I kept seeing post on Facebook from the sale person Ashley. I was in the market to get a new machine since my business is growing and the old Force 2 I have thats is from 1988 I feel was getting tired. I messaged Ashley asking the details on the machines and how fast can I get them to swfl. The machines arrived in 1 to 2 weeks. When they arrived they looked great, I was super exited. This was the week of the 13th of MarchWell this is where the story gos south. On the first job I had the blower machine cut off on me and the wireless remote stopped working. This was March 25th. Well this was right before all the covid started so we were trying to get as many done before the state shut down. Well my generator was not big enough to run the machine.. I was never told what size generator I needed. On the same job I noticed that the removal vacuum that I purchased from them had oil on the base where the motor was bolted to the frame. So, I assumed that they may have spilt oil when filing the motor. So we cleaned it off and stored until the next job. I contacted Ashley about the blower and vacuum on March 26 via text and sent a photo. I talked to Richard and they thought the same about the vacuum with the possibility of over fill when the motor was filled and he said he would have me a replacement wireless remote sent out right a way. I received the new remote in about 2 weeks April 16th.

Every so often, you run into a gem of a company and this is one of them. Their equipment is amazing and their customer service is even better! We purchase the blown in machine and the vacuum from them. So far we have done about 15 full jobs and have had absolutely no issues with the machine and it cleans up really well. We highly recommend buying your machines through this company. Completely headache free and its awesome.

Very helpful with confirming account information, and she was very knowledgeable about their equipment, and the specifications of same. She made good, reasonable recommendations.
