Avoid all all costs. Apparently they don’t know how to use a measuring tape, and their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars. First they told me that I had room for a 6 foot gate, then upon installation they said that I need a 5 foot gate, and they made me pay for it (I already paid for the 6 foot). Once the fence was up I went out and measured the area in front of the fence, I told them that I needed 16 feet clearance in front of the fence and there was only 11. They said that since I was home I should have said something. I didn’t realize that I was foreman on the job! I gave them the measurements, I expected them to do the job, was I really expected to go out and measure it? And they charged me $300 to fix their mistake. I had already given them so much money that I knew I wasn’t getting back and was desperate to just get the job done so I just kept paying (head slap). Also, one of the installers was aggressively asking me out (creepy). This situation was a few years ago but I’m still bitter, obviously.

It took a week before Paul and Jason came to my house to look at the fence I needed installed. They agreed to do it and asked for a $400 cash deposit. A few days later they installed three posts in concrete by pounding them into the holes I had already made. Two men, three hours of work. They were to let the concrete set for a few days and then cut and weld the rail together and weld to the posts. They asked for another $200 in cash and left behind 30 feet of piping. That was the last I heard from them! Never came back, never called. $600 for 6 man-hours of work and $200 of pipe left behind. It was evident that they had the tools and expertise for the job but...? Clearly I would never recommend them to anyone.

I called to set up an appointment for an estimate on the day of the appointment they canceled because of the rain on the second appointment some woman came out very unprofessional and wanted to talk about her family life which I did not care about. After she did her measurements she told me she would call me to give me a price the following day which of course I did not hear from her so several days passed and I called her to see what was going on with my quote she told me that she was working on it and she would give me a call and she never gave me a call..... horrible business and I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone.

Pappelardo feance are professionals theyre fast reliable, and they do a wonderful job. I highly recommend them to people who want to get a new fence.

Similar to the other review, I had them come over and evaluate the area needing a fence. They were to mail me a quote within a week. Its been 2 months and I still never received a quote. I tried calling and they said theyd call me back but still nothing.

Had to beg to give me estimate. Called at list few times a week for a month and thats after they already looked at the property. Just called in to get final answer and was told not to bother. I guess i would suggest dont waist your time.

The people never put the whole fence in because there was a root in the way so I suggest never using them they a waste of time and money
