Never have what I go for in stocks shelves always empty

Aisles need to be wider! Two carts can barely pass in some aisles. Decent prices..Store is just ok

Good store with a lot of stuff but hard to get help. When I need help I look at a worker and they RUN away from me so they dont have to help me. But they have good tvs and stuff. Dont go there are night tho

Move stock around to much. Always have a hard time finding what you need.

I asked an associate where coolers were they sent me to housewares, asked another word, they said it was outside in lawn garden. I wasnt stupid enough to go out there, so I went to work, camping was, and I found of myself, 10 minutes, I didnt have to waste. I just left right after that, but theyre not cleaning at the counter tops at all. Theyre not cleaning after customers. Youre not doing nothing Delta is real that concerns me

Place was packed the Saturday before super bowl but the management team here scheduled appropriately and efficiently

Quick stop for a couple specific items. Wal-Mart always has the correct items or at least a substitute.

Did not have what I needed due to seasonal stocking.Disappointed that only one register was open with a actual personnel the rest were self service and there were only three available with multiple people in line checkout time with one item was 21 minutes

Eh, its Walmart. Basically the only place around to shop, so not many options. As of lately, theyve been out of a lot of grocies Im looking for. You cant find an employee half the time and the lines are usually long, but it is a Walmart. The prices are good at least.

They need more stores in this town. Walmart is overwhelmed and I’m sure the cashiers are too. Just order online it’s safer and better selection.

Smaller than most of the walmarts Ive been to un my travels but still large enough to be a supercenter and have most of what a person would need. Workers were friendly and helpful and store was decently stocked. Aisles were clean and organized.

Lots of cat food out of stock. Cranky workers. I dont think it is their fault. You can see them working so hard. They were all working. Walmart is understaffed and probably under paid. Cashier was friendly though. What does Walmart do replace them with lots of rows of auto check outs. I shop as little as a can there because they are replacing workers with auto check. Greedy high end management.

I love their curbside pickup. If they are out if an item they give you options to approve or deny.

Clean store well stocked however the self check outs need updating. Had problems with the one I was using and another customer says this is always a problem at this walmart

I think that would be a great place to start a store I would just like to know when thats going to happen Walmart never has anything in their store anymore the dollar store does better than them

I spend a lot of money here but I may have to start shopping elsewhere. Everytime I go in they only have one or two cashiers. I refuse to check myself out. I hate getting groceries as it is I definitely dont want to ring myself up, bag it, put it back in the buggy, take it to my car put it in my car take it out of my car put it away at home. If they go to all self checkout registers I will not be shopping there. Ive already started shopping at Giant eagle and Aldis more now just because of this reason.

The place was terrible the treatment there is ungodly for a handicapped person on a scooter not to mention anybody else my very unpleasant experience started at the service desk in the automotive Ive given a hard time about the price of a tire or at least not given the chance to understand correctly buy both a cashier and the manager back there so Ive been made my way to the front of the store to get to talk to the head manager of whom of which was not wearing a name tag so I do not know her name and she practically laughed at me and said she was going to talk to them but I really didnt believe it I think Im very sarcastic and then I felt like the odd one out I returned all my stuff and vowed to never buy nothing from Walmart again sincerely the handicapped guy you know I think this is crazy then. Walmart is going to treat handicapped people I mean thats what I see it is and Im going to keep spreading that way so yeah call those who want to know Walmart treat handicapped people very unfairly

Everything was well organized except for the water. Took two different aisles to find it. But all in all Id have more people go. Check out there placement employers and greeters

Our local Walmart is very clean everything is stocked neatly and the sales representatives are very helpful when asked where merchandise is plus there are no Hispanics and they make it very difficult to understand although I was not offered a job when I applied there its fine your merchandise is excellent and your clothing line is banging

I am very pleased with my hair cut and style.Tami,does a great job with my hair.It is ice to have a stylist that will consider doing the way youd like it done. Very Hard to find d a Great Stylist any more.

Had a bad experiance a few years ago i ran in walmart real quick while open carrying and the lawn and garden employee yelled at the top of his lungs hes got a guuuun wich is very out of line and proceeded to tell me and my wife we had to leave the store wich he is not authorized to do ... Long story short the manager was called and he was delt with and i was apologized to so theres that atleast

I really love Wal-martn but this 1 is a bit too much at times... Ive seen clothes all messed up & out of place, plus there are a number of items that seem to never be in stock.. finally I think the workers are rude & they need to understand what it means to have respect for fellow employees & for customers..

They dont have more asian grocery.

I have no complaints. Go for a salad, leave with a new bra, puzzle, tea and cat food. Forgot the salad!

This Walmart is always nice! The grocery pickup is not good.....always missing items or they dont replace with substitute. But its always clean and fast!

I had to go to Steubenville Ohio Walmart, then Weirton West Virginia Walmart, then East Liverpool Ohio Walmart to get brake/gear cable sets for bicycles, needless to say I was overjoyed that Walmart couldnt ship those by mail and made a long day where I got to take in the beauty of three local Walmarts , inconvenienced is putting it mildly, zero stars would be appropriate.

This East Liverpool Walmart is one of the best Ive shopped in! First the lighting was great not dim like the ones in the Youngstown area Walmarts. It was also clean and well stocked. They also were sanitizing carts as they came in. Would be nice the management at the Austintown Walmart cared about appearances it does make for a better shopping experience.

Was at Walmart tonight and a young woman in the electronics section went out of her way to help us with a phone for our daughter she even looked for a case for her I wish I would of gotten her name she went above and beyond thank you.

Don’t waste your time calling the store. I’ve tried calling a few different times and there is never anyone to answer the phone. they won’t hire enough people to answer phones or run registers. If you like waiting over a twenty minutes in line this place is for you because this is my usual wait time. I refuse to use the self service. I refuse to take a persons job and I don’t work for free. They usually have two lanes and one express open every time I go there. And their restrooms are usually dirty.

Its a nice store, they have everything, its just in a not so nice area.

I returned a floor scrubber worth $400.00 and they gave me a refund on a Walmart card. Stayed and shopped and when I went to pay, I no longer had the gift card! A CSM named Lisa went above and beyond and found that the card hadnt been used and cancelled the one I lost and issued me a new one. I am so very thankful to her and her excellent customer service.

The store itself is decent enough but dont need assistance and expect to get it ,at least not without waiting forever ....several times I pushed the assistance button for cologne and stopped Walmartians to b told I dont have the keys Ill get someone that does Not true I waited over a half hour n still no one came ....same thing for jewelry dept. N thats sad because that dept. Is right up front but yet the vested will just stare at u as they walk by b.s.ing

Shelves bare. Absolutely no pet food. asked questions if any available employee was rude. If we had any it would be out there and you wouldnt be talking to me. Very rude I left the store without buying my other items.

On this Sunday morning---January 17, 2021 the cashier at the express lane station, which was the only station they had open---requested I put my merchandise closer to the cash register because she claims she couldnt reach it. The stinkin counter is only about 3 feet long or less! I dont believe her---I think she was just trying to make me look bad. These cashiers should mind their own business and quit trying to embarrass customers and everytime I have seen that happen; it has been a woman cashier. If these women cant handle their jobs, they should stay home!
