Beautiful, delicious and fresh gender reveal cake (sans the Oh baby topper) with bittercream!

We always enjoy the different variety of dessert options. Tonight, the chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate cake with strawberries in cream and chocolate mousse dessert were awesome. Definitely one of our favorite pastry shops in the area!

Elio and other staff are excellent with customer service. Highly recommended to friends and family.

One of, if not the best place for Italian pastries in a hundred mile radius. They also offer a really nice selection of deli products and Italian cheeses. As well as some gelato that Ive not tried but if its on par with the quality of the rest of the items they stock should be fairly decent.Updates related to the current pandemic (posting end of June 2020): Theyre open for walk-in service with no seating inside and physical distancing of 6 ft required. Masks are also required, of course, and all of the staff maintain the same level of PPE and caution. They offer a few tables outside (I think maybe five of them with about two chairs per table) So seating is available if you available. We last went on a Sunday around lunch time and there was plenty of space available outside to sit.

Delicious foods. You cant go. Wrong with anything. Your taste buds will thank you!

Love the cappuccinos here as I get it extra dry with a lot of foam and they make it perfect every time. Not to mention their cupcakes are delicious.

0 stars for the irresponsibility.we ordered a wedding cake and it never came. no phone calls or anything that warns us. we are so disappointed. our sister had paid full price and plus a $40 for a 5 minutes delivery.the boss never knew what happened until we came to them and complained. they explained that the decorator didnt get the order. so they gave us a $100 gift card and our money back.i hope everyone would take a lesson from our experience. next time, i recommend talk to the boss or at least the manager. we didnt get to talk to either one of them but a representative. we tried 3 times, and they didnt even let us book an appointment because either they were not there or too busy to meet us. as a conclusion, it was all messed up the way they took care of us, as a customer, we were expecting for a more serious responsibility.

Great pastries and cakes, Italian cheeses and other good stuff.I thought I had found the best meat sauce in the area, but this home made meat sauce is by far better than anything I have ever tasted since mothers sauce that she cooked all day to perfection. Im 72 yrs old and havent found a better meat sauce.

Salad was delicious 😋 & my husband said his meatball grinder was good too!

First time I went there. The place is very clean. The few tables they had for people were spaced apart. Everyone was masked .Both the pastries and food like squid and black olives as well as bread were great tasting. Also fast friendly service I would highly recommend them

It depends on the day. I would definitely not recommend for people that can not stand salt.The over salted food ruins the good cooking.

Hubby ordered my bday cake, chocolate cake with strawberries. WHERES MY STRAWBERRIES???? Found 1 strawberry every 3 slices of cake.

Ordered an Eggplant Parm panini for lunch and got some lasagna for dinner they both were fantastic, 10/10 would definitely stop in again when I am in town!

Excellent selection of pastries and the best ever cakes keep us coming back. Their cakes are so delicious and impressive that we order one, mostly the rum cake, for special occasions and everyone raves. A close second with most, but it is my favorite, is the fresh fruit filled cake. Really wonderful. Their new location has a seating area in which you can enjoy foods that are sold there and to finish off, a pastry delight! So good!

I ordered a cake from another business and dropped the cake. Was recommended by a coworker to stop here and I’m very pleased. I explained my situation and in 5 minutes received a cake better than I ordered. I entered and was greeted by everyone behind the counter. I explained my situation and the woman (I wish I had her name) walked me through all my choices and wrote exactly what I wanted. Less than 10 minutes they helped me complete a birthday. Gained a loyal customer!

Ive been to pastry shops that were supposed to be fantastic in Manhattan and this place blows them away.

I dont really know much about pastry, so I cant speak as an authority here. But I got a sort of chocolate and wafer tube filled with sweet cream, and it was a marvel of both geometry and deliciousness, and I will be going back again and again.There are also savory options, including cherry peppers stuffed with provolone and prosciutto, which are to die for.The cupcakes are but extremely cute and absolutely immaculate in turns, and I cannot wait to see if they taste as good as they look!

Great Italian cookies purchased for family party. Family well pleased! Service was quick. Location was convenient. I had called ahead to make sure the cookies would be available. No problem there. No long lines at the time I visited.

Nice place to get a quick bite to eat. Variety of goodies to have. Can eat in the shop or take something home. Plenty of things to share with something else. Also serve drinks to wash the food down. Recommend for a good dessert or any time sweetness.

Had a caprese sandwich it was ok not as good as I thought it was going to be but as usual the ricotta cake amazing.

Lovely place, friendly staff. There is a cafe, plenty of pastries, cakes, and even some breakfast and lunch items. There is a freezer section for gluten free. I do wish they had a few fresh baked dietary restriction items. But its nice they have a gluten free section in the freezer, rather than nothing at all.

This place is awesome! Great authentic Italian cuisine. A deli with hot options, the lasagna is to die for at this place. The canolies are absolutely out of this world!! And the coffee bar! This place is great, if you get a chance you must stop in here, not a huge parking lot, but worth the go!

Yummy food and the best cakes ever! A visual delight. I am still making my way through all the different ones. Definitely a treat for kids!

Never disappointed

Do not give your business to these scumbags who lack basic customer service skills and empathy. My wife went here to pickup a cake order at 130pm on a Sunday for my mother in laws birthday. Upon arrival the girl at the counter informed her that their card reader is down and she would need to pay $31 cash for the cake. My wife had $26 cash on her and explained that this was an inconvenience as she had my son, me and our two animals in the car. The girl at the counter told her she would have to go to an atm and thinks there is one down the street. My wife pressed on that this was unacceptable and requested the supervisor, the supervisor who was apparently standing there told her that they would not be able to make an exception. $5 differential for an inconvenience caused by the business? No courtesy call to your orders awaiting pickup that your card reader is down? Congratulations on ruining a birthday and for sure loosing my family and everyone attending our parties business forever. Absolutely pathetic

Go to Italian bakery and grocery reminds one of a real cafe in Italy. At lunch time men gather to have espresso and biscotti and chat about events with a lot of kidding and laughing. Great prepared Italian foods and specialties. The cannolis are excellent.

Fancy fancy! I hadnt realized the KFC was gone from this lot until last year. Had to try. Really glad I did, this little shop feels like something (delicious) from another world.

We have been going for 19 years and the quality of bakeries have never changed in excellent quality.

They dont offer a good variety like gus and Pauls did. If youre looking for a few pastries this is the place. However if youre looking for something to WOW the family, unfortunately keep looking.

Amazing cakes! Feels like home

The best pastry shop in the valley, hands down! We have gotten some of the most delicious specialty cakes here for special occasions! Just about any general pastry or italian pastry they will have. Try the chocolate mousse cake or on the weekend if you are early enough, get a sfogliatelle. They usually sell out by noon as the locals love them and will sit with a latte or cappuccino and talk for hours. Its only available on Saturday and Sunday. They have a really good coffee menu and also a tasty deli sandwich shop as well. Try the one with beef and blue cheese. Very good. Deli items are also for sale.

Ordered a cake from this shop for the last birthday in our family. I showed up to pick up the cake before the birthday party and “order was never put in system.” Had to leave and come back in three hours. Paid full price. Today I went to pick up the cake I ordered three days ago. Arrived and had them write on the cake. On check out I was told “credit card system is down.” I had 27 dollars cash for a 31 dollar cake. I was told this was not sufficient (by who I was told was the manager of the East Longmeadow shop) and I could go up the street to the atm and come back. I explained I had my child and 2 animals in the car and asked if I could leave my information for them to process the 4 dollars when the system went back up. I was also told no. I left without the cake for the party I was on my way to. 20 minutes later I received a call that the system was back up and I could come back quickly to pick up the cake (shop closed in 5 minutes). I did speak to the owner of the shop (Anna) who admitted the manager of the east Longmeadow shop told her I offered 12 dollars cash (which is a complete lie). She apologized and also admitted this does happen and they have people who never come back. My family will join that list! Cerratos in west Springfield has cakes that are just as good ( if not better) and also, Russo’s in Enfield. In addition to great products, those family owned businesses also care about their customers! So long, La Fiorentina!

Hubby ordered a strawberry cheesecake and they made him come in and pay ahead of time, that was a little annoying. They stated it was a speciality item?! Ok whatever, paid ahead.Brought it to a birthday party and no one could eat it due to strong chemical flavor. What a waste of time, money and a special birthday. Never again! I just hope no one gets sick. 😔

I went to la fiorentina pastry shop in east longmeadow mass and I had a ice coffee and it was very good and the employees were very helpful and they took my order and they didnt keep customers waiting and I would go back their again and their pastries,cakes,and pies are very good and I would recommend la fiorentina pastry shop to everyone to go to for good food and good service.
