Theyre always so friendly there. I went for boxes this trip and they helped me carry them to the car without even asking for help. Kindness really does mean so much!

It was my 1st time going into the newly remodeled store and my 1st reaction was its beautiful in here! I didnt spend much time in the store because I was helping my son with bottle redemption, but the staff were very friendly and more than willing to help with anything we asked. My next visit will be to definitely browse around to see👀 what kind of treasures🍷🍾🍹 I can find! 😁

City Line finally re-opened after having its roof peeled back (basically ripped off), during a violent and windy storm over a year ago. The entire inside has been redone and is bright, clean and modern looking with all new wine & spirits fixtures and all new coolers. They also took over the small space occupied by Donut Dip and is using that area for the office and storage so they have plenty of reserve stock. Its a Joy to shop in an almost brand new Store, and the Owner/Manager Pete did a Fantastic Job!!!

The place was rebuilt since 2019s storm and its back better than ever. Great staff and great selection

Good selection of alcohol, have shopped here for a while. However at my last visit, I realized the cashier overcharged me by $30 exact. Couldnt believe the cashier stole from me right in front of my face. Never again will I step foot in that store again. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

The cashier was ridiculously rude and impatient. Once we walked in the store she began to rush us as if she didnt have customers to assist already. Then they verified our identification multiple times. If you are of a darker hue, prepare yourself for racial profiling.

The prices are a little high, but that’s not the reason for the low rating. The jerks in the back that do the empties are terrible, especially the short thin kid who has no customer service skills whatsoever. I mean if it had a barcode it should be taken right? Not so for these people. Go to other redemption places and avoid the guy I mentioned in the back at all costs, bah humbug to him

A liquor store called springfield liquor sell everything this place has and more and cheaper plus its just 2miles away from this place plus when you say have a nice day or so before you leave with your purchase at Springfield liquor they have the courtesy to at least say it back where is City Line fine wine doesnt the only thing City Line fine wine has going for it is that it opens at 8 a.m. And Springfield Liquors opens at 9 a.m. But if you can wait 1 hour fiscally manners wise and the variety are all better at Springfield Liquors

I used to call in here as part of my trip for grocery shopping down in East Longmeadow. However on Christmas eve I pulled in at 6:03PM only to see a worker notice me and run to lock the door. In disbelieve I went to the door to check if they had really locked it as they still had customers, yes they locked it. What petty customer service, I will never shop here again.
