Very fast service. Went for oil change and was there for maybe 20 minutes. Changed oil quickly. If there was any problems to mention it would be they never came back and asked about what other services I wanted or oil brand/weight.

I went for the replacement of head light lamp bulb only which was smoothly done. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Just one thing I have notes earlier as well that the price seems on a bit higher side otherwise it was all perfect .

Extremely unprofessional staff. When I first arrived, a staff member came to my car and went over what service I was there for (an oil change). He was clearly not paying any attention to our conversation. He asked when was the last time you had your tires rotated. I responded a little while ago but I just want to have an oil change today he said ok and then immediately asked when I had had my tires last changed, realized that we had just had that conversation, and went on to ask another question. The girl who was working under the hood during my oil change kept stopping to use her phone. And as I was paying at the end of the oil change, the staff member who was cashing me out was arguing with and yelling at another staff member.

Went in for an oil change but they found other parts of my car which needed replacement. For each part that needed to be fixed, they politely showed me the broken piece and explained what its purpose is and why it needed fixing, which I really appreciated. Overall, great and quick service 👍

Up to and until 9/16/21 both mgmt and staff on Rt 83 in East Long meadow were personable, helpful and efficient to get you in and out rather quickly without you or your vehicle being tied up all day.

The store manager Rob has all the integrity in the world. Very solid guy who is personable, friendly, proffessional and genuine. Told me Toyota recommends fuel cleaning every x amount of miles i told him i didn’t bring enough money to do that today and he understood. I did NOT feel any pressure from him at all. I will go to this jiffy lube exclusively because of the service he provided me and my Scion TC. Any jiffy lube he ventures to i will follow !

During an oil change they tried to tell me that my brakes were metal on metal and that they would do my back brakes for over $400. But I went home to check I still had months left on my brakes. Also the guy who was telling me this was leaned in through the driver side window, inches away from my face, with a Rugrats mask that was barely on.

Great Place to get a fast, professional oil change. The team here really goes beyond what is expected of them. Definately will keep going to them, eventhough there 25 minutes away and there is oil changing places closer.

Don’t come here if you’re a female, the guys don’t know boundaries and made me feel VERY uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly and quick to get started. They explained to me the various factory recommended services for my vehicle. I was the only vehicle in the service bay when another customer pulled up. Very curiously, when that customer popped his hood the staff placed rubber protective covers on the fenders of his truck and then checked all of his lights for proper functionality. I received no such extra care. Maybe because the other guy had a brand new truck and mine was obviously much older?

I usually change my own oil but I needed to get a last minute oil change before a 600 mile trip. This location had my car in immediately, changed my oil and did an overall check of fluids and tires. I was very impressed with how quickly the team worked. I never had to get out of my car as a COVID measure. The only complaint is that the oil can they used appeared to be leaking some drops when they brought it over to my engine bay. I wasnt really all that concerned, just a point if you have a very clean engine bay. Still a great experience.

It is what it is. Last time I went there they failed to rotate my tires after slamming on them for 5 minutes with a sledgehammer. I was not impressed.

Mike was very friendly & informative. Even taught me how to gauge the oil type needed for my jeep. in & out in less than 10 min & never had to leave my car!

I live in Connecticut but I go to this Jiffy Lube in Massachusetts because those guys are fantastic they are always very courteous, friendly, yet professional. Everyone wore a mask and I never left my car. II felt very safe and, they are not bad looking... lol

Had a little issue that scared me after my oil change but when I returned right away Eddie Rosado gave great customer service , was honest and sincere. I get that mistakes happen, the mistake was obvious immediately and the way it was handled on my return made all the difference. . .

I had a great experience here. The manager Adrian went above and beyond to assure that my car left here in tip top shape. He was very helpful and informative. He went as far as to make my coffee for me and hold doors. He was a gentleman for sure. The employees all moved and a fast efficient manner. 10 out of 10 well recommend. And the red carpet that Adrian pulled out for me was a great added touch.

I went to this facility in need of an oil change. I asked about any discounts available and the manager was happy to find something to fit. I had asked at another facility and they did not want to be helpful. The management at this facility is happy and shares that with his staff as well as customers. Professional, courteous staff. This has become my new place for car maintenance.

The mechanics that were working on my car did an excellent job. I did not have to wait in the waiting room for long the minute I pulled up to the establishment within 2 minutes I was taken care of. Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau right after this review. I took my car in for an oil change and the guys told me my car needs new front pads and rotors. I thought this was questionable as I bought my car new and only have 29k miles on it. I took it Monroe on Boston road and after a quick check in not only do I not need new rotors but also dont even need new brakes. This wasnt an honest mistake but outright fraud!

I am not one to go anywhere aside my dealership as I had a brand new 2019 HRV, money has been tight and an oil change was way overdue. Anyways, these people are extremely understanding, friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Bernie was the highlight for me. Going through all the diagnostics and explaining them to me as I have zero knowledge with these things. Along with giving me insights on what’s more to focus on then others due to my income. It had been a total of 30 mins for waiting. And the service was top notch. Bernie really made this personal. His customer service should not be taken for granted in this world. Thank you all again!!

The service was great they were very thorough and at the same time they were able to have my vehicle finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Quick service and good staff. I do not like the high pressure sales tactics for the add-ons that they push. Even if needed, I may not have the time or money for a power steering fluid change or a new air filter during my visit for an oil change. Good coupons are usually available online, so check on that before visiting there next time.

Nothing like bringing your car in for a 19.99 oil change only for them to try and tell you your car needs everything under the sun done. Most sensible people would never have major work done, at a place that specializes in oil changes, most have there own local mechanics. This company is so out of touch with its customer base its disgusting.

I went to Jiffy Lube today in East Longmeadow, MA and was so pleased with my service. I have always went to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes and such but never this location. When I came I had a few things I wanted done besides the standard oil change, immediately I was greeted and allowed me to explain what I was looking for versus leading the sale. The Manager Sean was attentive to my needs and didnt try to pull a fast one on me. The amount of professionalism and integrity that was displayed was EXCELLENT and should be a role mode for all stores and Managers alike. You have a very satisfied customer and won a forever customer at your store! Thank you again team for your hard work and getting my car up to par!

Had a great experience at the east longmeadow jiffy lube. The crew is fast, clean and very friendly. They are also very knowledgeable and advised me of services that I need done and why I should get them done. I am very satisfied with the service at this jiffy lube and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service and recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The invoice said “Vacuum interior”. No one touched it. The tire pressure had 3 tires at 35 lbs. and the fourth at 33. Not a huge deal but when they “fixed” it the two left tires were 37 and the two right side tires were at 35. With a straight face they said sometimes tires get hot and swell up and make it so the tire pressure sensor is inaccurate. To top it off even with $30 worth of coupons a semi synthetic oil change and tire rotation was $92. There is no higher price than that within 100 miles, Except at another Jiffy Lube.

I brought my car into jiffy lube told them I wanted a full transmission flush and the car hasnt had one since factory and it had 130k miles. They never told me it was bad to do and the machine they use is not good to use. Now my car has 133k miles and the Transmission is slipping and ruined.

They were very fast and courteous. Plus the fact that they let me know about discounts that I did not know that I would have otherwise.

As usual, I was approached by a very polite man who asked me what Id like and offered me more. Fair enough. Unfortunately for me, he was not informed that my car required a synthetic oil costing $40 more than the $50 charged for conventional oil. My usual garage uses synthetic oil and charges me $50 so I thought Jiffy would also. My final bill was $90! When I raised the topic, I was not offered any discount. My suggestion: if the man doesnt know what the car takes, he might try asking or saying, If your car uses synthetic oil, it will cost (this much).

This was my first visit for an oil change. I was welcomed and taken care of right away.Excellent customer service by all from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend to others and will be back in 3000 miles!

I will continue to go here for all my car’s service. I’ve always fet like they’ve had my best interests at heart and are not always out for the money. Glad to have a local place that makes me feel comfortable and has that local feel.

Honestly the worst location I’ve ever been at. Never have I ever seen a location take so long. So many employees walking around doing nothing. With the amount of employees there it should never take so long. If I was the business owner I’d be extremely upset. Wasting tons of money.

My daughter who is a military wife went in there for a oil change. They told her she needed her belts changed. The final bill was $271 and that was with some so called discounts added. I contacted josh the manager while my daughter was there and he offered to stop the job which is hilariousness because you do not take old belts off and then put them back on, that can cause all types of issues. Now I have tinkered with cars and bought parts for them and did some research and called other places in regards to the cost of 2 belts and a oil change and i got estimates between $119 to $175. The $119 had no warranty $175 had 3 year warranty on belts. So they are charging $200 HR basically On top of that my daughter brings me the receipt and all charges on the paper are cut off so you cant tell what was itemized . Be aware be careful people.UPDATE: Another issue we had was the name was completely wrong on the receipt. On a better note, corporate customer service was great. The explained a few things, acknowledged the things that were wrong and reassured me that these things would not happen again and that the proper people will be notified about the situation. If you do go here or to any jiffy lube and do not feel satisfied with the service you got take the time and write to them they answer back.

On December 19, 2019 I brought my vehicle into the East Longmeadow location for services the staff there was extremely professional and efficient in the work that I received on my vehicle I am forever grateful for the mechanic Evan and also to the manager Josh for the service that I received I would highly recommend the East Longmeadow Jiffy Lube.

My experience today was very different from other visits to the same Jiffy Lube in East Longmeadow. Although the staff were very professional and friendly, they also clearly were instructed to do a HARD sell on the many services they offer. After the fourth time of stating , no thanks just the basics today , which I had to repeat several times , I was then annoyed. I am not sure If I will go back. No thank you means no thank you.

Service manager Ryan and crew were spot on. Ryan made me aware of a battery issue I had and made me a very reasonable offer to have it swapped out. They were extremely quick and very courteous. Highly recommended their service center.

Manny who works at this location is very professional and honest. Its nice to get incredible customer service from someone who is knowledgeable about cars and from someone who doesnt bs you. As long as Manny continues to be employed at this location, you will have my business and loyalty!!

Fast. No pushy sales pitch. I was and out in 10 minutes even though there were several vehicles already there. Highly recommend.

The Jiffy Lube is good but it is a very busy store, so dont expect to get in and out quick if there are cars lined up. Josh was helpful with my inspection sticker and I appreciate it. Usually do good work sometimes the sales job is a bit of a pain but that is to be expected anywhere you go especially with inspection stations.

Standard oil change is 49.99 they up charge you at every chance and try to sell you everything possible. Business strategy like that and Im surprised people come here. I pay less at Balise Ford. For quick service head to welker tire.

The oil change, filter change and light change was completed so fast I barely had time to sit down.

We got there and they said would be an hour wait for an oil change. We asked if they minded if we went grocery shopping and left our car there. Called when we were done shopping and it was ready to go. Very happy with the service!

I came to this Jiffy Lube because my battery light came on and when I called to check if they would be able to assist me, they said that they would be able to check my vehicle to see if it was my battery or alternator and that we would go from there once they figured it out. It turned out to be alternator and they said they would be able to replace it and that it would a 45 minutes to an hour job. Two hours later, My vehicle was not ready and turns out they revieved the wrong part and didn’t have the part needed to complete the job. I was reassured that the car was safe to drive without this part and that they are ordering it and that it will be in the following day. My car windows were down when I had arrived and because of the missing part (a fuse) they wouldn’t go up. They then made a fuse so that my windows can go up and reassured me AGAIN that everything is okay and it’s safe to drive. When I drove the car later that day I noticed that there was a loud squeal coming from car at different moments. I called them the following day to check on the part (which still didn’t arrive) and told them about the noise. The manager Jeff snd the mechanic said it was probably the belt and that it just needed to be adjusted but that they will be able to fix all that when the part comes in tomorrow. Now today as I am dropping my son off to school and I am headed to work my car barely drove over 20mph and then shut down as I was driving into the parking lot and wouldn’t turn back on. I had to get my car towed to the Jiffy Lube and I still had to come back later on in the afternoon for them to finish the job since the part had not arrived. Just a terrible experience overall.

What a great staff. friendly and professional at same time. they fixed my wifes rear wiper blades the became a little rusty. they do need bigger cups for coffee, and slightly better chairs, but the waiting room is the best 1 so far. definitely coming back again.

When I pulled into Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, my tire pressure light was NOT on but when I got in my car after the oil change was complete and started driving it came on. So I thought oh no big deal I’ll stop at the next gas station and fill it with air. Well I didn’t make it that far because when I pulled over on the side of the road my tire was completely flat. I called Jiffy Lube and spoke with someone who responded, “it couldn’t have been something we did, you better call a tow truck.” So not only did I have to pay for my oil change, I now had to pay for a tow truck to come out and change my tire and I had to purchase a new tire..all for something that was completely not my fault at all. Even the tow truck driver saw the tire and said there is no way you did this driving down the road. I have been coming to Jiffy Lube (never this location) for years and never had an issue, but after my expierence and the awful customer service, I will NEVER be back.
