For a reasonable price, I purchased a custom-made computer and then matched it with two identical 24 inch monitors based on their continuing advice. The end result is a system with versatility and speed which allows me to multi-task flawlessly and without interruption or delay. We had a big scare when our camera memory card accidentally had all the photos deleted from it, two years worth. We brought it to go geeks and they were able to restore all the photos. They had the utmost patience with us no matter how many times we called and always explained what they were going to do. They were very honest as well never giving us any false hope. There is no better place to have your computer needs met. Gogeeks has come to our home to fix our computers, installed antivirus software on all of our computers. They have also helped us remotely when we have had issues and fixed them over the phone. And get this: One of our laptops died around five years ago, I couldnt remember my password either. Guess what? Gogeeks was able to repair it for me the other day and it runs better than when we first purchased it. The SD card on our digital camera became corrupt while using it. At first we thought lost all 1300+ of our last childs baby photos. We were able to drop the SD free of charge with Tyler from Gogeeks and they scanned the SD for over 60 hr. Tyler was more than helpful and understanding our predicament. They were able to recover all 1300+ and place it on a new external Hard drive which we purchased. $149 is a very small price to pay for preserving our babies memories. Great service and its local!

When it became time to get a new computer, Go Geeks was highly recommended. Since my older computer was proprietary it became a challenge to get everything I needed of of it. Go Geeks was able to override the old one and got me going.I them decided I wanted a new with all the bells and whistles. Go Geeks did not let me down.Stan came to my house and went over all of the options for a new one. They successfully transferred all of my business program to the new one. I just want to say that I’ve brought computers over a few times and each time this team of young men have been both professional and courteous. They explain to me in simple terms what was wrong with my computers and they called before doing the work telling me How much it was going to cost and whether or not I wanted to proceed. In this day and age of wanting everything yesterday they to my surprise, called me either that day I brought it in or early the next day was absolutely the best part! I called them to ask some questions. The person on the phone was very unhelpful. We cant do that. We dont do that. I dont know anybody who can do that. She didnt even ask anybody around her about any information to help me. It doesnt seem she was very knowledgeable.

My computer wouldnt start the other day, so I brought it in for a diagnostic. Because it was still covered under my CC insurance, they were very helpful in identifying the issue and that a repair would cost the same as the value of the computer, and providing me with an estimate to give to the insurance company. I will definitely return with any additional computer issues I have in the future.

GoGeeks! is a real treasure! Our computer crashed for the first time late on a Saturday afternoon. We spent several frustrating hours trying to correct the problem by following all the prompts on the blue screen, but to no avail. We remembered that our neighbors had mentioned their very positive experiences with GoGeeks! So the following day - a Sunday- we checked their website and liked what we read. We were able to send an email to Stan through the website, and we discussed the computer information and the problem.Stan returned our e-mail within an hour — on a Sunday! We were impressed already.We dropped off the desktop on Monday, received a phone call the next day detailing the problem and the recommended repair. And at a very fair price for parts and labor.
