I am an asthmatic and rely heavily on my inhaler. I was told that my prescription needed to be confirmed by my primary care. I waited and waited and then last night received an email from Walgreens that their was a problem and I had to contact dr. office. I did and after a half hour on the phone found out that Walgreens had never contacted the primary care.Walgreens, you dropped the ball and this medication is a necessity!

Stopped in today to get a flu shot. After waiting in the pharmacy line for 10 min (only 2 people in front of me), I was told that it would be a half hour before I could get a flu shot because there were 2 other people waiting. A half hour to give 2 flu shots??????? No thanks!

Its Walgreens, you can get everything here, food, medicine, cards, and candy. Easy parking, has an ATM.

After many years of wonderful services, the current pharmacy staff services are abrupt, insensitive, seemingly less than professional and repeatedly making error after error with every re-order - never even saying sorry.

Prescription was called in on Monday and didn’t get the text notification until Friday. Went in to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. What’s the point in even having a pharmacy when they can’t even provide in a timely manner yet alone provide the medication itself. CVS from this point forward.
