Tiffany is a true gem! She went above and beyond for us! She even stayed over 3 1/2 hours after her shift to finish our deal! In and out with an 1 1/2 hrs. And anyone who knows me, knows thats record time. John Boswell was professional at the least and knew his vehicles. No BS of back and forth a million times on price. Just a couple times and in and out. Gave me a very generous offer on my trade in which I still owed alot of money on. The vehicle I traded in I owed money on when I originally bought it bc of a lease and they still gave me over $1000 over what I owed on it. We just had the truck serviced and they are excellent at their jobs. The young man that greeted us and took care of us was friendly, very knowledgeable and they were fast. I would definitely recommend #1 Power GM to my friends and family.

We went and talked to Nic and explained we knew we would need a cosigner and that our cosigner had a GREAT credit score (800) and could only afford around $350-$400 a month.. Nic assured us this was no problem as long as our co signer had a credit score above 700 .. We come back the next day and its a way different story! Trying to put us in a car with 19,000 miles for $500 a month with $5,000 down plus our current car!! No thanks!! Then to top it off instead of trying to make the sale or even trying he bounced between us and 3 others he didnt care that we were on the fence whatsoever!! It wasnt fair to any of us! Theyre were other salesmen not busy at all. Then mind you our car was being fixed of recalls which is why we looked at a newer car anyway.. They lost our car for over a good hour!! It wasnt busy i assure you!! I never post bad reviews and I love supporting my area but this place was beyond rude, my salesmen had very bad hygiene for a car salesmen, no one hade any idea what was going on, mentioned to us that they play nerf football most of the time, and lied to us literally the whole time! Very unprofessional establishment!! I hope and pray yall put in some hard work and treat your customers better one day!

I bought a new truck fromPower a week ago. The atmosphere was wonderful, the sales team was fun to work with.However...later the same day we decided to buy back our trade. Our salesman said it shouldn’t be a problem, but we would have to add the cost of the detailing. I had no problem with this, as we were buying it back for my son, but hadn’t heard anymore about it. Now 6 days later we were asked if we still wanted to buy it back. I said yes, telling him we would be ok with the price we agreed on, which was $600 over what they initially gave me. But now the management wants another $800 on top of the agreed price! This in spite of having proof of the agreed price in my texting to the salesman!I’m now discovering this dealership is as greedy as any other out there. They lost another sale, and I hope others read this review prior to buying

I walked on that lot with no intentions on buying a car. I definitely had no intentions on buying the color I got, but drove away in my beautiful red 2020 Blazer. So, I bought a car from you all back in September and the sales process went without a hitch and the car is fine. However, after over 2 months I STILL dont have any title or registration to get the car registered. Im on my second temp tag which expires in a little over a week. Ive been buying cars for years and have NEVER gone through this before. Can someone tell me whats going on?

I purchased a used 2018 Jeep Compass last week. My boyfriend and I drove 45 minutes to test drive the car to make sure it was something I liked. I bought a 2014 dodge 4 door truck I am not satified with the purchase they pretty much only showed me this truck . Didnt offer to show me anything else they pushed me into buying it. The truck isnt worth it. It wasnt in the best condition . had 2 different types of tires .and the temperature gauge never worked right . I will never buy from this dealership again .Im very disappointed my name is David Tuma

I would make a long elaborate post about what exactly happened but I know this dealership will respond with a unprofessional and mediocre excuse. Long story short we made a deposit on this vehicle to have it held until we could come and see it (2hrs away) when they went ahead and sold it out from under us. Chris, expected us to commit to pay full price before even seeing the vehicle and that’s what there reasoning was for selling it to another person (vehicle was priced $800 OVER RETAIL). I’m not as disappointed in Chris as I am with the sales manger that told him to disregard the hold and sell it anyway. Expecting a call from the sales manager, or I will be there in person very soon. Their response to this review is highly dependent on how drastically I will take this. It’s saddening that there are very few honest people left in this world that value customer service over money.

I was worried about being approved to get a car and I desperately needed one. After trying 2 other places I finally found one. John Boswell is amazing! He went above and beyond to help me. He showed me a handful of cars and he knew detailed information about each one. He wasn’t pushy and very helpful. I went there 2 other times for some things and he went out of his way to come say hi. He knew me by name and he even offered to bring me my antenna that they had to order for the car. I highly recommend him and Power GM!

Made a visit to weigh my options, as my truck needed a transmission rebuild, but wanted to look and see if it may be worth trading for another used vehicle. Turns out, even used trucks are outrageously overpriced (everywhere, not just here). Sally was helping me, and she was very polite and pleasant. After deciding that my best option was fixing my truck, rather than getting a new one, sales manager, although very nice, was getting a little pushy about buying another truck. After I made it clear I was fixing my truck, he took me back to the service department to speak with them for pricing.

Customer service is supposed to be number one, the dealer is a joke. have a friend that went there to get a warranty issue resolved two weeks later he is still waiting on repairs in which the service department is charging a vehicle charge daily and my friend is yet to receive their vehicle. Chase straight up lied about when the vehicle would be done only to charge the warranty more money for the vehicle and just beating around the bush when the vehicle would be ready for pick up. there is more to business then making money its also about making your customers happy and which I can see why so many dont wanna mess with taking their vehicle to a dealership to get worked on.Sad real sad the way customers and warranties are being taken advantage of.

Have returned to #1 Power for 3 vehicles over a span of 10 years. My husband and I have never been disappointed! Mark Asher is a great, easy to talk to guy. He spent lots of time with me and went way out of his way to make the deal. Other than several hiccups in the finance dept., all in all, we were quite pleased with how the transaction was handled as I am disabled and Mark helped immensely with my needs. Mark and Bruce helped get the car delivered quickly so that we could get the substantial rebate which was ending in several days. Our thanks goes out to them!

Would give 2 1/2 stars if could. Was very helpful in getting my truck in and fixed asap. But when get the call that truck was done and picked up and after spending 4200 dollars and a extra day to till i could pick it up they didnt even have courtesy to even wash my truck. First dealership i have ever seen not do that even for just a oil change. Then after getting home see on the paperwork put in a remanufactured part with a core charge in instead of a brand new one in which i specified and was told was being put in. In my opinion definitely not a way to treat a military veteran in which was very obvious if you look at my truck.
